This is a pretty nice home, but lacks in storage needed for a family, like coat closets, linen closets and a pantry. With that being said, it's a good home for a more reserved family. I do like all the flooring in this home. I hope you enjoyed my stage of Pennsylvania!

Love these split floor plans with the kitchen/dining/living room on one side and the bedrooms on the other. I think this is an old style; my grandmother's house (early 1900's) was built this way. Particularly like the carpeted bedrooms and hallway. Love the floor of the master bath.
I love the layout of this home! An upstairs, and basement would give this home a lot of square footage! The kitchen is awesome. Love those kitchen cabinets!

I love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. I think the stairs going downstairs and upstairs are a great idea. I love the built-ins in the kitchen island. The only thing that I wish for is a stand-alone tub in the master bathroom.❤❤❤

Beautiful home, okay main bathroom I would like a shower tub combo, and a much much bigger closet, and no barn doors. otherwise ! perfect !! colors and all.

At first glance I didn’t think I’d like this home, but I actually did. I liked the ‘shotgun’ style layout and the farmhouse styling of the exterior, that continued in to the interior, with the five paneled doors and hardware, and the ‘appropriate’ barn doors in the primary bedroom. The accent wall was a plus, along with the flooring in the bathroom, which was unexpectedly different for a change. Even though the home was staged with contemporary furnishings, it still gave off that farmhouse feel. The only thing that I didn’t like was the open kitchen to the living area. I don’t like seeing the entire kitchen from the front door. I personally prefer a little separation between the two. A semi-wall or bookcase style room divider would be nice….In my opinion, overall, this home gets a thumbs up. 👍🏼
Chance, the front looks like it was made for short people like me, looked like had to duck going into the front door…lol. Nice home though, love all the drawers in the kitchen, not too crazy about the small closet in the master.
I think it was cute. But I refuse to have wire racks in any closet, or have those cheap looking plastic walls around the tub in the hallway. I'd want my hall bath like the master walls. It was cute tho. I could if I had to. 😊

Beautiful finishes, but what’s up with the micro primary bedroom and closet? That would barely suit one person, and no chance at a king size bed, I can’t believe that was 13’X13’ it seemed small, but such a pretty home, the kitchen is my dream kitchen the storage is far better than my 2100 sqft home!
Living room is small and so is the kitchen which feels closed in and the sink should be on the other side looking out the window. Where it is now you’re looking at a blank wall. Bedrooms are small and the closet in the main bedroom is tiny for 2 people. The bathroom is nice.

At one time the absolute minimum size allowed by building codes for a "Room" was 140 sq. ft. Even the smallest bedroom had to be 10x14 feet. So, the 10x10 foot rooms (called Bedrooms) shouldn't even be legal in most states! I'd rather have TWO useable bedrooms then three tiny 10x10 closets that "might" hold a bunk for a kid.
Besides personal preferent differences. This is a dream for so many. And there should not be any reasonable reason for it to be banned by authorities. Yes, municipal etc... might not be able to collect as much taxes as they wish from these affordable properties. But on the contrary, they don't have to spend huge money to deal with homelessness and it's related negative effects. Besides, perhaps less homelessness, more attractive to bring great people to come and pay more taxes another way and that make the land looked much better and more positive.
The primary suite & primary closet is a disappointment!! There is no where to actually hang a tv in there unless you put your bed in front of the windows & I so dislike having my bed blocking the window, I have a tall bedboard & it will cover the whole window. The layout is not bad, but I need a lil more square feet. The living room & dining room is right on top of each other & there is NO changing the furniture around in there, so the furniture has to stay the same old way for years....🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️
Unbelievable. 183K for this, and it doesn't include the delivery. You gotta have the land, buy land or pay lot rent on top of that. A double wide of this size with panel walls instead of dry wall, lower level flooring, and cabinets used to cost like 79-95K.

I like the Bedrooms layout, but yet the Master still feels private with the Master Bath acting as a buffer and yet you don't feel closed in.

Probably very close to what it is now. It doesn't come with furniture that's just for show, and carpet and vinyl are similar in cost.
