I know someone who is putting a trubo setup from a c15 acert into a focus st he said he built the engine right but idk. Also the acert engine is sequential twin turbo. But hey what do I know I know I just used to rebuild c15 engines and drop bigger injectors and marine cams in them and have a tune done to them and then put them back in bulldozers for ripping operations
I have watched a lot of ICE content but your explanation of the lever-arm effect of a crankshaft was something I never heard discussed before. I suppose since 99% of ice engines use this arrangement we take it for granted! This was a great analysis, thanks as always for the great content!

Waay too big for a V-6. Turbos are rated on a CFM/ PSI performance curve. This looks like a big single turbo with a double volute intake that each header would feed. Alcohol/ Water injection will keep the turbo exhaust cooler, propane injection will give you more power under load..
Thats why this show sucks not only they make terrible videos but they put a smaller spindle on the exhaust thinking that even makes sense, you would need a bigger exhaust housing 🤦♂️ just like how a diff works... bigger makes it accelerate faster

I did have motortrend for about a year or so, but they removed European customers last summer.. Now you'd need a us credit card to have an account

spools on tuesday.... thats my 93 7.3idi, but no turbo so acceleration takes 4-5 business days
The tp38 on my 7.3 doesn't even really get spooled until i'm in 2nd :/ And that's with a KC balanced assy.

Just hook up an electric motor to your turbo boys, a small brushless motor will have that thing at 50,000 rpms in less than a second.
