Scotty I have a 2003 Toyota Sequoia with 348k on it and I'm the original owner. It is by far the best buying decision I have ever made. Twenty-five years ago I would have never bought a Japanese car. The last America I owned was a 99 Grand Cherokee with the inline 6, nice engine but the rest of the mechanicals on that car were total crap. After six years of ownership it was an endless money pit. I even went to work at a dealer that sold the newer versions of that car, what a nightmare. My wife driven the Sequoia for 10 years before I got to use it regularly. Scotty, I must say it's a shame that domestic car companies are so short sighted and do not respect the customer by offering a good product that last. The Japanese has taken years to build a quality reputation for which Honda and Toyota continue today. Thank you for your good work and informative videos.
I had a debate in my class back in 2008 about why GM and American economics are failing. I was comING hot on how the products we produce are not able to compete with the products made in over sea. And Gov need to stop support failing Companies and let the market decide what their needs. Needless to say I got a C, and my teacher said to me "you either with us or against us." I said back to her "you are driving a Subar and it is a Japanese car."
My '98 Altima, with nearly 230K, just passed the OBD II emissions test. I'ts still running it's original cats, engine, tranny & AC, except It did need a new AC clutch-coil a few years ago. But yeah - pre-Renault!
My 2008 hybrid has 260k, never anything wrong except hybrid battery service ($1000) amazing car! NISSAN OWNERS CHANGE YOUR TRANSMISSION FLUID FREQUENTLY - THEY ACTUALLY LAST!
I have a 1998 Sienna with 158K on it. No rust and runs perfect. Thank you for providing such detailed videos Scotty. You are THE MAN! The list of upgrades and maintenance repairs that I've done myself over the past few years is long, I paid $2k for my van 5yrs ago. I was recently offered $4500 cash in hand. I couldn't do it! The van is so reliable.
Erratum: 26:03 - Actually, Honda of the UK Manufacturing had an engine plant right next to the assembly plant in Swindon, so a lot of those engines were made in England
I have a 2005 Scion XB with 235,000 miles. It has a 1.5 liter Toyota engine. I have no problem with the car. Runs great. AC runs good. Replaced the battery and tires. This car is a hand-me-down from my brother. He used the car for his cleaning service business . My first car with a Toyota engine . Love this car. The VIN starts with a J. I earned from one of your videos that this car was assembled in Japan based on the VIN starting with a J.
I have owned a 2001 Toyota Echo with the same 1.5. Yes worry free for 834,000 miles. Same the same clutch, starter, and timing chain. I used Moble 1 syn. oil. 9GREAT. CAR
I worked in a stamping plant that made internal brackets for Honda; if you dropped a part on the floor…or 100…. You had to scrap it. Whether they were perfectly clean, no nicks, or not.
You are the coolest guy I’ve ever seen on the internet, a lot of these big TH-camrs use all this flashy crap and edits and bla bla bla, it’s relaxing to just watch you and learn something.
Toyota Verso 105,000 miles, same battery and exhaust. Except for 2 front wheel bearings and the usual brakes, tyres and oil changes. I've had zero trouble, never broke down and it's 10 years old. Toyota's are fantastic!
What a perfect way to describe the Kia Optima in the video! I have the 2012 Hybrid model and I kept nodding my head at everything you were saying about the 2014 model. The saving grace at this point is that it was also built in Korea and still runs.
YOU WOULD BE SURPRISED AT THE SKILL THE NEW GENERATION GOT NOW LOL LOL cause I got a manual and I be flying and texting away I know I shouldn't but I still do it lol
I learned how to eat foods in a bowl while driving a manual Volkswagen Golf hatchback. You use your knees once in a while lol. In town and during turns is the real challenge.
Remember when "Made In USA" was the best quality and something to be proud of. When Scotty said buy only a Korean made Kia, I shed a tear. I'm in my 60's and have watched the slow collapse of the Capitalist, Imperialist, Greedy Corporatocracy of the USA. We are now a nation of fat, lazy, poorly educated and poorly informed losers and grifters. But, we think just the opposite.
I remember. There's some truth to what you said. Although I think people here are improving. I'm glad the day of the "old fart arrogant chauvinist" is almost gone!
Oh no! Defo you ain't alone. Although sometimes I stare into the black void of the Lexus gaping maw, just to rinse my eyes out from looking at new BMW...
Being a Chevy guy when I was young, I became very frustrated with their quality during the 80s and 90s. Since 1993 my wife and I have owned 4 Toyota Camrys and 2 Honda Accords . To me Toyota makes the best cars. The Hondas are good but I have had to replace more on them than my Toyotas .
Most Nissan's that don't have the CVT are great. Scotty rarely mentions those. Their trucks and SUV's (r51 Pathfinder's and prior models) are excellent.
My dad had a 98 4 Runners, no issues 400k miles. All good things come to an end. It was destroyed in a high speed chase. Some Dodge truck ran into it and was totalled.
My 96 4runner had 425k miles on it when I was rear-ended on the interstate. Totalled it. Broke my heart do I picked up a 98 4 runner. Made me feel a little better 😎
@@elnivekify My Hyundai paint started peaking probably after 5 years? But it was always outside, I never waxed it though just regular washes. They do anything to protect the paint? I'm gonna be buying a Toyota next, I'm done with Korean cars.
@@elnivekify Thanks for the replies, I want to try to keep the paint on this one good. But Hyundai just might use cheap paint and I can't park it in a garage. The cost to repaint is crazy expensive.
I used to drive 135 miles a day to work in Chicago from Wisconsin. I had 2 Chevy Prizms ( they had Toyota engines and transmissions ) not one of them got over 140,000 miles and had major problems after 100,00 miles. I have a 2013 Kia Rio with 220,000 miles I am retired now but still drive it. It has had 3 sets of brakes a battery a belt and a alternator. Also 3 sets of tires and of course oil changes. I don't know how much longer it will go but it runs.
Most of the vehicles my family has had over the past 30 years, the AC never worked but the heater did. We live in iowa so that working heater was very valuable lol
I got my 09 accord 2.4 by some awesome stroke of luck a year after the beginning of the pandemic for $4300 and it only had 142,500 on it. I ran some cat cleaner through it, put on new struts myself for $300, and new goodyears for $375. Even after all the improvements I am still well under the costs of these cars. I swear it accelerates as fast as the civic sport he drives. I feel better off 😏
My 2002 toyota corolla 200,000 miles still runing like a clock. Original engine and transmission. It does have a bad cat and a little noise but it doesnt bother me at all. Paint still like new. Havent replace any engine parts. Just general maintenance and keeps running
My Civic 2017 sports manual still going strong more than 7 years now. Great car, the only thing complaint no volume knob and phone storage. Thanks for a great video Scott.
Love 2007 Honda civic hybrid, had around 35k on it when purchased in 2010...I'm sitting at 204k miles....only extra maintenance that I paid to have done was the 8 plugs changed out at 191k, and 2 O2 sensors....I've done the brake and oil changes myself as it's basically the same as my 2001 was, just way smaller engine and it's brakes last forever! 🤞
I've had my 07 Altima 3.5SE since 2012, had 57K miles, and haven't had any really bad issues with it, also haven't taken the best care of it. Got CVT fluid replaced at 175K miles, always late on oil changes. It has 202K miles now and still runs great on regular gas. Besides tire replacements, all I've had to do is replace AC compressor at 190K miles, coils and plugs at 198K miles, front wheel bearings at 185K miles, a couple tire sensors. Besides tires I've probably only spent $5K miles or less in maintenance and I use to put the pedal to the floor a lot and still do every blue moon, had it up to 135mph a few times. K&N CAI and custom exhaust from catback. It's a great car and after a good detailing every year I fall back in love with it.
@@Jasiel.95 On a smooth open highway 135mph didn't feel to bad at all. My next car will be the new Z or a used R35. Hopefully prices will have come back down to earth when I'm ready to buy.
Hi Scotty, my son has a 2005 Maxima and with over a 150k miles on the one you showed, I would have expected that they have already replaced the timing chain. We had to recently do that for his car. Running great after that, but you are spot on with A/C. Changed that earlier this year on his. He replaced about 135k. However, with the cost of cars now with all the shortages, it would be impossible to replace with a car that performs like his for less than the repairs.
Had a 2007 altima v6,,,bought it for 7k with 69k miles, sold it for 3k with 212k miles,,,,drove it for almost 150k miles and the only thing I had to repair was a $76 radiator. It was a great car.
I mean the thing is 15 years old. From what I’ve heard the older ones are not so bad as far as the quality is concerned. I wouldn’t buy one any newer than 5 or 10 years
07' Xterra here. Bought it almost year ago. The suspension was shot but put new Bilsteins and AAL. Manual 4x4s are hard to come by Nissan seems good if you're willing to put some money into it
I think that it can sometimes depend on the model more than the make, though I’ve had Nissans of various models that were clunkers so I’m completely sour on Nissan. I currently have a Kia Forte but it’s a basic vehicle with a six speed manual transmission. It sounds like their reach may have exceeded their grasp with that Optima hybrid, but manual transmissions with simple builds tend to last longer in general, Nissans notwithstanding.
I've owned both Toyotas and Hondas in the past, but Nissans are by far the biggest POSs I've ever owned. The 2017 Awd Japanese made rogue with CVT, is the ultimate worst decision I've ever made in a Japanese car!!!
Well I owed a 2000 Nissan pickup never had trouble and a 2009 exterra never had problem with it so Nissan are good you just have to know witch one to buy
I love my 2018 Acura ILX! It's basically identical to the one shown here, except I put black rims and black vinyl wrapped over all the chrome on it. I've had it for over two years now. That DCT-8 transmission could ALMOST win me over from a manual, but not quite. Still wish for a good Honda six speed manual on a similar car, but I'll take the DCT as a close second. Nonetheless, 50,000 miles on it so far with zero issues, just did oil changes and changed the transmission fluid once, that's it. Still looks and drives like brand new.
@@richsweeney1115 I actually had someone else wrap it in a pro shop, so I'm off the hook....right? haha. I got the idea from seeing another car done that way. It's a gloss wrap, so it doesn't look like black rubber, it looks painted. And the giant, ugly chrome beak in front is black now too. That's the Acura's most unattractive feature, in my opinion, and the black just tones it down a notch. The new ones are black, so Acura finally caught on but it was my idea so they should pay me. I had a Chrysler back in the day that had transmission, starter, intake manifold, and brake issues by 50k, so it's not unheard of for the cars of the masses to have problems early on. In general it seems like most cars are becoming more reliable in that you're not constantly fiddling with it, and I'm happy about that. But sometimes there's therapy in the fiddling, maybe. Peace bro.
-11:35 The grill looks like a damn shark. I don't know if it's a cultural thing. Maybe they should run it by a focus group 1st. Not to mention most cars look like unmolded clay today. I'm a creature of 1960s style and design. Put a couple of lines on it like a 64 mustang. Any line off of a cougar Will do. New Volvos have a nice "angular" rear lighting array.
Most reliable and actually fun to drive car I've owned was my 2005 automatic Toyota Corolla S. Bought it new. I beat the absolute piss out of it for 98K miles with no issues, like none it all. Just fluid changes, tires, rotors, and brakes. I've gone through 3 sets of tires in just a months time and same goes for the brake pads. 2nd on the list is my current daily. 2012 Honda Fit. I absolutely love this little nugget!! My driving style on the street is completely different now that I've grown the hell up.
Dude if you're going through "3 sets of tire in just a month" you need Jesus as your tire lawyer to advise you to lay off those second hand used tires LOL.
My 2010 Corolla LE is also a fun car to drive. I believe that the S trim has a slightly larger 2.4 litre engine whereas has the 1.8 litre with 132 hp. I love the Corolla S and SE trims. They are sportier than the LE but with plenty of aftermarket trim items available you can easily mod an LE to look more
I financed a 2017 Acura Ilx with 58k miles a couple years ago and I was only 21 so I did a lot of research trying to find the right reliable used car with everything I wanted for the right price and I got it for 11k usd before taxes and it’s an amazingly fun and comfortable car to drive and I’ve only ever had to do regular maintenance such as oil change and brake pads. It makes me so happy to see Scotty praise it so much in this video makes me glad.
My dad was an auctioneer and sold sales all over the US, so he spent a lot of time on the road (60 years ago). He bought big high-end business sedans; Buicks, Lincolns, Cadillacs, Mercurys, etc.. When they hit 50K, he was looking to trade because at 70-80K, they were considered worn out.
The kia, problem could be that the radiator inside has a leak, did you check the transmission fluid, that happened to me with my jeep, I was getting coolant in the trasmition and transmition fluid in the radiator, have to replace the radiator, I didn't noticed because the transmission fluid stay at the bottom of the radiator, until my trasmition start to have problems, then I noticed that the coolant was getting mix with my transmission oil.
I got a 06 Infiniti (Nissan) G35. Overall it's been solid for me, but a few parts here and there went bad: 2 wheel bearings and 1 window motor. It goes through oil (bad piston rings) but the engine will last if you keep it topped up. Not as reliable as our Civic, but a fun and reasonably priced sports coupe.
Happy Veteran's Day sir! To you and your family. And thank you! I can agree, I've owned many Nissan's in my day the worst being my 02 Altima V6, Burned out main computer due to faulty motor mounts, cat's worn out at around 142k and had to replace oil pan due to rust in addition to the coolant line. Don't get me started on the spark plug change! After my '94 Sentra, they're truly not the same any more. My old '88 Camry is like new yet!
I can vouch for Scottie's warnings about SUBARUs-recently had to replace a brake master cylinder on a 2002 Outback (only 52,000 miles). The mechanic could not get a new unit-we had to gamble on remanufactured unit. According to him, it is very difficult to get parts for Subarus over 5 years old. The other problem is that body parts have to come from a junkyard-something to consider if you plan to keep the car for a long time.
Had a 2003 Altima 2.5 with 217k, I had to put oil in it a lot, but it ran smooth, it shifted nicely, heat was hot, AC was cold, no electric issues, rust from Chicago winters but it was still solid. Grandpa had an old Sentra, it had a hole in the rear and could see the road when you were driving, but the drivetrain was solid. My dad had a 95 Altima, he gave it to his younger brother, it was clean and ran fine. Mom’s 2012 Pathfinder has 87k, no issues other than a MAF sensor code that comes and goes. Only issue I have with modern Nissan is the CVTs, but an old Nissan is good. But new I buy Hyundai/Kia, good warranty and a great price for the features it has.
Wow. You guys just don't listen to what Scotty is really saying. You guys ain't winning lol us Honda toyota guys know that what you guys are saying is so worthless. We don't deal with any of that. And our cars are older and only cost us like 2000 bucks. Lol. You guy's ain't winning

I have 2001 Maxima with over 185000 miles on it. It has passed every safety inspection here in Finland where those inspections are brutal to pass. It has been reliable car, but now one of the cats are going bad.
I had a Nissan Maxima with 175,235 miles it was pretty cool. it looked just like the one in that video except the sunroof was "panoramic"; it makes me want to get another Maxima of the same generation
I had a 97 Maxima, one owner, records all given to me, over 200,000,bought with like 135,000,but I used it fur driving plus driving paper route. I loved that car!! No problems except replacing couple coils & plugs /wires. Bought for $3000 in like 2013, totaled by a driver from NY at over 200,000 thousand & for $2000 from insurance company so drove 3 yrs for $1000. I hated to lose it cuz I trusted that car to take me anywhere. Next was 2002 Infiniti I 35 that drove great from like 131,000-171,000. Now can't get anyone that can fix it after mechanic decided it was ECU. It did have leaking compacitors cuz he took Pic of it. He replaced all 7,still won't crank. Sent ECU to NY for rebuild, still won't crank. I'm looking at 2004 G35 now with 2 owners, 100,735 miles. May buy it tomorrow. Missed out on 2002 Lexus IS200 or 300. Hate that especially after this video.

Forget the Toyota's My 1990 Plymouth Laser got 157k miles can drive it anywhere. And just bought a 1992 Eagle Talon got 199724 k miles on it and still runs good. Then my TDI VW Beetle I got abandoned in a driveway for 475 dollars had 307k and still running only needed a alternator pervious owner thought motor went bad.
I have a 2012 Altima with the same 3.5L V6 with over 240,000 miles with the exact same issues as the 2007 Maxima in this video. Scotty knows his stuff. Thankfully South Carolina has no emissions requirements either.
I just want a "valtswaggan, Beatle". Indestructible! Why!? Did they try to fix, something? It was basically, a motorcycle, in a car format. Air cooled. Lawn mower, is air cooled!
Scotty, I have a 2008 Nissan Altima with the V-6 and a 6-speed manual (no CVT). The car is a hoot to drive and it is FAST. I did have to replace the rack but it wasn’t really expensive. I understand its pretty rare with the manual transmission. It’s got a back-up camera, Nav, heated leather seats, Bluetooth, and Bose stereo. The body is perfect too. Currently there is nothing wrong with it. I can’t bring myself to sell it because it is so much fun to drive.
I bought my ‘04Lexus RX new..it now has over 200,000 miles on it and I have never had any issues with it except the CD player had to be fixed but it was still under warranty. It has only had routine maintenance , and still looks and drives great. The design is timeless! I recently bought a 2019 Kia Soul which I also love and hope it does just as well as my Lexus . It’s fun to drive, very peppy, roomy, and …adorable!!!!!
I had a 2017 Acura ILX and it was 161,000 and I didn’t have to do anything major on. I drove it pretty quick too. Just traditional wear and tear. I highly recommend the ILX. Extremely reliable and fun to drive
WRONG. My family had a 2007 maxima and didn’t need 3 cats. We just needed a transmission rebuild, new motor mounts all around, new power steering hose, new passenger door handle mechanism, wheel well fell off while it was parked and took out the splash guard and rocker panels. My butt was very heated though, so I never understood why we donated it to charity.
Happy Veteran’s Day!

My 02 Pathfinder failed smog because of the cats - it had 4 of them making it hard to tell which ones were bad. 185K
At least, by the time it would be subject to its' next emissions test, my Altima will be 25 years old and exempt in my area!
Just drove from Washington to Florida, 3,000 miles in 3 days in my 2017 Toyota Four Runner, and it gave me no problems the whole way.
I used Moble 1 syn. oil. 9GREAT. CAR
I love this guy! His knowledge, his passion, his honesty. Thank you!
I worked in a stamping plant that made internal brackets for Honda; if you dropped a part on the floor…or 100…. You had to scrap it. Whether they were perfectly clean, no nicks, or not.
God bless quality control
You are the coolest guy I’ve ever seen on the internet, a lot of these big TH-camrs use all this flashy crap and edits and bla bla bla, it’s relaxing to just watch you and learn something.
Toyota Verso 105,000 miles, same battery and exhaust. Except for 2 front wheel bearings and the usual brakes, tyres and oil changes. I've had zero trouble, never broke down and it's 10 years old. Toyota's are fantastic!
Happy to see the 4 Runner on here. I ❤ mine from my dad...1998 and still rides smooth and ac blows ice cold. Best vehicle I've ever had!
What a perfect way to describe the Kia Optima in the video! I have the 2012 Hybrid model and I kept nodding my head at everything you were saying about the 2014 model. The saving grace at this point is that it was also built in Korea and still runs.
They got fined $137 million with Hyundai
Don't drive it much do ya.
If they made all new drivers drive a manual transmission , think how much their accidents would go down since they couldnt text AND drive AND shift .
YOU WOULD BE SURPRISED AT THE SKILL THE NEW GENERATION GOT NOW LOL LOL cause I got a manual and I be flying and texting away I know I shouldn't but I still do it lol

We love it too!
When it comes to diagnostics you get what you pay for. 💯
I think he dreams of a tool that will fix the whole car.
33:29 couldn't agree more, humongous front-grille trend especially on sedan and small car needs to stop

Oh no!

Although sometimes I stare into the black void of the Lexus gaping maw, just to rinse my eyes out from looking at new BMW...
It always looked lame to me as well
Scotty is every car manufacturers kryptonite lol
Being a Chevy guy when I was young, I became very frustrated with their quality during the 80s and 90s. Since 1993 my wife and I have owned 4 Toyota Camrys and 2 Honda Accords . To me Toyota makes the best cars. The Hondas are good but I have had to replace more on them than my Toyotas .
I’m so glad Scotty Kilmer exists in this world full of crazy. Thankyou Scotty! You have saved me thousands of dollars. Bless your heart!
My 89 Nissan pu,v6,5speed...401,000 miles 2nd clutch. Change oil, filter soon as darker oil....never had valve covers off...I think I'll keep it.........
Wow. Impressive.
Most Nissan's that don't have the CVT are great. Scotty rarely mentions those. Their trucks and SUV's (r51 Pathfinder's and prior models) are excellent.
Yeah, no CVT tranny for me
"Odometer broke a long time ago "
🤣🤣🤣 Legend!
Back in 2017 when I bought my first car it was a 2002 Toyota Sequoia with just a little over 200,000 on it, I got that thing for 3,500
My dad had a 98 4 Runners, no issues 400k miles. All good things come to an end. It was destroyed in a high speed chase. Some Dodge truck ran into it and was totalled.
A lot of people will tell you the 88-2013 4 Runners were the best vehicles available back then at ANY price.
RIP 🙏⚰
Not enough dodge and to much ram
My 96 4runner had 425k miles on it when I was rear-ended on the interstate. Totalled it. Broke my heart do I picked up a 98 4 runner. Made me feel a little better 😎
Hope your dad is okay.
My in-laws have a 98 4-Runner Limited with only 154K miles. Paint job is still pristine. Scotty's right...it drives like a dream. Solid made vehicle.
Was it parked out in the sun or in a garage?
@@KillerofGods The majority of its life has been in the garage but for the past 5 years it's been outside.
@@elnivekify My Hyundai paint started peaking probably after 5 years? But it was always outside, I never waxed it though just regular washes.
They do anything to protect the paint? I'm gonna be buying a Toyota next, I'm done with Korean cars.
@@KillerofGods I think they purchased the factory permacoat. But they don't do anything else to it besides regular washing.
Great info as always Scotty! Just bought a 2017.5 Mazda 6 grand touring and love it! Such a nice looking and handling car and gets good mileage!
Most of the vehicles my family has had over the past 30 years, the AC never worked but the heater did. We live in iowa so that working heater was very valuable lol
That 8 DCT from Honda/Acura is legendary. Pure work of art
I had an Acura TL the bad part about them was their weak transmissions but fast as s***
I have a toyota corolla and absolutely love it but man do I miss my 2003 Lexus is200 and some times wish I was still driving it.
I have the 2008 Civic Hybrid. Do you change transmission fluid?
1. Toyota
2. Lexus
3. Honda
4. Acura
5. Subaru
6. Kia
7. Nissan
135mph? Hell no 😮💨 I have an 01 Corolla. I get scared at 95 😂
@@Jasiel.95 On a smooth open highway 135mph didn't feel to bad at all.
Your input to society is awesome! Thanks for all your work!
I honestly bought my car after watching this guy so these companies could advertise here and the return would be 1000X.
Had a 2007 altima v6,,,bought it for 7k with 69k miles, sold it for 3k with 212k miles,,,,drove it for almost 150k miles and the only thing I had to repair was a $76 radiator. It was a great car.
Sewer rat may taste like pumpkin pie but I'll never know lolololololol
I mean the thing is 15 years old. From what I’ve heard the older ones are not so bad as far as the quality is concerned. I wouldn’t buy one any newer than 5 or 10 years
07' Xterra here. Bought it almost year ago. The suspension was shot but put new Bilsteins and AAL. Manual 4x4s are hard to come by
Nissan seems good if you're willing to put some money into it
I think that it can sometimes depend on the model more than the make, though I’ve had Nissans of various models that were clunkers so I’m completely sour on Nissan.
Nissan is crap lol. Honda trustworthy
Well I owed a 2000 Nissan pickup never had trouble and a 2009 exterra never had problem with it so Nissan are good you just have to know witch one to buy
Scotty is a National Treasure
I LOVE the new front design on the Lexus vehicles even the Toyotas that use them as well I think it's a really nice look! 👍🏽
I like you so much, I even let the denture commercials and the Guidry MD 9 minute ones play all the way through.
Scotty to your edit here in Canada you can hear the Mazda's rot and rust away while they sit on the lot at the dealership
I keep jumper cables in my trunk as well, no laughing matter, just peace of mind
but in regards to that Altima, I definitely had a laugh
Great show my friend and thanks again for the info and your the best 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you for your dedication and love of your work.
Great video Scotty! However you forgot Mazda, Hyundai and Mitsubishi.
Subaru is a great car…Mitsubishi…not so much
I love my 2018 Acura ILX!
Ew.....you shouldn't wrap chrome.. and with 50k on it I'd hope you didn't have issues
But yea, you won't have any for a long time
@@richsweeney1115 I actually had someone else wrap it in a pro shop, so I'm off the hook....right?
Peace bro.
This is my 20th daily driver car in my life of 41 years of driving. So I've seen some shyte. lol
I have a 2011 Acura TSX with 194,000 miles on it and is perfect, love it so much!!
Were you racing? Because that doesn’t count. If you went through three sets of tires and brakes on the road in a month, those were shitty parts.
Mazda sedans are very reliable and easy to work on!

Mazda for the win.

I love how excited Scotty gets about Toyota Corollas 🤣🤣🤣✨✨✨
My dad was an auctioneer and sold sales all over the US, so he spent a lot of time on the road (60 years ago). He bought big high-end business sedans; Buicks, Lincolns, Cadillacs, Mercurys, etc.. When they hit 50K, he was looking to trade because at 70-80K, they were considered worn out.
I had 2 GM cars in the 80’s. Both wore out at 120k. I won’t buy another one.
Scotty, i love your videos and you are the by far the nicest mechanic and one of the coolest people iv happened across, thank you for existing
Really great show. I like this SUV. Great styling and 380,000 miles and purring? WHOA!
I had an 88 camry. Great car that never left me stranded, but finally sold it to get a newer toyota.
@@pH7screwtube I love it wish I had one when I was younger, now I keep this one as a collectable!
You can find the parts...mechanic must be lazy or ignorant. Go on line and look!
Subarus are pretty popular in the north west. Like Oregon or Washington
Damn hippies! Theyre a nuisance here too in pgh, pa
I got the 2006 almost 200k it's been good it's a shame the new ones suck
