I am loving this challenge so far!!! With all the sitting I do, I knew for some time that I needed to work on my back... the stretches have been amazing so far! I can tell my body needed it. Can't wait to try this one out later today :)

Great stretch and strength routine. I sit in front of a laptop daily so have trouble with rounded shoulders,weak upper back and lower back pain. This workout really helps with posture. Got a decent sweat going with this one. Looking forward to the next! Love your channel.

I'm an artist, so it means i sit very often. I work from home and have long periods of resting. Your stretching routine stretches my muscles well and i really love the mild discomfort. You have some nice stretches and i don't feel bored doing them! I do have 2 questions: 1. i am a big girl (🍐), so how much time would it usually take for me to attain a good amount of mobility? 2. I realised that one area of my body is more flexible than the other, is there a way/ routine to attain balance? Thanks a lot, lots of love ❤️

Super important as an artist to take care of your body from the long hours of sitting! To answer your questions 1. Big girl or not, it depends on how flexible you are to begin with 💛 and what your goals are. Compared to strength training, flexibility takes a lot of time and patience, you’ll learn a lot about yourself along the way which makes the journey worth while! Definitely months for majority of people to see big results. Though I like to encourage that small wins are BIG wins 🌟. One day you’ll find yourself doing movements you never imagined doing and I would do this all over again for those moments. 2. Great question! You can try stretching the tighter side a bit longer or doing an extra rep to even it out over time :) give it extra love! Hope this helps, thank you again for giving this challenge a try!
