I am very happy for you, Jordan. it is a beautiful car and it is by far the best Tesla for the money and the best EV in general for the money. I have some quick thoughts: 1. I own the same color Model 3 that you chose (stealth grey) and I love the this color. It just looks so much better than the white or the red colors. I do like the blue, but the stealth grey is just perfect. My Model 3 is a 2022 base model. RWD. Your Model 3 is a huge improvement on mine. 2. I have not found a subwoofer system that can be added that integrates natively with the existing sound system. I would be very interested to see if your team can locate one that doesn't cost an excessive amount of money. The trick is not in adding subwoofers, that can be done. The trick is adding subwoofers that work with the existing speakers in the software. I don't know if that is possible. So, in other words, adding subwoofers what the car's UI recognizes and you can see and adjust in the native sound system UI on the touchscreen. My car's sound system is so good, that I am not too worried about it. 3. I agree with you that because this car has an 80 kWh battery and a 363-mile range, it will remain a class-leading EV for the next two years at least. Because it is very fast, and has exceptional range and an exceptionally quiet ride and comfortable suspension system, it will still be a superb EV in two years. I hope that you will be very happy with your new car.
I don't understand how it makes financial sense for the dealer to basically lend you the car for 3 years and loose money on it. If you give it back after your lease expires, they'll never be able to sell it for 35k, so they'll be losing money on it. In my country in EU, the minimum downpayment is 10% and the max financing term is 96 months. And if you do that, you pay insane interest. So most people (including me) try really hard to put down at least 40-50% and pay the rest in max 2-3 years. And own the car afterwards. Nobody and I mean NOBODY is lending you the car for some trivial amount of money over here.
19:40 Woudlnt it be funny that if you found your vehicle on the lot and click on the button in the app that you found it the car would play a suprise / presentation sound like.
I have a 2023 Model 3 RWD that I bought used simply to test FSD. I love it BUT am wondering if I need AWD for winter traction. So maybe do a comparison of your RWD with snow tires vs an AWD with year round tires. Thanks.
I recently went to pick up an inventory Model 3 Long Range AWD and it was in pathetic shape. The paint had dozens of problems, the glove box wouldn't open on the screen, and after rebooting the system to attempt to fix that, all connectivity in the car (bluetooth, wifi, and cellular) went down with no remedy. The local Tesla general manager was only focused on getting me to accept the vehicle and schedule a service appointment. Needless to say, this was my first and last experience with Tesla. "Steering wheel being off is the only issue" is just a ridiculous thing to say. Stop glazing a company with horrific quality control.
Congratulations Jordan on your new Model 3… Had my LFP RWD for 3 years now and it’s by far the best car I’ve ever owned . How on earth is are Teslas so dirt cheap in the US? The Model S for 63k? The cheapest option in Europe would be 93k and both come from the same factory.
It is not that cheap, Tesla deliberately tries to deceive customers about the pirce. You have to change the price on the website to not include totally made up numbers about how much you could safe in gas money if you buy an EV. Then the price for the Model S then becomes 75k and you still have to add the compulsory delivery and order fee which brings up the price to $76.6k. In the US, prices are shown without taxes and fees, so you might end up with an additional 9%-10%, so the Model S ends up costing you $83.5k-84k, so the actual prices are much closer together. All Model S and X in Europe come from the US, so you have to add some logistic costs, it is not that much tho. Tesla knows that not many would buy these vehicles in Europe, and you have to be a naive buyer or a gullible fanboy to do so and therefor you could try to charge higher prices. But even if you pay the $84k it is still one of the cheapest build and most outdated vehicle on the market for that kind of money. Fortunately, not that many are buying these "luxury" vehicles from Tesla, not even in the US. But besides that, generally speaking, to make EVs affordable you need state and government incentives otherwise not many would would buy them, especially Tesla would sell almost no vehicles at all without government incentives because their vehicles are quite pricey. I mean the Model Y LR RWD costs 46,6k + taxes and fees right now, so around 50k! That is not cheap! No comparison to modern hybrid cars which are way more usable and even have better interiors. A Honda Civic Hybrid or a Toyota Prius cost around 35k with good specs, a typical Toyota Camry also costs 35k. Only with public money and incentives, in a lot of cases it can go up to 10k or above in the form of tax reduction or direct subsidies, Tesla's become affordable. 50k for the Model Y LR RWD suddenly becomes 40k, which is much more appealing. These incentives directly bolsters Tesla's profit margins by the way, because otherwise they would need to lower the list prices of their vehicles by quite a lot if they want to still sell some of them (+ additional profits are generated through regulatory credits and with less EVs sold Tesla would be allowed to sell less of them).
@@Aztasu "Tesla would sell almost no vehicles at all without government incentives". Yet Tesla is very successful in Australia with basically no incentives until the past two years. Your theory does not work in reality.
@@Neojhun dude those are facts and numbers, wtf are you talking about. By the way, about Australia: "Tesla Australia sales slump for seventh consecutive month", this month will be 8 months of continuous decline. The only bigger market where Tesla is not losing sales so far is China. China pretty much props up Teslas sales and profit margins alone. Once people there stop buying outdated and overpriced Teslas and buy the way more modern + cheaper local EV brands Tesla is in for a wild ride down.
@@Aztasu "Tesla deliberately tries to deceive customers about the pirce" Yes, it is not stated on their Web Site. You can not open a Browser on your Linux Tablet and look it up.
Im really shocked how bad the built quality of the us cars is. A Model S Plaid in the showroom next to a chines Model 3 Highland was crazy to spot the imperfections on the Model S. The Model S looked like it had a massive accident and as poorly rebuilt, next to it the chinese Model 3 Highland which was in absolute perfect condition regarding panel gaps, paint quality, fitting, interior etc.
Fremont and Austin are factories held together by duct tape. Quality is not much of a concern. Just cost and speed. But people keep buying them so nothing to fix 🤷

@ True, it might help in cold starts below -5F. I doubt it would be noticeable for most Colorado conditions they could test in, but would be good to see tested.
Savour those new white seats and blackish paint cause it will be the only time you will see them in this condition. I got same config (LR RWD) in the older model 3 with black seats and white paint and I can live with the dirt. Only thing is the woody dash that I covered with carbon fibre. would buy an ev a rivian to be exact but even on their site they say not to as no service centers near by. What made gm ford and Chrysler was the dealer slash service network everywhere. @@Aztasu "Tesla would sell almost no vehicles at all without government incentives". Yet Tesla is very successful in Australia with basically no incentives until the past two years. Your theory does not work in reality.
@@Aztasu LOL fresh spam account created Feb 12, 2024. No real person would type out that diatribe, that was a canned script.
Wow, first snow for the season.
Meanwhile, we've had 75° in the Northeast much of last week in November.
Been following you for a while, keep it up!
Congrats, Jordan!!
You should do a Range test with the most efficient car but on the most efficient Tires and wheels, Would you Hit 400 miles? That will be awesome to see.
The amount of times I've heard "we", I sense this isn't 100% Jordan's Tesla... 😂 Great having friends who can hook it up! Consider it a company car, tax right off, etc... 🤑! Lol
Put the most efficient tires and rims on there and see what range you get at 70
Yay for Cheyenne guy
Delivery is great..."for Tesla" as the steering wheel is significantly "out of spec".
Awesome video, and congrats on the new Tesla.
P.S. I own a 2023 F-150 Lightning XLT ER and it’s my dream job to work for Out of Spec here in NC where I live and help create content! 😬🤞🏼
Out of Spec is what gave me the education, and later, the confidence to go fully electric with my Lightning! I’d love to one day have a Tesla Model 3 or Y as a second vehicle.
What all weather floor mats do you guys recommend for the Mod 3?
Congrats!
Congrats Jordan! How about trying to get 400 miles on a charge - determine at what speed is it possible to achieve this?
50mph
Steering wheel being off is the only problem 😂
@OutofSpecReviews there is a typographical error in your Amber pre-roll ad at 1:14 it says “Drive Electric, Stree Free” and I imagine it means to say, “Drive Electric, Stress Free?” I’m sure the sponsor would appreciate a correction.
i wonder if you set your destination to the charger you are at will it turn on the pre heat while you re charging ??
Hey Jordan, nice car! 😊
Hey congrats on the new car man! Hope it serves you well. The new Model 3’s are awesome after all. 😄🥳
It's unbelievable that they still don't know how to fit the panels. They've been making this crap for ages already.
also how is it possible that a _new_ car is this damaged??
It’s a meme stock company and ponzi scheme. Product quality isn’t a consideration just the continuation of the scam is important.

Would love to hear what mods are folks doing for upgrading the audio
Congrats Jordan!!!!
Congrats Jordan on the Model 3 Happy for you.
Excellent! ⚡️⚡️⚡️
Looking at getting the Model Y LR RWD. Would definitely be an upgrade from my 21 Model 3 SR+
No one else is doing it in software like that, because doing it in software instead of the correct way with buttons, is obviously stupid.
i look forward to seeing your sub addition video.
I’m holding out for the scout hybrid. Jeep lost my business for life. Nothing Tesla makes works for me and my needs.
It would be really cool to get a DIY Tesbros wrap.
Congrats fella, the best efficient EV 👍
Use the referals to buy back seat covers.
I’d be curious if heater performance in cold weather differs compared to the dual motor spec. I know the motors are used to create cabin and battery heat, so dual motors might be faster but I’ve never seen a real world comparison.
It uses the heat pump. Far more efficient than the motor. It does scavenge from motors but not main source.
@@TheLastMoccasin I meant when it is very cold. As the temperature falls heat pumps become less efficient.
@ True, it might help in cold starts below -5F. I doubt it would be noticeable for most Colorado conditions they could test in, but would be good to see tested.
Why is the lady in the Eaton Ad holding the charger in the car as if she is pumping gas? lol
Good timing. Tax credit is going away very soon.
dont wrap it. it looks just fine as it is.. compare to a long range Ford Mustang and the Polestar 2
When are you going to wrap that CT? You said in 6 months. A color ppf would be ideal.
Congratz Jordan!
Congrats Jordan ! Best car ever
Savour those new white seats and blackish paint cause it will be the only time you will see them in this condition. I got same config (LR RWD) in the older model 3 with black seats and white paint and I can live with the dirt. Only thing is the woody dash that I covered with carbon fibre. Like any sane person you ditched the fsd bullshit cause its a scam. Oh and the gaps and scratches will only get worse. The purple led rim is also lame, so Id turn that off too.
Jordan, I would like to see it compared to an extended range RWD Mach-E. I think that any extended range RWD Sedan would be a good comparison. Congratulations on your purchase and hope to see a ton of owner content.
2 year smart choice
Have you done a video booking in on the app with a loan car?!
Hey ! Why "Teslas black is terrible" ? Iam looking for buy new M3 in black. Tell me more please ! 😊
would buy an ev a rivian to be exact but even on their site they say not to as no service centers near by. What made gm ford and Chrysler was the dealer slash service network everywhere. If dealerless models are going to work. They need to build out service network before charging imo but would be a great way to kill two birds one stone.
Jordan, a lint roller will remove those interior smudges on the speaker and headliner fabric. Safe travels. ⚡⚡
For the money yes, but I am waiting for a slightly used 2025 Taycan 4s to replace my model 3.
Look what you are editing on the screen in the background 😅
You accepted delivery without looking at the car first? Maybe he alr did before going in to accept I’m still watching.
Can someone advise what’s the difference between 2024 vs 2025
I wish I lived in CO the $5,000 state credit sounds awesome!
Actually since it's a year 25 he will only get $3,500
@hadenas1 that's still great
