Thank you, guys, for the fantastic EV coverage! Over the past few months, I've learned a ton from your road trips and reviews. After test driving the Ionic 5 and 6 and renting a Model 3 for a weekend off of Turo, I just leased a new Model 3 Long Range AWD. I used your referral code and got a great discount. Thank you! I wish I lived in a state that had the programs Colorado has because, in Tennessee, the Ionic 5 and 6 leases were $300 per month more than a Model 3, which made my decision pretty easy. I can't wait to pick it up after Christmas and take my first road trip in January!
Congrats. Just picked up mine on Thursday strictly based on your 70 mph test. Literally traded in my M3P for the long range RWD. It’s just a daily driver and I was never using the performance out of it. Not to mention I was getting more fun out of playing efficiency games with it than I was out of the performance of it. I was actually one of the first to throw the 18 inch EV01+ wheels with the Hankook iON EVO AS tires on it and was getting 220 Wh/mi over 1,900 miles on my 24’ M3P many months ago. Can’t wait to see episode 4 of the cross country race. I’m a nerd 🤓.

I am very happy for you, Jordan. it is a beautiful car and it is by far the best Tesla for the money and the best EV in general for the money. I have some quick thoughts: 1. I do like the blue, but the stealth grey is just perfect. My Model 3 is a 2022 base model. RWD. Your Model 3 is a huge improvement on mine. 2. I have not found a subwoofer system that can be added that integrates natively with the existing sound system. I would be very interested to see if your team can locate one that doesn't cost an excessive amount of money. The trick is not in adding subwoofers, that can be done. The trick is adding subwoofers that work with the existing speakers in the software. I don't know if that is possible. So, in other words, adding subwoofers what the car's UI recognizes and you can see and adjust in the native sound system UI on the touchscreen. My car's sound system is so good, that I am not too worried about it. 3. I agree with you that because this car has an 80 kWh battery and a 363-mile range, it will remain a class-leading EV for the next two years at least. Because it is very fast, and has exceptional range and an exceptionally quiet ride and comfortable suspension system, it will still be a superb EV in two years.
