Hi Solo, The cat back exhaust would not have any impact on your servicing or maintenance costs at all. As for insurance, you would need to inform your insurance company of any modifications to a vehicle in the UK. You will have to check the requirements where you are based if you are overseas.
You guys should develop exhaust for xe p300 as it has very similar engine and setup to f type. Even exhaust setup is very similar between turbo back and real axle however muffler setup is bit different which i believe can be adjusted easily.

Can the original exhaust tip be fitted with the system?
