This choice of presenter is excellent. She walks and talks very professionally and smiles like she means it. Land and House quality for condos is suspect though. Take a look at Room 21 if you want to find out

That was my thought as well. Her English is so perfect, including intonation, it's better than my own as a native speaker (we don't enunciate nearly as well). Furthermore, she knows the product inside and out AND adds seemingly sincere enthusiasm with captivating charm. A true linguist, saleswoman and actress!

Amazing Condominium.
The colors used are so understated and vibrant. The opposite of classless, brash, gaudy styles so prevalent in America. Such a welcome contrast. Here when arriving back home you breathe deeper, your pulse slows, your pupils dilate as they drink in a breathtaking elegance that calms the soul. Here that outside world is rather distant, and, for a little while, kept at bay as you recharge and luxuriate in this interlude of blissful peace.
@Sam Wills , the designs in Europe and Asia are so much better than in USA. Here in southern California, we have a lot of oversized fake Tuscan design.
I'm an American we don't have anything like these condos,malls,trains like in bkk but we do have much better natural beauty by far and it's much easier to make money here and spend it overthere.

I wonder why you feel like to need to make money in USA and spend it elsewhere. What is lacking in USA. In my opinion the urban layout in the United States causes people to be isolated in their cars and houses, and therefore lonely. Americans are very lonely, depressed people who consume 95% of the psychological drugs in the world. That's my observation from traveling the world

Goodness. I bought a unit in Bangsue district of Bangkok and this condo is about the same size but more than 3 times the price!
The Bangkok Thonglor is a super luxury development located in the prestigious Thonglor, the prices are higher than Bangsue that considered outer Bangkok.
That door vent will come in handy when I fry my salted fish :-)

I hope you have more videos. I enjoy looking more into Thailand for potential place to live but I dislike those vlog channels that hand holds their camera phones on a stick filming themselves.
May I suggest some standard information matrix which includes, parking(with/without storage), maintenance fees, tenure(foreigner freehold), pet friendly?, postcode etc..the rest are good as gold. You may also want to formulate a rating system

ridiculous prices for small sqm new builds these days. Nice place for Middle East/ Chinese to drop cash on a floor at a time and never worry about renting it out. (I used to work for a premium Thailand builder)
But who will those Chinese / Middle East buyers sell to? I get they want to hide their extra money, as an investment. But I don't see them living or being able to resell this place easily.

Just subbed , this was very informative! I’ve stayed in several condos in Bkk & by far this layout is quite impressive. The layout sort of reminds me of “The Line” & a little bit like “The Base condo “. By any chance will these Condos be available to rent through third party renting apps such as AirBNB ?

Why not live in rural Oklahoma Kansas? You can live with a lot of space, for cheap, in a First world economy, with the legal protections of a super power. I hate to say it but the invisible hand of the free market prices properties for a reason. No need to complain if you’re a westerner and believe in western economic and political principles.
The music and camera is great but you should think about what makes sense to mention. Things like "you can control hot water in the shower" or "you get the hot water systems provided" just seems stupid. Also you should add prices.
if u are really keen just look up the condo name in YT most other videos state the prices. What i come here for is her detailed and energetic presentation in english that sets itself apart from those that have prices but in thai language. Plus, being able to control hot water with that knob is just cool!

I like the location and amenities but the glass kitchen feels confined to me. like every time you need to put a cup in the sink you'd have to walk all the way around. I don't know, just doesn't seem to work for me. the price seems fair to me globally but not sure how it compares to other condos in BKK.
Good point about the kitchen. But, this closed kitchen design is really suitable for Thais who always love cooking, heavy cooking. This will help contain the smell inside.
Regarding the prices, The Bangkok Thonglor is a super luxury condominium located on a prestigious location, so the prices are relatively higher than most condominiums in Bangkok. But it is worth, trust us. The quality and fancy facilities are second to none!
@@locanation183 that's fair enough. I'm not Thai so I'm not used to how Thais live. Im used to having 1 or 2 person in a condo and I guess I'm thinking how much can 1 or 2 people cook. Maybe Thais like to cook 8 course meals everyday?

@@locanation183 yes, please include some price mention during the videos. we are all super busy, so don't waste anybody's time. if people are interested in the price range they can continue watching ,else check out another property. this hiding of prices is ridiculous esp for your price range. if this were a better condo maybe priced at three times your pricing, then maybe its a case of not being necessary but at your price it should be mentioned early in the video.

great condominium and apartments but what is the price of the leases or sales? Calling or contacting real estate agents or the owners sucks because generally a kind of link or obligation is created with them just by contacting them, I have seen it many times, so knowing the price of the products presented would be great to know before writing or call or whatever
Finally, the girl presenter is very nice and pleasant, only that vocal fry way of speaking that she has is quite annoying, it is not necessary to speak like that, that the Kardashians do it does not mean that all women have to do it

I think people who can buy a luxury condo at this level probably won't have a problem with having to buy a refrigerator. Also, I think that the condo does not provide a refrigerator because it will allow the customer to buy a refrigerator of the size or function or brand they want. Because the space there is quite large, can put a two-door refrigerator if desired
