Very beautiful. Great job quickly showing the details. It is odd in that the USA the focus shifts from square meters to the dimensions of the ceilings. Low middle class has 8 foot ceilings of one dimension. Middle class homes have cathedral master bedroom and 2 story entry. Upper middle class begins with 9foot ceilings with 20 foot living room ultimately moving to 10-12 foot ceilings and extravagant spaces and ceilings. It looked to me there was some of this in these units but not detailed. The only I find interesting in this is that is a key note of interest in USA and never a mention of dimensions in Thailand even when you can tell the builder invested in this. It costs 3x the price to increase the height by 10percent than increasing the square footage of a space hence why it is key to luxury. A 4,000 square foot house with 8 feet ceilings is a farm house while a 3000 square foot house with 12 foot ceilings is high end upper luxury.
