Reality check: You don't live in a view, pool, gym, ice room, etc. They could have made the rooms bigger so that a human being doesn't feel like they are living in a walk in closet and still offer everything else. THAT would have made this place amazing. But I'm not paying all that money to live in a shoe box. Hey, I'm from Thailand. I would like to highlight that this project and its developer are generally perceived as lacking in quality. The segment is not considered luxurious, as evidenced by the unit density and sizing. Additionally, the price is quite high. I suggest conducting thorough research on the brand and the developer, then comparing the quality and price with nearby projects. And also there was a recent incident where a project, also managed by this developer, partially collapsed during construction.

These places all "sparkle and shine". THey are however; unhealthy, small shoeboxes that do not let you breathe in such a space. A healthy living environment is one that has room - physical space. Either by sheer square footage or by open area (green space or gardens or something). Builders have forced people to think that this is something to aspire to.
It is not. ANd yes, I know space is at a premium in downtown anywhere. But as you grow mature you will realize you need a space that isn't just a place to crash. Or, one that offers "sparkly gimmicks"
I saw 60 places in downtown Bangkok, and all the places that made the final cut (top 10). were all places one could breathe and not feel like a hamster.

@@ProjectBangkok He means to not ruin a great authentic TH-cam channel by making condo view videos that are more advertisements for a real estate agent's gains and for your own financial benefit, rather than giving your audience unbiased tours without flogging something. You were still OK here but it's a fine line to tread where an audience can start to feel like a cash cow.

In my mind, I see a conference room filled with an artsy fartsy group having a brainstorming session shouting out ideas to the questions, “What are all the things we can put in a condo complex?” Except they forgot to apply critical thinking to what they ideated. The product? PARK ORIGIN. What a waste of money. Room design? What a joke.

Thumb's up, I enjoy these condo visit. But, this is small, very expensive and 20 mins walk from the BTS. Seriously, it's more expensive than most rental HOUSE in Australia. Why never anybody in common areas? Because people like to stay in the condo, on the computer, and they never make place for the computer because boomers makes these properties. (What's a Thai boomer like?)

how do you decide that 55,000thb is a price that is good? that is way too overpriced. you are in Bangkok. not in Berlin, Paris or London. The price of the condo is far too high because it is disproportionate to the GDP of Thailand and the population.
