So glad I watched this, it looks so easy and I have most of the ingredients. Some other sites made it seem overly complicated which put me off. This will be tonight's dinner. It's a favourite takeaway for me so I'm excited to cook it myself. Thank you!

Enjoy! Thank you 😊
healthier??? so much oil
@@pamelapamela8368 If you use olive oil or avocado oil at a lower heat, it's much healthier. I'm on keto and am making this tonight with shiritaki noodles and I won't really be stir frying I guess, but it will still be delicious. You obviously can adapt to accommodate to your diet. This certainly is way healthier than take out and definitely is much less oil
@@pamelapamela8368 For the amount of noodles and other ingredients there are, it's not so much. If you do not add enough oil you will be eating a very dry dish. Oil also helps your body absorb nutrients from the food.
@@pamelapamela8368 just use a non-stick pan. Usually, I get by with a 1-2 tb of oil and then a tsp of sesame oil (which she doesn't use) at the end. Woks and normal pans generally need more oil. You can see how hers didn't come off clean, especially the egg. Also, not all fats are equal. You can always use healthier substitutes like avocado, olive, grapeseed, coconut, etc etc.
Wow, kudos lady. I can't believe you made a simple meal without adding the salt/sugar loaded soy sauce and fish sauce. I almost didn't want to watch. Salt is all that is needed, thanks for the simplicity.
Thank you! Very tasty dish. Enjoy 😊
9:41 "And some soy sauce." It's in there. But the use of soy sauce and/or fish sauce doesn't mean that a dish has too much salt. The sauces have salt in them, sure, but as with all good cooking you cook to taste. Soy and fish sauce also add a great umami flavor that you can't get from salt alone.
@@Amberscion Agreed. Fish sauce is a great addition to this dish. Adds so much flavor.
Thank you, Ling. Your cooking method is easy, simple and delicious. Less complicated and makes cooking so easily available.
Thank you 😊
Looks delicious. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you! Enjoy 😊
One of my most favorite dishes period, to order from a place here in Charlotte called China Jade! Now my Singapore noodles will come out great at home! I could eat the whole plate and be content for the rest of the day!😋 such a beautifully used and seasoned wok too!👍👍
Enjoy your Singapore noodles at home. Stay safe! 😊 -Ling
Hey Sandy! I live out in Waxhaw! I'm going to try this dish tonight at home.

Love this, looks amazing. Absolutely love Chinese food but I never try to make it myself as it seems so complicated. But with this recipe, you have made it look easy. Thank you 👍😁
Andi x Yes, you can. Enjoy! Thank you 😊
Don't even try it. These people have special skills with this cuisine. Even when they show you on video, you can't duplicate what they're doing.
I say GIVE IT A TRY. The more you practice the better you become at it. 🙂😀 Why else do people post and share their cooking skills so we all can learn and enjoy different cultural cuisine flavours. Try, taste and enjoy. God bless.
@@kaiono5489 I will. Thanks for your enthusiasm and encouragement 👍😁
@@crosbonit It's still going to be delicious. Will it have that authentic taste like at a restaurant on their extremely high heat or at home with a well seasoned wok that has traveled through so many generations? Probably not but it's still worth a try. It took me years to figure out how to make the perfect fried rice to taste like take out after giving up many times. I finally just mixed different techniques I saw from different cooks and it's some of the best rice I've ever had. Never be discouraged
I always watch your show... So easy to follow your recipes and ohhh sooo good and savory...thanks for sharing
Thank you 😊
Looks absolutely delicious! Thanks so much.

@@ChineseHealthyCook I do also. Most of the time I use fresh chili or the powder & sometimes smoked paprika for a little something different. I think I will make it tomorrow or Sunday. Thank you again.

It's looks yummy!!!!
Thank you so much for this yummy with recipe
Thank you! Enjoy 😊
It's one of my favorite dishes. First came across Singapore noodles in a Vietnamese restaurant in Vancouver Canada, they referred to the item as 'Vietnamese Noodles'. In other places I have visited or lived in: Sydney, Aukland, Portland, Phoenix, Toronto, Tampa etc, they are most often referred to as Singapore Noodles. A rose is a rose and Singapore Noodles is indeed a very tasty dish.
Haha, some viewers told me there’s no such dish in Singapore 😄
@@ChineseHealthyCook Can be found in most Malaysian Chinese restaurants but purportedly invented in Hong Kong. It was named Singapore for that exotic feel since the dish used curry powder. 😂
Oh Omg!, this is one of my favorite order...
Like it👌👌🙂
Delicious. I am going to try this recipe. So easy.... Thanks
Thank you 😊
Thank you so much for this recipe. This turned out so good! I only used king prawns

@Eddie Orama Del Pilar ?
I like make my Singapore noodles with lots of chilli oil and triple the curry powder. Thanks for posting.
Good for you 😆Thank you 😊
Yup... saw they used a lot of chili oil in this dish. Even I cannot eat spicy but more oil would be taste better lol , but not healthy right? Just eat one- 😝
Looks delicious, I must try, thank you 😊
one of my favs
I'm making this again for the 4th time. My wife loves it, my kids fight over it, my mother asks when I'm going to make it again! Thanks so much!

Omg they look so delicious 😋 🥰
Oh my God, have mercy on me! Delicious 😍
WONDERFUL! A recipe that is so wonderfully presented that even the husband is willing to give it a try!
Glad to hear that. Hope you guys will enjoy. Thank you 😊
Looks delicious.
Omg this my most extremely favourite food I always eat from the restaurant this my order this is my favourite food. Dude don’t make that, that makes me feel eat it
My go to order too - Singapore Vermicelli 😋
The original Char Bee Hoon does not use Curry powder, this is Singapore Bee Hoon which uses Curry powder and some chefs even use Tumeric. Anyway, those who want variations may like to use non--curry powder and non-Tumeric, try using the oyster sauce and soya and dark cook with red or green peppers, Chinese mushroom, snow peas, and baby corn will taste equally delicious.
Either way, I'm here for it. So delicious lol
Probably because of the early settlement of Tamils who might have converted to Indian version. Just like rotti Chennai became rottikanai!
Try avoiding using Curry Powder or Tumeric too...hv the bee hoon fried with good wok hei n use suitable soya n dark sauce with some oyster sauce if preferred. Enjoy 😉
@@ichigobagus I agree, I actually Never uses Curry powder or Tumeric, SIngaporean Fried Bee Hoon uses either one.
Actually, my version like you described above tastes very good indeed.
Singapore Noodles has always been to me, the American-Chinese version of mee goreng. THAT is a Singapore noodle, particular to SG and Malaysia. Cantonese Singapore Noodles isn’t trying to imitate Char Bee Hoon.
Thank you very much! It was wonderful and my whole family loved it.
I made it the other day and thoroughly enjoyed too. So happy to hear that. Thank you 😊
The food looks delicious
Love your calming spirit

Happy New Year everyone!
I had subscribed to your page but then I unsubscribed when I could not find any of your recipes full descriptions on how to make your foods step by step that your cooking, for instants this video has ingredients in it that you used but underneath the video it does not state those certain ingredients. I do like your videos but I want to be able to make them myself step-by-step without watching and pausing the video, it’s easier for me to read how to do it myself with all the ingredients that you used included in the caption. Thanks
Sorry to hear that. Videos are different presentation from written recipes. I normally write down ingredients. I would not unsubscribe if I were you 😆
ChineseHealthyCook Thank you for responding but I have to say that in your ingredients you left out two ingredients that you use that’s in your video and not only that what good is the ingredients if you don’t state the amount to use. Thanks once again
It’s look very yummy ! Thank you !
Thank you 😊
She is adorable and recipes are wonderful
No mention of corn starch in recipe.
M.G. N this dish gets no corn starch. When I make lo mein with “spaghetti”, I make a sauce with some corn starch.
M.G. N Edit.....OK, now I see corn starch, they use it to coat meats.
