Ooo yesssss!!! I LOVEEEE Singapore Mai Fun!!!!!! It's so savory and the different textures and flavors in each bite make it a joy to eat! It's not as difficult to cook as I thought it would be either, it just takes a lot of prep but the actual cooking of it goes really quickly! Thanks for this tasty looking recipe!! Just found your channel and I'm really loving it!
One of my favorite dishes from only one local restaurant. They make it spicy with pork, shrimp and chicken and lots of crunchy sprouts. What would i add to make it spicy? Thank you so much for sharing this.
@@COOKSTACEYCOOK can you please do a house special version ( without the curry ) the other way to make this besides the Singapore? It’s my #1 favorite pasta fry!❤
@TIROMANDAL6399. DID YOU SAY "WITH "SHRIMPS"?!!!. YOU MUST'VE MEANT TO SAY "WITH "S-H-R-I-M-P"(THE SECOND "S" SHOULD HAVE BEEN EXCLUDED). GOT TO BE CAREFUL ABOUT THAT ETYMOLOGY & GRAMMATICAL USAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!.
I don’t believe that I saw you add in fresh or dried fenugreek leaves or, seeds. Fenugreek is the essential, ingredient in curry powder or paste. It is a must when making Persian, Gourmet Sabsi.
Those noodles should not be boiled but soaked in cold water. They will be gummy and mushy if you boil them. Soak them, drain them, and cook with your stir fry. Rice noodle for singapore noodles are not boiled. This type of rice noodle is never boiled.
This looks atrocious. You would need to microwave this and the prawns would be tough!. The vegetables are pretty much raw. You also used untraditional rice vercamilli noodles with wheat starch. They should be gluten free / no gluten traditionally. Also you added corriander seeds??? Why ruin the taste of a seafood Singapore noodle? Also it should have small shrimp not big Prawns. Fail Fail Fail Uncle Roger would die in his grave.
Hi Stacy, your channel is very nice. I just started a similar food channel myself @foodphilosophyuk , it would be nice to learn from your channel growth

Birds eye chillies(small size chillies Thai groceries stores) or chili powder flakes,Chinese chilli oil or large red chillies, chilli sauce.

"Exprosion of Fravor" 😂
I stopped counting after the 6th spoon of oil....in a non stick pan
Girl... Your Asian why don't you use a wok? Your pan is too small. U need a wok to toss all that ingredients make it much easier
How rude are you !
@@uniquepieces7365 it's not rude u twit it's the truth. She clearly did not have any room in this flat American pan
