Honey Chicken Wings are just in time for Olympics, Super Bowl, and any games. They are similar to my soy chicken wings and finished with honey. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 lb chicken wings (brined in water with 1 tbsp of salt for 30 minutes)
3 tbsp honey mixed with 1 tbsp warm water
To marinate:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper powder
4 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp Shaoxing cooking wine
8 slices ginger
4 green onions, white part
