They are both great cooks and not afraid to give food critiques LOL so I was thrilled they liked it and they had zero complaints. I added celery, red bell pepper, cashews, a bit of Lao Gan Ma chili oil with black beans, and Sichuan Pixian broad bean paste and it came together for a beautiful, colourful, and flavourful dish. Thanks so much for all the great recipes on your channel. I love that they are easy to cook even for beginners, healthy, delicious, and don't use any super fancy or niche ingredients or cooking equipment. Your recipes have been a staple for me throughout college and beyond!

I made this for dinner tonight... so simple and delicious! I did not have dark vinegar, so I substituted with balsamic vinegar and a splash of Worcestershire sauce. Also, I only had honey roasted peanuts in my pantry. I figured since the sauce calls for a bit of sugar, the honey roasted peanuts would be fine. The recipe came out so good!
Sorry I don’t. I normally use rice cook. In the pot, I would say to add 2 cups of water to 1 cup of rice and bring to boil. Then turn down to low and let it simmer about 20 mins or till water all evaporated.

I love Kung Pao Chicken, but the restaurants outside make it with tiny dices of chicken. I am glad you made it with large dices of chicken breast which is also my favorite, can't wait to try this recipe.
