    3:02 lol. I made this kind of video too. Not speed up. I showed my WR going from Motard to Dirt. But I dont have a real Australian accent. I try most of the video but its just not as good as the real thing.

    I like your style. I like to use everything as a hammer too, except the actual hammer.

    I wonder if your torque wrench needs recalibrating because of it's secondary use as a hammer!

      My torque wrench was $11 from Aldi, it was probably +-60% accurate from the factory. If I ever buy a real one I'll take care of it!

      imashankusobad can you imagine the cost and trouble of a snapped bolt because its out of calibration by 10 or so foot pounds? That's the issue not the cost of the tool ;) i have a cheap on as well.

  • @SKBKER

    Wow !!! Using your torque wrench as a hammer - great way to destroy it . Metal on metal contact with the axle - great way to dent it . You find the bolts hard to undo . Full respect dude you still managed to do the wheel change though !!!

    Hi there Tom! dropping a torque wrench will put it out of calibration. by using it as a hammer. you'll find using it as a torque wrench is pretty pointless because it won't be torquing it to the spec you want. also when you store your torque wrench wind it out as far as you can go. it helps keep them calibrated. Excellent video as always :D

  • @brando6335

    losen the nut and hit it with you hand to move the axel instead of hitting the thread with tools.. just a quick tip
    and if you every now and then coat it with grease between changes it will come out a lot easier

    Thanks for the doing the swap unedited, i was curious to know how long would. Those rubber mallets that others keep going on about are under 5 bucks at bunnings, but hey i lived in an apartment once and was reduced to very few tools, love the use of the smaller ratchet as an axle driver.

    When you hammer things like that, you might want to use a rubber mallet or use a small piece of wood in between as to not score the threads or other metal bits.

    Have to admit, this video did make me die a little inside..
    Gotta learn someway though I suppose LOL!
    Hope you tightened those pinch bolts back up though!
    Also, there's a proper way to put in a front wheel. Many people don't do it, but it makes sure the forks are straight and not tapered basically.

    Good stuff. As others have suggested, invest in a $5 rubber mallet to help you with the axle rods. How do you like the Warp9 wheels? Is your speed-o off when you have the street tires on?

  • @sheryna7709
    @sheryna7709 9 ปีที่แล้ว
