One critique of the Kyle videos is they are a bit too fast. There's not enough space in between the cuts in the edits to fully grasp what he's saying. Maybe the softness of his voice is fooling me, but I think he speaks faster that Rafael.
Kyle, your manner of speaking and soft, warm voice perhaps makes you the nicest speaker to listen to on this channel. Would love to see more from you going forward! I do have a question: what is your opinion on the practical differences when it comes to wearing chambray vs. denim shirts? Do you find that one is more formal than the other? Perhaps one can be worn better in certain situations? Or do you perhaps simply prefer one over the other?

Denim and chambray are very similar, of course; both are fabrics with a colored yarn in the warp and a white yarn in the weft. Where chambray is a plain weave (warp and weft threads will alternate one over the other) denim is a twill weave (the warp thread will go over two weft threads at a time). I’m a teenager - and as much as I love Rafael and Preston, Kyle is a lifesaver for me. I love classic style as much as the next gent but I can’t really rock it in college, so Kyle’s more modern, casual but still snappy taste is excellent. Keep up the good work, chaps!

As I recall, a 'leisure suit' was made from polyester doubleknit. Often they had short sleeves. I don't remember any vests. That doubleknit was a big deal at the time.
Please do a video on your views on western wear! I think you guys dont give that style enough credit, and western elements can easily be implemented into many different styles

Mr. Thibodeaux seems like a very nice gentleman with much to offer. However, his overly tight clothing (contemporary style) does not fit the classic clothing theme of Gentleman's Gazette.
I do wish you'd mix the voices a little louder on your videos. especially with the new guy, very soft spoken, in a pleasant if it had a little more gain kind of way.
A knit tie is nice, but I feel it’s a bit over done and not super inspired to pair with a denim shirt. A bit too obvious, I guess? What do you think about a wool or shantung tie? Or perhaps even grenadine in some earth tone?

Well, they have been making videos about anything from shorts to T-shirts before, so I do not see why the denim shirt is too much. IT is a classic menswear channel, but they are not blind to the world we live in today.

As a Danish man, I simply cannot ger myself to wear a denim shirt. Denim jeans, yes, but the shirt must be more of an american thing.

I HATE denim shirts, because I can't find one with a fitting sleeve length. They are always way too long.

I also have a few shirts i wear untucked, mostly flannel. I think denim shirts are too close to blue oxfords and do not wear them for that reason.
I dont mean to be rude but i still feel the best thing to do with a denim shirt is to leave it on the rack. for workwear just buy a flanny.
Well I disagree about the full suit. If it is a tweed or another type of informal suit, then denim shirt goes well enough.
