Kenton, your videos have been tremendously helpful. Thanks so much!
Glad to hear you're finding them useful!
Very good and informative. Thanks for that! Keep Up
Thanks Narcesio!
Hey Kenton, great job doing these stories. Thank you! I am wondering if you cancel out the background noise before uploading the videos. let me know if you need help.
Thanks! Re: background noise, we've gotten rid of most of it in all the most recent stuff although there is still some in the older ones. But feel free to share the tips, we're always looking for ways to improve quality!
thanks!
Hi Kenton! How are you? I've been following RocketBlocks for a few months and I would like to know how much the university you studied influences in the selection of the applicants. Thank you so much for the tips!
The majors you study have some influence - for example, all else equal I think majors with a quantitative bent (e.g., eng, economics, physics, finance, etc.) set you up well. That said, plenty of people with english, history, etc get interview opportunities too. It's the full package that matters.
Wanted to know whether the big consulting companies recruit people with Bachelors alone? Or they always look for an MBA
They recruit folks with all sorts of different degrees, from undergrad only to MBA to law to PhD medicine, etc.
