Thanks for the video. How do you particularly demonstrate passion for a particular firm? For example, MBB are very similar in most aspects. So, how do I demonstrate my passion for the firm, and not just for the industry or the work?

Sure. Being president of a school club could show leadership if you had to wrestle with some real issues. For entrepreneurial drive, kicking off an initiative (maybe running a successful philanthropy event) or building a small side business for extra spending $$ when you're in school would be good.

Could you explain the interview process in MBB? I noticed the fit interview is normally conducted for every round of interviews, and it takes 10-15min, am I right?
