    Since I'm working up the massive amount of exercises starting with the oldest first, I've done 3 today: #s 45, 46, & 47. I've advance so much since I first started with your routines, April, that this routine went beyond beginner status: I used heavier weights, and increased my reps by 1 1/2 to twice the amount. I cannot tell you how much I've advanced since I began with Y2N! Thank you so much April and your amazing Mom who is an inspiration!...Anastasia

    I wanted to let you know that by doing your excercises several times a day and eating a low carb diet since Feb. 2021 was able to get off the medication I was taking for Diabetes 2. Today. Thank you both so much for saving my Life❤️

    I am so glad I found you on TH-cam.! You and your Mom are amazing! I have been searching for the perfect exercise video since i retired in February. I started using your videos on May 3rd. I have MCT Disease and had a sitting job for 33 years. So basically very out of shape. I absolutely love your videos and have not been inquired as I did with other senior exercise videos. Can I ask you what brand of runners you and your Mom like to wear? I am trying to find a comfortable runner. Thank you, April

Currently, I wear Nike and Mom wears Vionic but as you know, finding shoes that feel right for your feet is like trying to find the perfect pillow! Good luck! Let us know what you find!       Thank you! Yes, hair salons are slowly opening here with masks and distancing still in place. Its still not what it was but a step forward. We both have pandemic hair! Working out is stimulating the follicles!

      Light weights can vary depending on where you are. Lowest weights are cans, water bottles, or bags of beans. Then you can move up to heavier weights 1lb, 2lb, or 3lbs for light weights. 5lbs for medium, and then 8-12 lbs for heavy weights. Is this helpful?
