I just did this one, and have to say thanks for doing these!!! I’m 32 and a former athlete. But have since had some cardiac issues and have lost my endurance and ability to push my heart rate too hard. I needed exercise that got me moving, but at a safe level. I started searching for gentle exercises, and found yes2next! So rest assured, this is not only great for seniors, but also those of all ages with medical issues that may be holding them back from more intensive workouts :) It’s perfect, And I do feel a difference!

I am a single mother and went to keep fit about 6-7 years ago for several years once a week for 1 hour, I felt great, I felt lost when the keep fit classes shut down,I need to lose 4-5 stones,your exercises have given me that strength to lose weight,I also have a mental illness since 2001 your exercises help me mentally to.thank you very much April and mum I feel great even though I've been doing your exercises nearly every day 4-5 weeks.

Sometime between Dec. 17 & the first of 2022, I found you😃❣️I had breast cancer surgery Nov. 9, 2021. They got it all. Before surgery, I had a very rigorous regime of chemotherapy. Four chemo drugs at once. It took its toll & my surgery was delayed a month. Dec. 17th was my first immunotherapy treatment. I felt great & started doing seated exercises. By the end of Feb. , the doctor decided that the drug was doing too much damage to my kidneys & liver. I went back on 2 of the chemo drugs I was on prior to surgery. Now, I am fatigued all the time. My kidneys have recovered but not my liver. But my weight & my neuropathy continue to increase. Two days ago, I decided I needed to get back to exercising. So I have-with you😁❣️ Love your mom❣️❣️❣️Hopefully, when I reach her age, I will still be exercising💖. Thank you April for doing these videos. FYI: back in the early days of ballet, exercises at the barre took longer than present day barre work. Thus, they were much stronger😃❣️SLO MO means STRONGER💝❣️ Alexia (using R’s account)

Thanks! Good workout. I’ve found the 20 minute ones work best for me for me. I can do the full out workout AND finish in one session and do a lot less whining and complaining. Then do another workout or two later in the day. 🎉 My biggest issue right now is the standing on my toes without wobbling.

I loved t his video.........I broke out a sweat and love the fact that I´m working both my upper and bottom body. I am a healthy 85 years old and love that I actually finish 40 or 50 minutes in your company working out. I started today with your 10 min warm up and then came to this one because it includes the two areas of the body. Thank. you soooooo much for leading the way to my daily exercise program-.------please keep them coming. Another one I enjoy is the lose the fat one you have. I love the arm exercises....because you don´t really think about doing exercises with them and once I do them with you I feel a great difference un my body. Like this. I am new subscriber who tried 7000 steps for seniors past week and half and enjoyed it, but am painfully aware of lack of upper arm strength so am trying this video for week or so. Doing it without weights today…hopefully, will advance quickly. The cardio is great for such a short workout. So glad I found your site. 👏👏👏👏

I'm so happy to find you! Before covid I was going to the gym and had just started working with a trainer. Fast forward to now, I gradually let covid overwhelm me and I stopped exercising and am trying to get rebooted. Your workouts are terrific!! I just did this one, and have to say thanks for doing these!!! I’m 32 and a former athlete. But have since had some cardiac issues and have lost my endurance and ability to push my heart rate too hard. I needed exercise that got me moving, but at a safe level. I started searching for gentle exercises, and found yes2next! So rest assured, this is not only great for seniors, but also those of all ages with medical issues that may be holding them back from more intensive workouts :) It’s perfect, And I do feel a difference!

I am a single mother and went to keep fit about 6-7 years ago for several years once a week for 1 hour, I felt great, I felt lost when the keep fit classes shut down,I need to lose 4-5 stones,your exercises have given me that strength to lose weight,I also have a mental illness since 2001 your exercises help me mentally to.thank you very much April and mum I feel great even though I've been doing your exercises nearly every day 4-5 weeks.

Sometime between Dec. 17 & the first of 2022, I found you😃❣️I had breast cancer surgery Nov. 9, 2021. They got it all. Before surgery, I had a very rigorous regime of chemotherapy. Four chemo drugs at once. It took its toll & my surgery was delayed a month. Dec. 17th was my first immunotherapy treatment. I felt great & started doing seated exercises. By the end of Feb. , the doctor decided that the drug was doing too much damage to my kidneys & liver. I went back on 2 of the chemo drugs I was on prior to surgery. Now, I am fatigued all the time. My kidneys have recovered but not my liver. But my weight & my neuropathy continue to increase. Two days ago, I decided I needed to get back to exercising. So I have-with you😁❣️ Love your mom❣️❣️❣️Hopefully, when I reach her age, I will still be exercising💖. Thank you April for doing these videos. FYI: back in the early days of ballet, exercises at the barre took longer than present day barre work. Thus, they were much stronger😃❣️SLO MO means STRONGER💝❣️ Alexia (using R’s account)

Thanks! Good workout. I’ve found the 20 minute ones work best for me for me. I can do the full out workout AND finish in one session and do a lot less whining and complaining. Then do another workout or two later in the day. 🎉
My biggest issue right now is the standing on my toes without wobbling.

I loved t his video.........I broke out a sweat and love the fact that I´m working both my upper and bottom body. I am a healthy 85 years old and love that I actually finish 40 or 50 minutes in your company working out. I started today with your 10 min warm up and then came to this one because it includes the two areas of the body. Thank. you soooooo much for leading the way to my daily exercise program-.------please keep them coming. Another one I enjoy is the lose the fat one you have. I love the arm exercises....because you don´t really think about doing exercises with them and once I do them with you I feel a great difference un my body. Like this. I am new subscriber who tried 7000 steps for seniors past week and half and enjoyed it, but am painfully aware of lack of upper arm strength so am trying this video for week or so. Doing it without weights today…hopefully, will advance quickly. The cardio is great for such a short workout. So glad I found your site. 👏👏👏👏

I'm so happy to find you! Before covid I was going to the gym and had just started working with a trainer. Fast forward to now, I gradually let covid overwhelm me and I stopped exercising and am trying to get rebooted. Your workouts are terrific!! I'm 64 with bad knees & hips and your workouts are effective and gentle. Thank you both ♥
