Julia! I found your channel two weeks ago and I have been doing a routine at least once a day now! I do CrossFit and judo but am also a desk worker. The mobility routines have been amazing me already for my aches and pains. Additionally the body weight routines have been great for me on days I want to get a quick workout in when I don’t want to head to the gym. I cant wait to see more

I can't thank you enough for your mobility routines. I do them up to 2 times everyday and my body has started to feel like butter, my workouts are less tense and my spine is so thankful. I can't wait to try everything else you post. Well done!!
Thank you so much. My level of mobility has gotten progressively worse after having two babies back to back so I’m trying to “repair” my body right now. The amount of cracking joints was insane but I feel so good physically right now. I wake up daily with pain and tightness/ a limp when I get right out of bed. Will definitely be adding mobility into trying to get myself back on track. This amount of time is perfect too when days are hectic. ❤

I see you out there involved with more in the fitness community and it’s awesome! I’m so glad I found this. It’s helping more and more people get mobility in their routine and I think this is the kind of stuff that’ll have a big impact on someone’s life in the long run.

Another great fb mobility workout. I loved the bear crawls and the switches. All the twisting stuff was great. The tootsie roll took some getting used to, nailed it on the 2nd leg. With the dolphin to plank I had to do the plank on the hands, lol. Followed this up with a kettlebell set. Feeling pretty great! TY!
That Bear to Crab, the single leg kipping table and the half kneeling windmills were a little struggle for me. I've been working on the table move, didn't realize what areas I'm weak in, but I'm finding out. Thanks Julia
