Love your mobility workouts @juliareppel !! May you please do a 30 or 35 min weighted mobility workout? I notice you have a few that say 30 or 35 but have 10 minute warm up and cool down included, making the actual workout 20 or 25 minutes. I just dont like to use any other youtubers workout videos because yours are so awesome!

I was thinking it would be great if Julia could incorporate something for the quads, and then the next exercise was sitting leg lifts and cossack squats - loved it and the core work! Another great workout to start my morning. thank you Julia.
The upper body mobility and calisthenics combo along with core and lower body drills are just a great start to my day. I now alternate your two core mobility blends in the morning. Danke Julia!

Wow Julia! Sorry that I was late but yesterday husband came home from work earlier and we had dinner at a decent timing for once! Not gonna lie I was intimidated by this one but I know your exercises are so good for me and I pushed through! I loved those pike leg lifts and reverse plank hold, something I could never do up until a year ago! I love to see how sticking to your workouts shows me great progress ❤️🔥 thank you so much

Awesome! My new favorite channel to go. Perfect mix of mobility, yoga, strength. Works great as standalone, but I will definitely try it as warm up for my strength training as well.
I thought it will be nice and easy recovery day workout, boy was I wrong... Great exercises, I like your no bs approach and mixing moblity with other types of movement 👍
Love this. It will be great tonight after my long plane ride. On the mountain climbers is it OK to rotate my hips to get my knee closer to my elbow or should I prioritize keeping my hips stable over the extra range of motion? I can’t get my knees to my elbow like you without my hips rotating 😊
