    Lost mobility and muscle and gained tons of weight because of my battle with chronic disease and I am getting back to my fitness routine 😅let me tell u kick through was my favorite excersice I used to do them jumping through but I can’t do them now😢well one day at a time 🎉🎉🎉thx will follow more of these mobility training

      don’t focus on a past version of yours, rather move forward from where you’re at now - dealing with that is tough for sure, but so are you 👏🏼

    I found out your channel a few days ago and i am in love with long workouts! And I feel it like a short one cause i don't even notice time while doing it!
    The most important thing for me that this workouts burns almost the same amount of calories as my usual ones! So maybe I will do just yours because i enjoying it so much!

      Thank you 🙏🏼 I personally don‘t track my calories burned (anymore, long time ago) and it freed up a lot of mental capacity for me as well as gave me the freedom to workout for enjoyment. No judgement from my point of view, just something I wanted to share from my personal experience ❤️.

    Is there any mobility for knees? I’m getting older and my knees are as they use to be. So any workouts with prisoner lunges are killers so I usually skip them. If there is, I’d love to see something like that in the future. You have worked wonders on my back. Better than physio therapy. 😮
    Such an amazing thing to do to donate to a Ukrainian charity. I have shared with my friends from Ukraine 🇺🇦❤ that have moved to Canada but still have their family and friends back home. ❤

    What’s a good alternative for the suomo squat-knee drop exercise? I can’t squat that low because of my knees.

      either a) do them half kneeling or b) elevate your heels and stick to the sumo squat only (take out the knee drop) ☺️🙏🏼

      I’d suggest my ankle routine or runner’s warm up for some exercise inspiration if you struggle with foot pain 🙏🏼
