I was feeling tad unwell for most of my day today and really sore from yesterday's run. This definitely helped me to get the blood and energy flowing! Those mountains climbers were the cherry on the top ❤ thanks for making me feel better 😊
And all of this without instructions. There probably wasn´t a move in this that completely new to me. But because of how the workout progresses, activating the muscles more and more, it was easier to feel if I doing it right. So I constantly had moments of: "Oh that´s what that is supposed to feel like" 😆 Thank you so much and your workouts made it on my new year resolution list.

I'm curious about what those forearm occlusions are for and how they are helpful? They're really interesting and surprisingly difficult, but feel really weird. I become very aware and a little worried of how much pressure I'm putting on my forearms when I do them.
That is in fact a great question! 🤗 It‘s restricting the blood flow for a short amount of time (opening/closing the fist will intensify this - it‘s safe ofc). So once you remove the occlusion there will be an increased blood flow towards the surrounding muscles of the wrist which therefore increases nutrient & oxygen flow too! :) I love this for handstands too as it‘s a great prep for the wrists.
Glad to see I am not the only one a bit red faced and blowing a little after mt climbers. For something that look relatively simple why do they suck so much? Mt climbers and bear crawls, the worse!
