Ich mach dabei auch meist die Augen zu und grad morgens nach dem Aufstehen ist das echt eine richtig schön entspannter Start in den Tag. Danke!

This practice is physical and mental therapy. I have come back to it three times. I am under a lot of stress and in pain but this practice helps me to reset. I am grateful for it 🙏
As somenone that's had to restructure their entire fitness plan (thanks arthritis), this was perfect! I was in so much pain this morning, but this loosen up my joints and feel a lot better

The half lunge rocks are crazy! They felt so good but my inner thighs cramped up so bad after! Definitely feels like something I needed, I don't know that I've ever used those muscles like that before 😂
I miss more of your bodyweight workouts! I like the mobility ones but your bodyweight workouts are awesome and I'm already repeating the few here in a loop....

I completed this as my active rest along with a a 20 minute pilates fusion and a 20 minute walk.This is my new favorite mobility routine minus the music It is not relaxing.
Well rounded routine. Did not care for the music choice Found myself lowering the volume to the minimum. Reminded me of a recording stuck on an endless repeat!
Why is it that my shoulders click when I do the t spine rotations with my hand behind my ear? Should I make a modification, or will that go away with training?
