i think 12 secs breaks allow you to transition from one pose to another in good time and also keeps you in good momentum no losing the pace of the workout . NIce!

I have some hip thrusts on the menu today and I was literally procrastinating bc I hate them lol but this mobility routine infused me with energy and courage, so I'm ready to get them done ✅ thank you Julia 💖
Wow, thank you!!! All of your routines are amazing, but this one is possibly my favourite. It combines some of my favourite moves. Also requires some brain circuit mobility as well, in my bleary-eyed state I could barely figure out the CARs 😂 Thank you, loooove your channel !
like I said - I’m happy to do a poll on it and see what the majority thinks 😊 redesigning the whole interface is a lot of effort and work - unfortunately not as easy as “just make the words larger” 🤗
@@julia.reppel I don’t spend a great deal of time staring at the screen but, for me, the words are big enough to see on a tablet at a quick glance. And thank you for the audio cues, I find them invaluable … especially when I’m zoning out. Good, gentle, attention getters. 🙂
