COGHLAN'S MULTI-TOOL

Coghlan's Multi-tool review and look over. Picked it up for a bargain and can't complain, has an alright selection of tools and the pliers work fine.Even came with a cheaply made sheath, some sort of nylon.
I didn't prefer the coating or finish on the tool, that shiny smooth mirror polish finish is not necessary on the tools such as the philip/flathead bit due to slipping. Quick rough up with a file or sand paper will fix that problem quick so no big deal, especially for the price.
Blade and awl were piss poor dull, but the knife sharpened up just fine edge holds long enough for a secondary or even a 3rd carry blade.

Every time I see this one in the hardware store, I think about getting it. Maybe next time. I like Coghlan camping tools in general so the collector in me has an urge to pick it up and squirrel it away in the toolbox lol.

Buy* and will be posting a leatherman Bolster Multi-tool review here soon, do always like to keep a open mind to Multi-tools and what each one can bring to the table.
