SPYDERCO RONIN 2 FIXED BLADE UNBOXING
Unboxing of the Spyderco Ronin 2 I got on sale for a good deal from Bladehq this black friday.
The Ronin is back and better than ever with the Ronin 2. Designed to cut with unrelenting power all the way to the point, its broad straight-edged blade is hollow-ground from corrosion-resistant CTS-BD1N stainless steel. Exceptionally thin, textured G-10 scales bolted to the full tang guarantee a secure grip and superior edge orientation, while an understated integral guard protects the hand from the sharp edge during thrusting tactics. Slim, flat, and weighing less than four ounces, the Ronin 2 rides discreetly in a custom-molded Boltaron sheath. A versatile G-Clip attachment supports a wide variety of belt and inside-the-waistband carry positions, allowing you to easily tune your carry of the Ronin 2 to your personal needs and tactics.

DOLLAR STORE TOOL BENCH FOLDING KNIFE REVIEW
มุมมอง 2105 หลายเดือนก่อน
Made by TOOLBENCH Folding Camping Knives with Serrated Blades, 4.5x8.375 in. This knife is just a prime example of if you want quality, spend more than a buck 🤣 But for scrapping gunk and cutting tape and as a cheap throw away, you can't really complain or beat it. What in todays age is just a buck? Great for tape cutting for boxes or multiple or any heavy duty task; I'd opt. for a utility knif...

Love this knife because it was my dads before he died, but its hard as hell to open.
I hadn’t seen that one before. Thanks for showing and telling us about it. 👍
i have one older thn this one
Thank you for a great video!
@@imjason75 thank you for the kind comment!
That's cool your dad passed his Esse on to you. Take good care of it, take it on some adventures, and hopefully one day you'll pass it on to your son or daughter along with some great stories. 😎👍🇺🇸❤
@friskywildthing Yup a graduation gift that'll be with me until gets passed down 😊 Thanks for the kind comment and watching 💚🙏
Knife is stuck for me. Can't fold it back.
@lionfrequency try to loosen the pivot screw so that the frame lock isnt so tight it completely locks up, should help fix it so you can close your knife. Sorry for late reply, and thanks for watching
That’s a very cool OTF my friend. 👍🔪
@RadioGeekBlades Thanks last time I saw and fidgeted with the knife a couple day back it's function wasn't as smooth anymore 😕 hahaha no big worries tho I didn't expect it to stay to smooth for too long gonna being in m Dads pockets an hands haha nothing a simple breakdown and cleaning wont fix! Thanks for the kind comment and apologies for the late response! 💚🙏
My favorite knives are the Old Timer brand.1🙂
@georgemelton1606 Old Timers just have that feeling in the hand you know you're holding one! Thanks for the comment 💚
Thanks for showing it off!
The only bad thing about these is that the tools are not on the outside. You have to open the pliers to open the blade and tools. I don't care about Leatherman anymore. They just make ugly overpriced knives these days
@@jrgmty7685 Thank you for watching and your comment 🙏 😊 💚
Beautiful knife
Dull, but I like it as an edc. It weighs nothing. Comes in handy. Managed to hold on to this same one for years. Just opening boxes, cutting plastic and opening popsickles at work.
Great find! Lovely old jack knife! I am thinking it was Craftsman branded and made by Imperial.
@ericstarr9399 That sounds like the consensus, Thanks for watching and your comment I appreciate 🙏 it
Amazing great save my friend!
@MountainAjar Thank you blessed 🙌 to have seen the yellow 💛 in the gutter 😃
Thank you for sharing. I have an almost identical knife, same yellow scales, crown logo, but with "Imperial" stamped on the blade.
@George_Lewis Seems like old sears and craftsman and Imperial all shook hands over the lunch table saying "Affordable quality ready knives for the working people now!," and bam! Years later I am blessed to be able find this lil feller in the gutter to be saved 🙏 🙌 ✨️ Thanks to them old timers building quality made pieces that survived until a guy from another time can save and appreciate the old soul knife. If only blades could talk!
@@JDOW707 Agreed.
Some of the old Craftsman knives are incredibly high quality. Sears actually did the opposite of what Walmart is known for doing. They were willing to pay more to have the manufacturers they contracted with increase their quality. The early models are some of the highest quality folders to leave the Camillus factory.
@CNYKnifeNut Mannnnn things back then were made to LAST and that was the STANDARD. Now a days you have to pay a premium and /or have a keen shopping eye and not be willy nilly with your dollar, falling for false advertising or overpriced "high end" goods. Wish companies could look at Sears and everything they did right as a company and take some notes 📝
All the way to the end my man. Glad to hear this knife story. Awesome Esee
@@MountainAjar appreciate the comment and watching 🙏💚
@@JDOW707I have the Esse 6, it's not nearly as thick as the 5, is considerably lighter, more slicey. I want the 5 tho, would be a good EDC for my type of work as well as a buggout/get-home knife.
You know I have a frost that I like . It’s a small lock back
Could you possibly review the EvaTac Rescuer folding knife? I already have one, but id like to see you review it.
@TheWinterWolf1895 Share a link to me and I'll check it out. No guarantees that I will buy it but I will definitely take a look
Good to see you again!
@TheWinterWolf1895 I'm tryna keep the uploads coming ! 💚🙏💚🙏💚 Thanks for being here much love 💚
Great! Now try putting it back in which will take over a minute unless you’re new to knives and since most knives aren’t fixed blade nowadays I’ve kind of drifted away from the hobby.
@@Frank_Horrigan2067 This knife is easily closed and open with one hand. Thanks for your comment and for watching!
This might be the most TH-cam shorts comment I've ever read
Good times playing with knives
Looks like a half decent design, especially by Camillus standards. Its almost like a Spyderco PPT, except if the best parts of the PPT were removed in favor of a flipper tab. Camillus is a suburb of the city i live in, Syracuse. Its pretty common to still find some of the good ones in yard sales and flea markets in the area.
@CNYKnifeNut It's one my fav Edcs cheap and gets it done and I've always enjoyed the grip, the scales, and the action and sound it makes opening. A really good sub 40$ knife think they run in the 20ish price range
REALLY NICE, WANT ONE THANK YOU 😊
@@barrykarpowich731 A great slim daily carry you forget is even there
I think for the price, it might be objectively better to get a box cutter! lol Not knocking you or the video, and I do in fact own one of these I just have no idea where it came from! Thanks for posting the video!
@danielleclark-zack864 I completely agree and I was happy to also figure/remember where I got mine when I saw the meme 🤣 Thanks for the kind comment and for watching 🙏💚
Man that’s crazy that you can get a knife for $1.25! When you cut that rope it was like cutting with a set of car keys. 😂 thanks for showing it to us.👍
@RadioGeekBlades Love to see a video of you using your car keys to cut some rope!🤣 👍 Crazy though in this day and age with crazy inflation that a cheap throw-away knife is still just a buck(ish). Thanks for your comment and for watching 💚🙏
Great review! Thank you.

Awesome review. Might cop a knaf
@Wilderbets101 great prices, great blade materials, along with different models you can't go wrong!
Serrated or fine edge? Which one is better?
@d-zaynextreme If you're cutting a lot of rope or often cutting rope or cordage, serrated most definitely is the way to go. If not, then I would say a fine edge is great choice for cleaner cuts and ease of sharpening. I edc both styles and will say serrated blade cuts tend to not be as clean nor as easy to sharpen;serrated blades require their own style sharpening "sticks" or "rods" Thanks for the comment and watching 💚
Nice little light. I bet it’s great for checking lotto tickets in dim areas.
THANKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice knife! Thanks for sharing! I have the version with the orange handle and black blade. Worked well for cutting up bait when I went fishing recently.
Sweet deal that sounds like a lovely looking version🧡 I am a sucker for orange and black color combos (I'm a San Francisco Giants fan) Thanks for your comment and for watching 🙏💚

They're great for the backyard to keep in the pocket. Thank you for the kind comment and watching 🙏💚😁
I have an older version of the Fastback that doesn’t have the driver. It’s just a utility knife. I've used the crap out of it over the last 10ish years. I'll have to pick one of these up next time I’m at Home Depot.
That's a beauty.
I think so too, every day she keeps getting more and more beautiful 😍 Thanks for watching and the comment 🙏💚
