How are you adding the highlights, orange boxes and extra visuals to your screen recording? In post?
Essentially looking for screen recording software that allows use of boxes, arrows, and curser clicks if that makes sense.
Those were added in Camtasia, TechSmith's other flagship software which is what our Instructional Design team uses to make our tutorial videos. However, most of what you're looking for (not the cursor clicks though) can be accomplished in Snagit's Create mode. YOus imply go to "Create" and choose "Video form Images." When user use short cut keys, Is it possible to display on screen on any selected location, so it will be easy to understand commands properlty? Is it possible in snagit ?

Snagit is not made for live video, no. You can capture the meeting live, and when you're done, embed that video anywhere.
How to zoom in and zoom out your video?

Can Snagit export MP4?
Absolutely! Doesn't even need to export. We do a live render, so when you're done recording just drag it right out of the tray as an MP4!
