    I really enjoyed your senior exercise in the chair. I have a bad knee I do do water aerobics during the week so I said I would try doing the exercise in the chair because it’s raining and I was inside and out. I enjoyed it so the days that I don’t do the water aerobics classes I will be doing your exercise as well. I noticed you have one for the knees, so maybe I’ll try that Annette can strengthen my knees for me but thank you. God bless you and I’ll see you Thursday exercising with you.

    You’ve got so many different ways to do exercises, a lot of them I’ve not ever seen before either. Loved this one for the knees. How do you do the one with the band if no one around to hold the band?

      You would have to tie the band in a loop and put around a pole.

      I don't have any particular exercise for osteoporosis, but weight bearing exercises help prevent osteoporosis. I have a lot of seated exercises. Please check with your Dr before starting any exercise program. You can visit Seniorexercisetv.com 😊
