Yeah, I know. The only problem with Zoe's calender was that it was way overpriced. I definitely think Eltoria's calender was worse because 1. It was overpriced 2. She put in products that weren't sealed.

This is fraud....She could very well face legal consequences from this. One of the items I think was like a Blood Sugar palette which is 52 and from Jeffree....He's NOT authorized her to resell that. I wouldn't be surprised if he WENT OFF on this girl soon.

BUT with him getting in contact with petty paige a british drama channel-a good one-i wouldn't be surprised if he kept up to date with this one. Kirsty M the problem here is that they were a par of that calendar and can not be considered gifts legally. If there were not wrapped in that ugly paper and had a number on them then they would be gifts otherwise they are not considered to be as such

Petty Paige did a very great video on this where she investigated how Eltoria got her merchandise to put in the calendar and she basically advertised that if you buy an advent calendar you may possibly end up with a Jeffree Star eyeshadow palette in there so she DMed him on twitter asking if she gave his permission to advertise and resell his product and he responded saying that he had absolutely no clue who she was and was not partnered with her to resell his products!
THANK YOU for making this video! Eltoria actually did get a channel terminated by striking it, their name was bl00d-thirsty and it's 100% proven that she repackaged all the products from old advent calendar openings, except a lot of the evidence vanished because she would delete and strike any clips that people posted. She also used a Jeffree Star palette to tempt people into buying the advent calendar, making it look like it was the 12th item for everyone when in reality only 1 person got it and everyone else got junk. The disgusting comments her husband made while fighting with people in Eltoria's video comments and calling her fans horrible names. The whole thing is an absolute mess and im glad you have brought some light to it.

She did, along side her fiance/ boyfriend and another friend package the calendar up herself, which she herself showed in the response video she uploaded. But this is where things get hysterical as she herself provided two contradictory evidences that go against her. In that same response video she uploaded, she showed us how she had come to the total value of the calendar being £50, as she included the cost of hiring a team to package the calendars within the total value. However, in the same video she went on to show us packaging them herself alongside her boyfriend and friend like I just said above, but also she said in the same video that it was hard work to put these calendars together as she couldn't afford to hire a team. Do you see how she contradicted herself? LMFAO, she's so thick.
I didn't believe it was possible, but Eltoria (aka Simone Partner) is 10x worse than Zoe ever was. I don't know how she had the brass neck in her "behind the scenes" video to claim she had bought the mystery items as gifts. If you also look at Just Nicole's exposé video, it could not be more obvious that she's fobbed them off with the remnants of her unboxings. The Caudalie product that Willow Biggs got even had the same white scuff mark in the bottom centre of the box. And her tone in that "behind the scenes" video really annoyed me. She had such a fake smile on her face, while speaking in a slow, aggressive and patronising way to make sure her silly viewers understood what she was saying. And don't get me started on how she's ignored complaints/refused refunds and her boyfriend has harassed the upset customers.
ProofreadEnglish IKR, Zoe made a piss poor excuse at the end of a vlog and left it at that, and boots offered refunds. But this Eltoria went in savage mode, getting her boyfriend involved and refusing refunds. Zoe is a saint compared to Eltoria 😂
Yes, what Eltoria's done has broken several laws. Zoella just had a ridiculous product and price but she at least didn't do anything illegal (what I know).
There’s actually video proof of her unboxing and swatching the items sent out in 7 unboxing videos 😂 some of the items are even minis that say not for resale. Also proof of pencil products being sent with the tip cut to hide the usage. Crazy.
As well as the 'scam' itself, her fiance then attacked people when they left comments. Had the audacity to call peeps 'jealous' of Eltoria and was generally just completely vile. He also contradicted some of the back-tracking that Eltoria said in her 'talks down to everyone explanation' video, which has since been deleted. Screenshots of his vileness are available in numerous threads.
Grumpy Old Birds and jealousy was one of the very very harmless things. Somebody states in the comments that the guy even threatened her daughter. Though I have not seen it myself so I do not know if it is really true. But I have seen him being very rude to people and insulting them

It was so ridiculous of her. As far as I know the blood sugar pallettes were sold out so she could not have gotten so many of them. Besides her partner changed the alleged number of palletts everytime he spoke about them. There has never been a pallette in this calendar I think. Just the one Soon to be Wilson mentioned
I just watched the Zoella calendar for my annual tradition, and now checking out this video. This woman's review of Zoella's calendar was absolutely ridiculous.
Eltoria in one of her videos after the Zoella one (up on TheMJWay's channel) even criticised Zoe's callendar for being way too overpriced and not having a good enough range of products...then proceeds to make essentially the exact same thing a year later
She legit recorded herself wrapping every single gift for the calendar. She did it her self. she knew what she was doing and she had been planning it for a while. She wouldn't open products or swatch them so she could sell them later like nothing happened. She hoped we wouldn't notice
FYI she did package it herself - her pathetic 'response' vid (which is now deleted I think) was of her packaging up the boxes and putting an emphasis on it being homemade. Not sure why, as it doesn't make it any less of a scam

@javajev779936 I did a night of sleeping on the streets for charity. Even though I was surrounded by a dozen other people doing the charity, it was still scary. I wrapped up but I was still freezing. It was drizzling so I was damp and chilled to the bone. When I could go home to a hot bath and warm bed it made me really realise how incredibly blessed I am to not be in that position. In my town a homeless man had all his belongings burned by some absolute scrotes. Luckily, he and his dog were not hurt but that was disgusting how they destroyed all he owned in the world. Sleeping on a mattress just doesn't compare to living on the streets. Fuck off, Eltoria.

He also contradicted some of the back-tracking that Eltoria said in her 'talks down to everyone explanation' video, which has since been deleted. Screenshots of his vileness are available in numerous threads.
Grumpy Old Birds and jealousy was one of the very very harmless things. Somebody states in the comments that the guy even threatened her daughter. Though I have not seen it myself so I do not know if it is really true. But I have seen him being very rude to people and insulting them

@javajev779936 I did a night of sleeping on the streets for charity. Even though I was surrounded by a dozen other people doing the charity, it was still scary. I wrapped up but I was still freezing. It was drizzling so I was damp and chilled to the bone. When I could go home to a hot bath and warm bed it made me really realise how incredibly blessed I am to not be in that position. In my town a homeless man had all his belongings burned by some absolute scrotes. Luckily, he and his dog were not hurt but that was disgusting how they destroyed all he owned in the world. Sleeping on a mattress just doesn't compare to living on the streets. Fuck off, Eltoria.
