    Love your videos 💕 I am in a similar situation! Going for VBAC & My water broke 24 hours ago and they are trying to get me to get induced with Pitocin tonight and I really don’t want to. Going to wait for my body to go into labor naturally

    Can you talk about when Pitocin is medically necessary. I have gestational diabetes and am being pressured to be induced.

      Yes - I will create a video on this. Induction is medically necessary for some women but it doesnt always require the use of pitocin.

    Hi Mam Thank you so much for sharing very helpful. I’m in Rowlett Texas and I’m pregnant 30 weeks but didn’t have the first check, I’m looking for a midwife that care and understand about nature birth, and also about not rush to cut the umbilical cord early. I’m like a single mom and new in America so it’s hard for me about the language to know clearly about something. Hope to have some advice about this 😞🙏

      I hope you find a great fit for you. Check out Swiss Ave Birth and Wellness. They are wonderful midwives!

      Thank you so much. I searched on gg map and saw one is “ Swiss Avenue Birth and Wellness
      Collaborative and Midwives” location in 4100 Swiss Ave, Dallas, TX 75204. Is that the one you recommended Mam?

      Also have you heard on Midwife + Co? They are nurse midwives and have great reviews for supporting natural/physiological birth.

    Thank you for this info, wish I would have researched for my other pregnancies. I have 3 boys, 16, 13, and a 4 year old. 1st and 3 pregnancy induced. Had pitocin and the pain was horrible. Im 11 weeks now with 4th and i will not get induced and get pitocin. Will let l baby come when he/she is ready.

    Is Pitocin safe for Pregnancy?

    • @awerkingmama
      @awerkingmama  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      It is used during labor. It definitely carries risk that should be considered when deciding if it is the best choice.
