So so helpful. Pregnant with my fourth and no one ever explained this to me, which feels like it should be apart of the basics in learning to birth. Thank you for sharing! So grateful to know it now!
I am enjoying all of your videos. This 3 part series especially has helped me understand so much more about the pelvis. These are absolute birthing hacks that all women should know. Thank you for sharing you experience and knowledge!
Love this series you've got going! I'm 37 weeks and as baby starts to shift down I keep all of this information in mind! Lots of thanks I love this channel
Huh, it turns out I'm doing a lot of the right things just while being out and about with my toddler in the course of the day. No wonder this kid is sitting like it's gonna fall out any moment at only 36 weeks. My pelvis and back are killing me, lol.
I’m saving this to my watch later list!!!! I do not want to be endused . I also am very distressed about going to the hospital … I will be using this video !!! I’m due in 5 days
Bit of a dumb question! Should we be doing these positions during contractions or between contractions? Or both? Thank you so much for all this content, it has been the most helpful.
Thank you for your content! I follow you and listen to your videos on Instagram. But I was just curious as to where you get your artwork? It's beautiful!
So so so helpful! One question, when should we head to the hospital? Is it when the baby is at a positive station or 0 station? I watched one of your videos on this and you said to wait until contractions are 3:1:1 (among other factors). What about the pelvis station?
I love her videos!! I wish I was able to get you as a midwife but I’m from LA I have no idea what area your from 😭 also my due date is today but no baby yet so I would’ve loved your support because the hospital is so negative ..
Is there anything we need to do to ensure baby is in a good position before trying to move baby down or these movements also help move baby into optimal position?
There's a thing called belly mapping that can help you know the position of your baby! In labor, it's also helpful to understand baby's station. I have a video series on this. Check it out!

I wish it was more common to teach for all mamas in birth classes. So so glad you know it now!
I love how you explain what movements to do in the different stages of labor! 38 weeks pregnant so I’ll be watching this over and over!
You got this mama!
Pls don't use background music. Thank you for the great content.

I’m watching all these videos on station. My baby is -2 close to -1 so I want all the info to help baby descend
Be patient and move your body. Baby will move down :)
This is amazing info. Thank you!!!!
Very helpful to know what to do to help as labor progress. Thank you

I wish we could have connected sooner! I am in Texas but offer virtual support and would have loved to work with you. Praying for you mama!
plz make a video on how to avoid fetal distress during natural labor and y does it occur?
THANK YOU ❤
How can i know if am home if the baby is now engaged so i can be opening my outlet pelvic?
Is it possible to prematurely move my baby down causing premature labor?
Is there anything we need to do to ensure baby is in a good position before trying to move baby down or these movements also help move baby into optimal position?
These positions definitely encourage good position but you can also walk, do inversions and sit on your birth ball instead of a chair.
I wish I could’ve gone with a midwife 😢… I’m giving birth at a hospital if they have me laying down face up what would be the best position?
They can’t control what position you are in. Unless baby is in distress, you can move about as needed. They normally leave you alone to labor anyway.
Can you feel in your body where the baby is positioned or do you need to rely on cervical exams and instinct?
Great question! I'm wondering the same thing!! 37 wks along here.
