What do u do when u don’t have a supporting partner?
Not sure why, but in my family we just don’t do “early labour” 😅 my sister told me not to expect that phase, and I appreciated it, because I woke up to my water breaking and my first contraction came 1 hour later. And immediately they were 4-5 minutes apart and strong! My son was out around 5 hours from my first contraction 😅
This is how my sister’s and mother’s births went as well 🐒
oh wow! That is fun to notice the similarities with the women in your family. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you so very much for this content. I watched this serie of videos prior to labour and I must say they were very helpful. I got to experience all of your tips and tricks.
And for once in 3 births, labor time was exactly 6hours all phase included. Not to mention that I was also able to achieve a VBAC. It is too long of a story to share it here, but I had to comment and thank you for all you do for women. Thanks again.
Perfect video you’ve literally touched on everything! Thank you 🙏🏾

This is my first pregnancy , thanks for your advice.
How did your birth go?
Do you have videos with advises and recommendations for Mamas who chose to have an Epidural? Love your videos
This is so helpful! I'm 8 weeks away from my due date and will plan on watching this again before the big day comes ;) thank you!
PS: I am unable to find your video on pushing. Would you be able to point me in the direction of where i can find it? thank you!
@@nicoleantoine6210 YAYY Congratulations, Mama! Here's the link to the pushing video: th-cam.com/video/_w87Zj6TXWQ/w-d-xo.html . I hope it's helpful for you!

How did it go??😊
So glad my content was helpful. How are you doing mama?
Godbless you ❤
19 weeks & learning all of it! Thanks. FTM here
Loving your videos. So helpful and the best explanations! Love how you include the role of the partner. I will be forcing mine to watch 😊
Team werk makes birth less werk ;) I truly believe your support person is one of the most important people in your birthing environment.
I couldn't find the link about the toilet part. Can you send the link ? Thank you.❤
How come I have energy at night and not during the day
Yeah, that’s what I wanna know
Same here. Wide awake at night. Dragging butt all day!!
I keep thinking this too.. 39 weeks.. I guess we are actually fatigued and preparing for newborn schedule. For me the nesting instinct takes over at night.
Me too! Very slow and tired during the day but active at night😂
Glad to know I’m not the only one 😅
What about if you have 1 hour drive to get to the hospital with traffic? When would you go?
Check out my video dropping in the morning. I explain all of this!
my due date is tomorrow and all i have is alot of cramping and feeling like i need go to poop really bad but nothing i really want to stay home if my water breaks but i was already told that i have to go to the hospital in case of infection 🙄 also this is my 3rd week of being 1cm i feel like the things ive been doing havent been helping or maybe im just anxious and ready to meet my baby boy 🤷🏽♀️
Move around and let your body do the work! How are you doing mama?
If you have a bit of a stressful situation going on at home and you don't feel always that comfortable there, are you able to head to the hospital a little bit earlier?
Absolutely! You should go whenever you feel it’s best - hopefully from an educated perspective. If you’re not dilated enough though, many hospitals will send you back home.
At what point do you go to the hospital? If you start labouring at home 😅
Sorry I missed this comment! Praying you had a wonderful birth
Whats the difference between a birth worker and a doula?
Doulas are birth workers but people refer to themselves in a variety of ways and sometimes do more than just doula.
A birthworker could refer to doulas, chiropractors, acupuncturists, pelvic floor therapists, physical therapist, midwife, ob, massage therapists and anyone who works with pregnant women and babies
Sooo how should i think when im contracting 2min apart 4cm dilated and still get sent home
you need help getting your baby into position and opening up your cervix
❤❤❤🌅🌅🌅🦋🦋🦋🌼🌼🌼🌞🌞🌞
All great information. However, you never once utter the word “pain”. I think this is a disservice to women. You and many many others online use the word “intense” instead of “painful”. I’m sorry but “intensity” does not come close to describing transition (or often way before transition). It’s painful. Extremely, shockingly painful. Let’s not sugar coat reality.
It's actually different for all women. I don't think it's negative not to describe it as painful. Intense can cover it just fine.
wow your videos are very enlightening & helpful. You have no idea!
Thank you for making a difference in my babi's journey earthside 🤍
