      Natacha Océane thank you for replying! I wanted to ask you something, I’ve already watched your metabolism videos like a 100 times, but I have not understand one thing. I want to lose a couple of kg of fat, so, as you said, I weightlift 4-5 times per week and I keep cutting a 100 calories from my diet every two weeks, I’ve seen improvement and that’s great! But I want to know when i have to stop doing that, rn I’m at around 1800 cal and I still got a couple of months to get where I want, so... my q is: do I have to continue decreasing my calories? What if I get to 1500, 1400? My BMR is actually 1400 cal, so, isn’t that going to damage my metabolism?
      And, sorry, another q: what am I supposed to do when I get to my goal? Do I have to increase my calories bit by bit? Say, I’ll be at 1500 cal, do I have to increase my food from there? So, 1600 then 1700... until I get to my maintenance calories or do I begin eating from my maintenance calories straight away and then increase my cal overtime as you said?
      I’m so sorry to bother you, but I don’t know how else to reach you!
      Thank you so much for everything you do, as I’ve stated before, you are amazing and I love what you do♥️

    • @tedaaron7564
      @tedaaron7564 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Ann H Hello! I am no expert, but I've read on the internet that when you reach your goals, you are supposed to slowly increase calories until you reach your maintainence weight calories (but maintaining your final weight - not your starting weight), and for the first question - just check from the begining, when you sum them up, how much is the calorie deficit you have been making. If it's around 300-500 then keep it that way and don't change it anymore, just patience. I really hope I helped :)

    You are AMAZING!!! So glad you made a proper workout video again. I obviously love your vlogs too, but your older workout videos are what really inspired me to get back to the gym about 6 months ago. I just love your training style, working for performance, being extremely versatile, and always trying something new. Thank you!!

  • @hottea1

  • @francescaselvaggio1337

    Your videos are what inspired and educated me to start eating more! Before finding your channel about a year and a half ago I was restricting and binging, and just felt like crap about myself. But now I don’t track calories, I put on some weight but stopped binging and feel sooo much better physically and just about myself! I never realized how much I could eat & how much stronger it would make me. Thankyou!!

      Got it! More upper body functional! Never forget the pull-ups, that and the press-up are ultimate moves and are the core moves but of course there's lots more so I'll do them in a video (: xxx

    I really like the idea behind this video! I train in the gym for about 2.5 years now and sometimes it's hard to get out of my usual training routine (aka comfort zone :D) and find new movements that are fun and challenging at the same time. But your videos really inspire me and give me an idea of what else is possible besides squats, lunges etc. xx from Germany

    I just bought a medicine ball and exercise ball and they are coming today....sooo happy to find this video... u look very toned and healthy and not bulky! So many videos and the women are just super bulky....maybe they drink too many protein shakes with muscle builder crap....I dk... but u have the body type I strive for....I was always athletic and a size 2. I love running....but I could never get a super toned tummy...it had some cuts but u have the body type I want! Thank you for sharing.

    I love when you post these functional moves because they always have progressions and if you can't do them the first time you can keep practicing to get to the advanced move! can you do a video on plyo moves? I know you have some in here, but I wasn't sure if you could post like a plyo move/workout video also!

    U r amazing thats for sure i wish u could do a full weight lifting A to Z work out plan for people like me who knows nothing but the more videos we watch the more scared we get and the more confused we become. In all honesty i have to idea where to start but i want to loose weight and gain muscle and make it a life style not something i do just to lose weight.
