+ohoud k hey!! I'm so glad you're going to give them a go and I hope you love it! A workout guide and some customised programs coming sooonish hopefully once lunch and dinner are done! Do you have anything particular in mind that you'd like to see? 😘 xx
+malek ghali hey! Thanks! I started adding them tommy videos and people kept asking to see more so you can thank all my lovely subscribers for the idea! Xx
I love love strength training now. It has changed my body, and my mind about working out. It's NOT just about cardio like I used to to be so obsessed with. Thank you for this video!
+rawritta I'm so glad!! Strength is so exciting because the rush of reaching another PB is just amazing! It makes me so happy that you've tried something new and loved it. Do you do much functional work? It's one of my faves 😊 xxx
Yes I do it like 3-4 times a week. And I love the toning effect, the strength I build and can feel and also it ends up being somewhat of a cardio workout as well. At least it feels like it because of how my heart beats faster and how sweaty I get during the workout
You make me so happy every time I see your videos. You're such a positive, kind person and it motivates me to be positive and kind as well. Your videos are awesome!
+Shelby Wagner thank you so much sweetie! You seem like such a kind person already from how much support you just gave me so you should be proud of yourself too! I really appreciate the love and I hope these videos help! 😘 xx
Please do more videos like these! I love them and they give me such amazing ideas that help me make my workouts more interesting and fun! You're awesome I always take advice and copy most of your exercises!
Great video Natacha you inspired me to incorporate functional training into my workout schedule and I'm excited to start this upcoming week. Please do more functional workout videos! 😊
+Amara Thomas Fitness hey Amara! I'm so happy you're going to give it a go, let me know how you find it! It's a lot of fun so I hope it keeps you looking forward 💪 I'll do my best to do more videos on this style of training frequently 🤗😊 xx
This looks like such a great workout. Can't wait to try this at home. Functional training really is the best and only way to reach everything you've ever dreamed of when it comes to fitness
OMG Natacha your ebook is everything! The layout, the font, the pictures everything looks so professional and the food looks delicious! Just bought it and can't wait to try out all the recipes. Looking forward to your other ebooks:)
+Sarah Prosser hey lovely!! Thank you so much for saying so! I'm so so happy you like the look of it 😊 do you know what you're making first? let me know what you try and what you think! 😘 xx
Congratulations on all your hard work! Your website is beautiful and I am just about to download the ebook. Can really tell how much passion you put into it, so thank you! You have quickly become my favourite person to watch on TH-cam. Have a lovely day x
+Amelia Berry hey sweetie! Thank you so much for the support and the love 🤗😘 i hope you love the ebook and that you have a lot of fun experimenting with it 😍 let me know what you make and how it goes! I'm so curious to know what people have their eye on and how it turns out 😊 xxx
I have been watching you for quite some time and I can say you are my favorite youtuber! I am so happy for the ebook , I cannot wait to try it out, so happy for you :)
+jcyt20 hey! Thank you for the love, I really appreciate you saying so 🤗 please let me know how the recipe making goes! What do you think you're going to try first! 😘😊 xx
love it!! i need to do more of these i think, too much strength and machines especially make me feel like i'm not very athletic. thank you girl its such a good way to start for me x
+Catherine Roche they're super helpful for loosening your body up and getting it more ready for sports etc. I find straight weight training and machines especially (as you said) makes me really tight and in athletic if that's all I do! Glad it helped! Xx
Natacha your channel is every thing i spend past few days to watch all your videos you are so sweet and strong can you make a workout with all time laps like in real time that i can play and make excercise with you please , I love you sooo much
+ReemFoodVlogs hey lovely!! I'm so glad you like it 🤗😊 I have a video that does this for abs? Have you seen it? Is that what you're after? I feel like that works really well for at home / travel workouts - is that what you're after? Let me know and I'll try to make it happen 😘 xx
Natacha Océane thank you for replay for lifting lower body with lifting and please can you put always details you your out fit you wore in gym thank you 😍😍
+Jen Jen hey sweetie! Thank you for the support it really means the world! Which are you going to try first? Ahh I'm so excited for you to try and let me know what you think! Xx
+CHARLOTTE COLLINS hey Charlotte! 🤗 I'm glad it makes sense in the end - sometimes I listen back to what I've filmed and I think oh god what did I even just say 😂 I'm getting better at getting it right first time but you'd be surprised haha! Which cookie dough did you try? The high carb seems to be the most common but I feel like the lower carb one is the favourite when people try both 🤗 xx
hahaha no worries your thought process is very relatable :) yea I made both, but I made the high carb with sugar and the low carb with dates and I ended up liking the low carb just because you can't really beat the taste of peanut butter and dates probably :P
+SchueyFan13 hey sweetie! Thanks so much for always supporting 💪 let me know what you think even what you didn't like so I can incorporate into lunch and dinner 😊 it won't be perfect but we'll get there! 😘😘 xx
Hey Natacha, I bought the ebook. Thanks for all your hard work. I wanted to definitely show my support! Love the effort in the gym too. You'll laugh at this....last week after my big leg session I stretched before but forgot to stretch afterwards. I was walking around really silly for about 2 days...I thought in my head, "Natacha would never do this lol. She would have remembered to stretch!!!" Have a great weekend! I'm going to a running session with a friend tomorrow night, I'm super excited. I like working out and I normally do it alone 98% of the time but when someone wants to come with you and make it a social running event I'm pretty happy to change it up a bit, you know? Anyway, I hope people love your ebook/recipes. Talk to ya soon! *high five*
+Catherine Marie hey sweetie! Thank you so so much for the support 🤗😊 I hope so much that you like it and that it helps with a few ideas 💪 that's so fun ha out your leg workout - I remember the days when I constantly forgot and couldn't walk for half of the week 😂 stairs were the worst! That's so nice about going for a run with your friend, I enjoy sessions with Mario when I feel like mixing it up and it's a nice way to learn a little from someone's else's style 😊 I hopes it's a great run and let me know what you think about the ebook! Thoughts are always welcome and are mega helpful. Lots of love 👏 (is that the high five emoji...?) xxx
+Si Zhang well thanks! I made it myself but it's super simple at the moment! 🙈 it'll build out a little as I add more product and features. It's a start! 😘
Yay! I would love to see more of this content. Tbh im a cardio junkie and weight lifting is not something I hate, it just bores me. These type of workouts allthough may not be as effective as regular weightlifting regarding muscle development, well at least I think they are better than just jogging around. Do you ever get embarassed for doing this functional exercices in front of other people? My gym is pretty conventional and no one does this so im still struggling with this one
+TheRMartz12 hey! I get what you mean about not feeling excited with weight lifting. I think without a clear target to progress towards, it can be super repetitive and slow. Mm to be honest I don't really get embarrassed and I think it's because I realised that people looking are actually curious to know about the move rather than judging. People starting opening up to me at the gym and asking questions about a lot of the moves and it became clear that's why they were looking! Maybe you could start with more conventional moves and then once you feel comfortable transition into the wacky ones like iguanas. Maybe it's easier for me because people in my gym are always doing all kinds of things, so maybe if yours has a studio where you can be away from people looking you could give it a shot there? Xx
omg I'd like to have half of your energy to hit the gym 😱. you're so powerful, such an inspiration for those who wants to get back in shape. Thank you for your videos, I love your personality.💗
+M. Ges hey! I never used to have it, it just built up slowly from being consistent, eating really well and experimenting until I found the foods that work for me and actually these functional moves which built up my energy 😊 I know you can have it, honestly it just takes a little time and finding whichever exercises really excite you! 😝🤗😊 xxxx
+Jenny Gao hey sweetie! I'm so glad you're motivated but I can't wait for you to be so excited because of how you've already impressed yourself 💪 😘 xxx
Love this :) love the focus on athleticism and performance and not just aesthetics 🙈 also definitely going to buy the ebook! So excited to try the recipes! Thanks Natacha xx
+Kat Wood hey sweetie! I'm glad you're into it! It's made my resistance training a lot more effective too so it's a win win! Do you do a lot of functional training already? Xx
Natacha Océane I used to do lots of circuit training but haven't in a while and trying to get back into it as well as introducing more functional moves :) I find it so motivating to get stronger and fitter and how I look is something that comes a lot slower 🙈 but even small changes are great! Xx
+Kat Wood functional moves will be so great to add 😊 we're exactly the same! I feel like getting stronger or improving my performance keeps me fired up so much better than looking in the mirror every day searching for inspiration! The physical results will always follow but this way you don't get frustrated by the fact that lasting change will always take a little time! Xx
Natacha Océane yes exactly! So glad you agree! You're such an inspiration and so down to earth :) going to use some of these moves in my gym session tonight! Thanks so much xxx
I tried quite a few of these yesterday at the gym and they were extremely difficult. Couldn't do the reptile walk at all ! Love this sort of content, keep it coming !
+Christlina M hey lovely! They are so great, that's a good idea for a soft landing 😊 It's nice starting with straight vertical jumps without a box to feel really used to the movement 🤗 xx
YASSSSS!!! Thanks Natacha- this is right up my street; I'm looking to incorporate more functional exercises into my training so I'm super excited to give these a go! Also a massive congrats on the release of your ebook xxxx
+katie stones aww that's very sweet thank you Katie, I'm really happy with it! And awesome stuff I really hope they help with your workout!! Are you training for anything in particular? Xxx
I just did this and it was so fun yet challenging! It was actually so much fun I didn't even realize how good of a workout it is. Those are the besssst kinda workouts! I'm inspired to do more functional workouts now :) love ❤️
+Rosie Burke hey lovely! Aren't they so much fun! It feels more like sports or a game than working out. To me anyways! 🙈there are more functional moves dotted across my videos 😊😘😘 xx
OMG! I have been waiting for this functional training video!! I'm gonna incorporate these in my workout tomorrow!! Thanks, you are awesome and super informative!!! :) Congrats with your launch of your website and ebook! So happy for you!!
+Fretty Anggeni hey sweetie! I'm so glad you're going to give them a go 🤗 let me know how they go down and if you have any questions (and if you manage to do the iguanas backwards..😂). Thank you for the love! Xxx
+Karuna Dagur yay! Thank you for the support, it honestly has made all the difference in starting all of this! Please let me know what you think! I'm always so curious and it really helps me! Xx
Hey Natacha! I would first repeat what hundreds of people have already mentioned - love your personality and your videos. I had a question. can u plz make a video for HIIT training but low impact as I have just recovered from a foot injury. I have been a long distance runner so not using my foot to its full potential is frustrating but I want to get past it and not let it stop it from training hard. thanks!
Natacha, I stumbled across your channel about a month ago and have already learned SO much from you! Love your energy and outlook on everything. Thank you for all the inspiration and tips you share with us! I really like the look of the website! I live in Canada (come visit!!) and I was curious if the ebook can be purchased and viewed internationally (is it just a pdf that downloads?) Looking forward to future ebooks as well!!
+Stacy B hey Stacy! I really hope you're enjoying the channel and thank you so much for being so sweet! You are so welcome 😊🤗 ah I'd love to visit Canada so much, but there are so many places there that sound amazing. Where are you from in Canada?? The ebook is totally available for you! The currency will automatically convert to CAD and it will download as usual. Lots of love! Xx
Oh awesome!! I will go download it :) I live in Vancouver! I actually moved here from California to go to uni 8 years ago. I've traveled a bit within Canada, and I think BC is the most beautiful place I've seen but I suppose I'm biased haha. I do also really love and would recommend Montreal and Quebec City because they both have a lot of history and quebecois french is such a funny thing to hear and speak! Ever since I went to London I have desperately wanted to move there so I enjoy living vicariously through you! When you were in Australia did you go to Brisbane? My bf is starting med school there soon while I stay here to go to back to school myself. Anything we should do when we are there? Any gyms you can recommend? Any long distance tips? Btw hope you are absolutely loving Switzerland!! So peaceful and so much yummy chocolate! :)
I did go to Brisbane! The lagoon is really cool but for me it was just a stop-off so I didn't get to spend much time there. I would recommend going south to Byron Bay and visiting parts of the east coast though because it's beautiful. The surfing is great, you can kayak with Dolphins and it's really good fun. It's not too far from Noosa also which I loved, again great outdoors. In terms of long distance tips, keep it exciting still (: send each other things via the post as a tangible gift (: And I am having a great time in Switzerland, I spent the afternoon by the river enjoying the sun with some friends and it was beautiful xxx
I was looking forward to this video and it was great! I can't wait to start using these movements! Love you babe ❤️ Your website looks great by the way, incredible job!!!
+Marlee Kitchen hey lovely! You like it? That's great to hear thank you so much! Let me know how you get on incorporating some of these moves!! Lots of love xx
Natacha Océane Yesterday I threw all of the exercises together into one workout, separating moves that targeted the same muscle groups into supersets. It was fantastic! Thanks so much.
Really love you and your videos!!!! Love how you are always so patient and thoughtful and thorough in your workout explanations!! Ive learnt so much from you :-)))
+Zena Cheong thank you 😘 it makes me really happy that they help - please don't ever hesitate to ask questions or tell me where I'm not being clear though cause there's always a lot of information to give and I want to make sure I cover it the best I can! 🤗😘 x
+Jackie Dunne hey sweetie! Give them a go, they're a funny one and slow to start with but once you've done them a few times you'll fly straight through them and they're a nice dynamic move for your core! 😘 xx
Firstly, I love your videos and you deserve so many more views and subs. I really liked this video with the information about doing the exercises! If you could please include some of this information in your usual workout clips that would be very handy - whether in writing on the screen or a voice over, either would be helpful. Would also be nice to include the workouts in the description bar.
Hey girl! Just purchased your eBook. Congratulations on your Editorial Team. It's so beautiful, professional and well explained. Thank you so much. I'm making the banana muffins for breakfast today!
Just one suggestion, for the next two, It'd be great if you could add the measurements in cups/spoons as well. I struggle a little with the gram stuff. Thnxxx.
+Ada Paulina Alarcón hey Ada! I'm so glad you bought it and I hope so much that you like it! There weren't any editors or anyone else involved, just my boyfriend and a couple of friends who took a look for me! 🤗 xxx
+Kaitlin Bates hey sweetie! Thaaaank you for saying so! It's becoming natural now, early on it was very funny and sometimes I watch my old videos and I cringe a little! 🙈 xx
Currently working mainly on my arms and your videos are helping me so so so so soooo much! I love this channel and I love your recipes and I love the depth you go into explaining things.... I just love you aha 💓😅
Hey Natacha! Where do you learn about new exercises, I'm looking to get into more functional training and would love some extra info alongside your videos! Thank you so much :) xx
Hi Natacha! I was looking forward to this video and your workout session is the best as always! Thank you very much for doing this for us! Also you are very pretty! Have a great day!
+Si Zhang hey sweetie! I hope it can help - lots of requests recently so hopefully it's what people had in mind! I hope you're having an amazing summer 🤗😊 xx
Hey! I've been following you for a while now and I think your videos are really motivating! I'd love to get to this point some day myself! I'm a basketball player but I've been struggling to recover from chondromalacia patella (grade 4 both knees) along with a meniscus tear since 2 years now, so I've been hitting the gym since. Was just wondering if you knew anything about the injury and how to recover from it, and even if not, could you do a video on an effective full body workout (low impact on joints)? Anyway, love your content and the positivity that you share with everyone! Love that you focus more on your performance than just looking a certain way! Continue slaying girl! 🔥
I cannot do box jumps unfortunately. I have a heart condition and i get heart palps and light headed if i do too many jumping motions... so i do box steps instead... i know its not the same.. but eh.
I always catch your videos nice and freshly uploaded and it makes me so happy 😊😊✌✌ I have been trying to include more functional body weight type exercises, I conquered the box jumps last night, next time duck walks 🦆🦆🦆 you have the best exercises!
+Melissa G hey Melissa 🤗 good news about the box jumps! They're so great for getting tired quickly and the power will transfer into other moves really nicely so well done!! 💪 was it your first time or have you been practicing for a while? the duck walks are great but they really burn so they're a great finisher 😵 xx
It was my first time, I just went for it, it was a box about half the size of yours, but I loved the powerful feeling it gives you and yes it is tiring and gets that heart pumping big time! I'll save those and the ducks for the end 😁😁😎😎💖💖
+Melissa G ah amazing! It's so good that you just went for it, a lot of people are a little uncomfortable which I totally get cause it's not really similar to many other moves 💪 I hope you enjoy the duck walks 🙈 xx
Hi Natacha! Love the video, gave me some fresh ideas for tomorrow's workout:). Heading to website now to purchase your eBook, congratulations on the launch!! Take care, 2GunKate from Phoenix!
Hi there, I just purchased your eBook and received the links via e-mail, however, the book failed to download and when I re-tried it, it said the digital download had expired and to contact you. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks, Lori
+Lori Wait hey Lori! Can you give me you email address and I'll get it sorted asap! Thank you for buying and I'm sorry about some of these technical glitches. I'm doing everything I can to resolve them and make the purchasing super smooth! 🤗 xxx
+Vanessa Toh hey sweetie! Thank you 😘 yeah these exercises really add a little flavour, for sure! Most of my resistance training or HIIT sessions will include functional moves because they are so great at getting the heart going and they are fun! I hope you love it and let me know what you try! 😘 xx
hey Natasha! I did all of these exercises yesterday, I superset some of it and added in a little core work too. GIRL MY UPPER BODY IS IN PAIN TODAY. Thank you so much, I love it! my gym doesnt have a box so i put a BOSU on top of a bench and jump :) Keep up the great content 💚
EBOOK EBOOK EBOOK EBOOK!! YAY!! Congratulations! :D Also, having your explain form and almost "how to" on the exercises is awesome! Thank you. My major goal is to get an unassisted chin up by September - Box idea is great xx
+Sammie Grumley hey sweetie! Thank you so much for the support! 😜🤗😘 oh you can do it by September girl! Just use those negatives and when you're getting there, incorporate some static holds which are then the intermediary step 😊 it's just about practice! You got this! 💪 xxx
+Sammie Grumley of course! I'm always on here looking through, making little notes of what people like and what they don't 😊 let me know how you go! 😘😘 xx
+Michelle Widmer hey sweetie! Thanks for the love! Let me know if you try and what you think 💪 I'm loving Switzerland but unfortunately go home tomorrow! You're so lucky to live in such a gorgeous place 😍
fantastic video,i love your workouts cos they are great for peoole who are really fit & want a challenge! love all of your workout clothes, please do a new haul video & also a video on how you have good self esteem/not compare yourself to others ♡♡
+Kathleen Eagar thank you Kalthleen!! You do? Ok I'll get all my faves and some new pieces together soon and do a gym clothing haul (: I'm away for a couple of weeks so it might be after that if you can wait (: xx
Natacha Océane thanks so much, you are such a big inspiration to me! i love your positive attitude & how helpful you are other girls who love fitness also be great to do more videos on building muscle for people who are very fit but do a lot of cardio & tend to have lean muscle (ME hehe 😁😜) love your whole vibe! ♡♡
+Kathleen Eagar ahh you're welcome!!! My leg day videos and upper body gym videos talk more about building muscle (rep ranges, sets and training structure) if you look back (: the same principle always applies for building muscle. Training in the way I show in my videos, and fueling yourself to recover and build muscle (: it takes months to see small visible changes and for me nearly 2 years to see a real change in physique so patience is also important xxxx
Hi Natacha! I really love your videos! They're very helpful and inspire me to work-out. Unfortunately, I have a knee injury (jumpers knee) and I'm sometimes afraid to exercise, because I don't want to make it worse. Do you have any tips? Love you! x
+xRAINBOWBeamx hey! I don't actually know too much about this so I wouldn't want to give advice which might be better from a physio. Does it always hurt when you train lower body? From what I understand about the inflammation of the tendon, it might help to avoid high impact moves (like running or than include jumping) and stick to moves which apply tension through a slightly more constricted range of motion and without impact e.g. Shallow squats vs deep squats, single leg box step ups vs box jumps. Then, once you've finished a lower body exercise, do your best to go into RICE for a little while (rest, ice, compression and elevation) to offset inflammation early before it develops. I'm not an expert on those injuries so I would still seek medical advice but these are just ideas that might help. Xxx
Natacha Océane Thank you so much! My injury is pretty bad at the moment and it hurts everytime I train my lower body. I already go to the physio, but I still want to work-out. I think that these tips are really helpful. Thank you! X
+xRAINBOWBeamx oh I'm so sorry 😞 I totally get how you feel - I'd be exactly the same! I really hope they can help just a little but I don't know if your physio has already told you them. It may also help to work with lower weights than you're able to but go super slow through the motion (like half speed) to increase tension duration on your muscles without adding load on your joints. You can still get great results doing that! Xx
Natacha Océane That's a really great tip! I love doing squats etc., so that's a great way to still incorporate them in my routine. Thank you so much! X
Hi Natacha I love your videos! You have inspired me so much! I'm looking to gain muscle but I'm not sure how to train in a week. I am confused over the differences of plyometrics, calisthenics, resistance training, and weight lifting. I also wonder what exercises I should do after a weight lifting day. And is it okay if I exercise 6 days a week? And what exercises should I do for gaining muscle but not exactly gaining weight. Oof as you can see I am really confused. Sorry I asked so many questions but thanks anyway for all the inspiration you've given me :)
Hi Natacha! I'm rather new to your channel, so probably you've already mentioned that in your videos but are you planning to release like a "workout" e-book? like the one with specific sets of exercises, workout schedules and stuff ? thank you soooo much for your work! you have no idea how much you motivate me every single day!
+Valerie Russ hey lovely! So for the moment I'm really focusing on the three recipe guides because I feel like it's just a little harder for me to capture this information in videos. Those should take me a few more weeks (hopefully the next two will be quicker because I had to build the site alongside building breakfast!) but after I want to get into training. I know I want to do tailored plans 1:1 with people where I get to know you and what you're trying to achieve so that we can build a customised plan together, but I know not everyone will want or need it so a training guide (maybe one for leaning out and one from developing muscle) will come alongside it too in Octoer - November time. Do you have any ideas about what you'd like to see? 😊 xx
+Valerie Russ wow that's interesting, I've never thought of that. I think I could at least incorporate a personal story about how my training has evolved and for each exercise what I used to do / learnt / what does vs doesn't work for me. That's a nice idea! Thank you so much for the support! 🤗😘 any more ideas, you know what to do! Xx
+Grace Burns hey Grace! I'm glad you're going to give it a try! It's made all my training so much better and I feel so much more athletic than before 😊 how do you normally workout? I get them from all over the place really but over missguided, forever21 and Zara 🤗 xx
I love your videos! they're giving me so many ideas to spice up my workouts! I wanted to ask you thou, how many times a week do you train? and how long are your sessions? Thanks in advance! I'm asking because I'm experiencing some overtraining side effects and I want to keep healthy but not stop working out!
+ Juliana Erazo hey sweetie! Thanks for the love 😘 I train 6 times per week but with around very light, functional sessions like freestyle gymnastics or active recovery. I have a video called Rest to Get Lean, My Training Split which talks through it if you like. Each session is around 45mins to 1hr15 😊 hope that helps and let me know if you have any questions as my training split is very freeform and a little more complicated as it's across 3/4 training styles 🤗 lots of love xxx
+Jacqueline Withers hey sweetie! I'll keep that in mind! I feel like I'm wearing the same stuff often but I guess I'm not always on camera and I don't realise that! Thanks for the feedback - is there anything you're after here!m? 😘 xx
I've definitely loved a few of your workout outfits in your videos, even the ones I've seen a few times ;) but I love your tights and trainers in this video! :) also love your content and so so excited for your new ebook!!! xx
+Jacqueline Withers I'll try to do a workout clothes haul in the next few weeks! In this video I'm wearing limited edition adidas x stella mccartneys that I've never seen anywhere apart from the store I bought them in (sorry! 😞) but the leggings are Myprotein! Let me know if you get the ebook and what you try! Xx
That would be great! Aw thats okay! Thank you!! :) I just purchased it! think I'm most excited to try the oat protein pancakes...my mouth is watering thinking about it haha! x
Another very useful and inspirational video❤️ that strange looking, silver equipment there is in the background at 9:14 - what do you use it for? Congratulations on your ebook. Xx
+Maria Thrane hey Maria 😊 it's a rope pull down machine which is basically for upper body cardio. You can adjust the resistance and use it slightly more intensely too. It's pretty nice to use now and then - does your gym have one? Xx
+Antonia316 hey Antonia! I don't actually know the name of them! They are the adidas where there is like a funny sock like compartment where the sole separates from the rest of the shoe in the middle! 🙈 such a bad description I know! The colour way is limited edition and I was lucky enough to find it in a special sneaker store in LA 😊 sorry I can't help more! 🙈 xxx
+Beatriz Simões amazing! Let me know if you've tried any of them and what you think if you give them a go 😊 there are so many more moves but at least it's a start 💪
+camila ramirez hey Camila! Wow what an amazing place to love, I recently made friends with a Chilean and it sounds like such ana amazing place! Are you from Santiago or somewhere else? Xx
+Our healthy kitchen hey lovely! I'm so glad! I really hope it does amazing things for you and makes you so happy 😍 there's a little bit to it so let me know if you ever have questions and you'll be doing yourself proud in no time! 💪xx
+Olivia hey lovely! There are - I'd say basically all of the recipes can be made vegetarian because swaps are so easy (which I mention), and some are originally veggie so no need 😊 do you have any issue with dairy or eggs? Xx
+Olivia ah ok so I'm not sure if whey protein powders would work but there's always things like hemp protein and powdered peanut butter which are great swaps and keep the macros the same! I think you could make all of the recipes work for you to be honest, and if you're not sure I'm right here to give you ideas! Xx
I finally tried the workout from the last functional training video you made, and it was AWESOME! Time flew by so fast and I felt like a bad ass 💪👊I had to improvise some things due to what my gym has to offer but I made it work. Thanks for the inspiration and motivation. Also, is your MyProtein code available in the US? I tried using it and the site said it wasn't valid :(
+ilanstermonster that's exactly it! The equipment varies so much across gyms so I try to make videos that are possible for people to use wherever they are 😊 improvising is the way to go! Which moves did you like? Do you think you'll try any of these? The duck walks are great for a burnnnn and you can do them with any type of light weight so they're a great one 😍 I think you're right about the Myprotein code not working in the US - they operate a pretty fragmented business. Sorry about that 😞 xx
I loved doing the different variations of box jumps! I was a little frightened I'd hurt myself but I started off with a small box and progressed onto a bigger one with each set. I could only get up to a medium size, but I know that one day I'll be hopping on the tall ones like you! I also loved the tire flips, though I had to use a heavy sandbag because my gym doesn't have a tire. I am DEFINITELY going to try out these moves too! I'm most excited about the walking planks and most terrified of the pullups and ring holds because my upper body just isn't that strong yet :/ Bummed about your code not working in the U.S. but I know it's not your fault. Thanks alot for taking the time to respond to me
+ilanstermonster ah so good, they work wonders I think 😊 the chin ups are nothing to worry about one you use a box to get you to the top of the motion and the holds can just start on parallel dip bars to get used to the technique which is a little more complicated than just holding. You have nothing to worry about, just think of how you mastered the box jumps! 😘 xx
Natacha Océane I tried some of these new moves today and oomph!!! I'm dead, but in the best way possible! Is it normal for your arms to shake while you wash your hair after this workout?🤔😆 I discovered I am not flexible and/or strong enough for the duck walks! I didn't expect that at all and was a little disappointed 😔 I refused to give up completely so I improvised with a similar exercise. Hopefully I'll get there eventually!
+ilanstermonster hahah! 😂 you will get there girl 100%! I have no doubt! It's just about sitting in the frog squat a little and getting used to using your body that way. It took me weeks of practicing at home to get the basic technique for a squat down 😘😘 xxx
Heyyy, do you have tips for tracking macros when you still live at home and eat dinner with your parents? I don't always know the amount of certain ingredients or can weigh my food out! xxxxx
+Kylie Keijzer hey lovely! I know exactly what you mean as I had this for a while! It depends on how strict I'm being - if I'm just trying to generally keep to a target range of macros and I care more about what the approximate composition of my diet is, I'll estimate in my head or in myfitnesspal. That's totally fine and from tracking when you're able to, you'll actually learn a lot about food and get very good at estimating. If I'm being strict because there's something specific I'm trying to achieve that requires really dialling in, I'll actually weight my food out when I serve myself and then go through a short little process to understand how much of the high impact foods went in (low impact Ines like veg I'll not worry about much to be honest). It's tough when that's the case but just by tracking over time you'll become really good at knowing roughly what the macros are. Sorry I can't be more specific with certain tips but that's how I do it! Ooh one tip that helped me actually - not worrying about the composition is a major one because the added stress (not saying that you are, but i was!) can actually lead to bloating and some weigh gain! Xx
+Jade_IIFYM_Uk hey lovely! I have something in mind for down the road but it'll take a lot of work so it may take a little time 😵 where are you from in the U.K.? Lots of love xx

+rawritta yep it's definitely sweat! I have to pick my clothes carefully before one of these 😂 xx
More functional workout ideas please! This was amazing, so many cool ideas to try in the gym!!
You make me so happy every time I see your videos. You're such a positive, kind person and it motivates me to be positive and kind as well. Your videos are awesome!

+Jen Jen hey sweetie! Thank you for the support it really means the world! Which are you going to try first? Ahh I'm so excited for you to try and let me know what you think! Xx
you should seriously be a trainer/nutritionist you make it so easy to understand! also obsessed with the cookie dough!
+CHARLOTTE COLLINS yeeeeapp PB still had my heart and dates are just 😍 xx
damn girl you are like the only fitness girl i watch cause you are so real its crazy. no fakeness or BS, its easy to watch. thanks x
+food lover well thanks, the feedback is super helpful! I'm not very good at faking or acting so this is all I could do! 🙈 xx

Yay I'm so glad the e-book is out! Great work Natacha x
Yup it was a high five emoji lol. I guess it's not the same on my laptop as it is on my cell phone. I can't wait to make your crepes lol!
+Catherine Marie haha good I'm not completely missing the point with my emojis! I hope you'll show me how the come out 🤗😊 xx
Forgot to mention, your website looks very professional! I love the pictures!
😝🤗😊 xxxx
Box jump game looking strong! Hahaha. The deep lunge walk while holding something overhead thing was the bomb. Thanks for that.
seeing you kill it in the gym in your videos gives me so much motivation :) thank you!!
+Kat Wood thank you sweetie! I hope you love them 😘
LOVE THIS AND YOU!!! was over joyed to wake up to a new natacha vid1
+Virginia Catherine Hart I'm so glad! My Sunday uploads seem to work out at a nice time! 😜 xx
I can’t believe I’ve only just discovered you! Also getting on the callisthenics/plyo train and loving your videos keeping me motivated!! Xxx
I tried quite a few of these yesterday at the gym and they were extremely difficult. Couldn't do the reptile walk at all ! Love this sort of content, keep it coming !
+Jessica Li-Poma hey lovely! It's just practice! Keep going girl and you'll amaze yourself! 🤗😊😘 xxx
Those box jumps look super fun! I've never done them but I might try jumping up onto my bed and see how it goes
+Christlina M hey lovely! They are so great, that's a good idea for a soft landing 😊 It's nice starting with straight vertical jumps without a box to feel really used to the movement 🤗 xx
ahhh i love these athletic exercises you do so much! i have never seen a weightlifting/fitness youtuber do them like do and iuts so refreshing to see!
+Jess Hardy hey Jess! I love them a lot and they really complement resistance training so it's a win win 😊 xx
YASSSSS!!! Thanks Natacha- this is right up my street; I'm looking to incorporate more functional exercises into my training so I'm super excited to give these a go!

Xxx
Going directly to your website to get the e-book after this! :) Can't wait to try out the recipes! As with all of your content I'm sure it'll be great
+Karuna Dagur yay!
I have been a long distance runner so not using my foot to its full potential is frustrating but I want to get past it and not let it stop it from training hard. thanks!
Loved this video!! So informative, appreciated it :)
+Erica J hey sweetie! Thanks so much for saying so 😘
Natacha, I stumbled across your channel about a month ago and have already learned SO much from you!
+Marlee Kitchen nice!! How do you feel now? A few of those moves left me a bit sore when I first started using them 🙈😘 xx
Natacha Océane My abs and my inner elbows/ lower biceps are sore today. 💕
+Marlee Kitchen I know how your feel! 😂 xx
Great workout! Kick sits are interesting definitely going to try those lol. Headed to website now!!!
+Jackie Dunne hey sweetie! Give them a go, they're a funny one and slow to start with but once you've done them a few times you'll fly straight through them and they're a nice dynamic move for your core! 😘 xx

+diana martinez Diana! I'm so glad you've given it a try! Please let me know what you think, I want the ebooks to get better and better 😘😘 xx
i am trying the spinach pancakes right now because i have ingredients in my house already.. i love how they look!!
+diana martinez ah nice! I love those 😊
Firstly, I love your videos and you deserve so many more views and subs.
🤗 xxx
+Ada Paulina Alarcón great! Really helpful advice! Xx
Great video Natacha! I'm so exited to try these excersises😄😄

+Kaitlin Bates hey sweetie! Thaaaank you for saying so! It's becoming natural now, early on it was very funny and sometimes I watch my old videos and I cringe a little! 🙈 xx

Can you do another of these videos please? :) I love these ideas!
I cannot do box jumps unfortunately. I have a heart condition and i get heart palps and light headed if i do too many jumping motions... so i do box steps instead... i know its not the same.. but eh.
love the way you workout ! I'm a fan girl
+Jazzy flex well thaanks lovely! I will do 😘
YESSSS GIRL! i needed this! you do so many amazing videos with functional exercises and i'm always like :X i need to that that!

Yes please more functional workouts!
+Federica Dall'Omo 😊 ok they'll be coming soonish! Thanks for letting me know 😘
I always catch your videos nice and freshly uploaded and it makes me so happy 😊😊✌✌ I have been trying to include more functional body weight type exercises, I conquered the box jumps last night, next time duck walks 🦆🦆🦆 you have the best exercises!

Also, having your explain form and almost "how to" on the exercises is awesome!
💪 xxx
Haha I love that you've probably noticed my weekly comments... oops! :p Awesome, awesome, awesome! Shall do. Thanks heaps

those iguanas are so funny! someone did them in the gym and i tried once and it was so weird but it was a good burn 💪🏼
+Jennifer Ring hey Jennifer! Yeah they do look odd and going backwards just doesn't work for me yet! It's even more funny going that way 🙈 xx

WOOOHOOO NEW VIDEO FROM OUR QUEEN
+Zena Cheong hahah 😜 hey girl! I hope you like it and that it helps you out a little! Let me know if you give any a go and what you think 😘 xx
+xRAINBOWBeamx you're more than welcome! Let me know how they go 🤗💪 xxx
Sorry I asked so many questions but thanks anyway for all the inspiration you've given me :)
not first! damn! thank you for making this so much, you really listen and it's so amazing!
+Nat O haha next time! 😉 xx
😊 xx
Ooh thanks for your answer
+Valerie Russ wow that's interesting, I've never thought of that. I think I could at least incorporate a personal story about how my training has evolved and for each exercise what I used to do / learnt / what does vs doesn't work for me. That's a nice idea! Thank you so much for the support! 🤗😘 any more ideas, you know what to do! Xx
Natacha Océane oooh im so glad!! you are very welcome!❤️❤️❤️
+Valerie Russ 😘
Great vid as always Natasha-you've inspired me to do more functional training! Also wondering where you get all of your crop tops? x
+Grace Burns hey Grace! I'm glad you're going to give it a try! It's made all my training so much better and I feel so much more athletic than before 😊 how do you normally workout? I get them from all over the place really but over missguided, forever21 and Zara 🤗 xx
Yes!! You are such a badass! Love the vid
+Emily Kim thank you sweetie! I appreciate the love! 😘
you really are the best TH-cam your balanced and I love you😍
I love your videos! they're giving me so many ideas to spice up my workouts!
Would love if you popped where your active wear is from in the description box! I always love your tights haha!
Thank you!! :) I just purchased it! think I'm most excited to try the oat protein pancakes...my mouth is watering thinking about it haha! x
+Jacqueline Withers mmmm nice! Let me know how they turn out! 😘 xx
Againnnn amazing video ❤️❤️
+Romeex3 thank you sweetie! You're always so supportive and it means the world 😘
of course!!! but it's all on you
love this upload!
+Georgia Jeffery 🤗 thanks! Xx
Xx
Natacha Océane the spikey, kind of round bar?
+Maria Thrane oh my bad! I read it as 9.44! 🙈 I looked at 9.14 but I'm not 100% sure which piece of equipment you mean - where is it? Xxx
Natacha Océane haha, it's the one leaning up against the window☺️
+Maria Thane it's called a trap bar and is used for deadlifts ☺️ you stand in the middle of it and lift the bar up
What kind of shoes do you wear for working out? What are the pair you're wearing in the video? I love watching your videos! 🙂💕
🙈 xxx
Hey Natacha! Really love your videos 😊 Where do you get your workout/everyday tank tops you're always wearing? Thank youuu xox
Not squad!
+Beatriz Simões amazing! Let me know if you've tried any of them and what you think if you give them a go 😊 there are so many more moves but at least it's a start 💪
Thanks again for all of these great videos! But I will always dislike the cross kicks lol
grettings from chile
+camila ramirez hey Camila! Wow what an amazing place to love, I recently made friends with a Chilean and it sounds like such ana amazing place! Are you from Santiago or somewhere else? Xx
Natacha you motivated me to start strength training 🏋. So glad I found you. You are gorgeous.
+Our healthy kitchen hey lovely! I'm so glad! I really hope it does amazing things for you and makes you so happy 😍 there's a little bit to it so let me know if you ever have questions and you'll be doing yourself proud in no time! 💪xx
Love it! Where's your pink top from?
LOVED IT
+Squats and Salads 😘
That guy in the back left with the staring haha chill bro!
LOL i noticed that too
+Paige Vincent haha! 🙈 those iguanas look funky though! Xx
Please do more of these!! 💕
Hey! are there any vegetarian friendly recipes in the ebook? so excited for you!!;)
+Olivia hey lovely! There are - I'd say basically all of the recipes can be made vegetarian because swaps are so easy (which I mention), and some are originally veggie so no need 😊 do you have any issue with dairy or eggs? Xx
Yes, actually I'm lactose intolerant as well!
I'm most excited about the walking planks and most terrified of the pullups and ring holds because my upper body just isn't that strong yet :/
Bummed about your code not working in the U.S. but I know it's not your fault.
Is it normal for your arms to shake while you wash your hair after this workout?🤔😆
I discovered I am not flexible and/or strong enough for the duck walks!
THE. BEST!!!
More of these videos pleaseeeeeeee
What weight related exercises would you recommend for someone just starting out with weights?
Xx
Thank you so much for this! Really appreciate that you took time to respond :) xxxx
+Kylie Keijzer no worries sweetie 😘 I hope it helps and I'm sorry I couldn't give anything more! Xx
Love this! I'd love to train with you!!
+Jade_IIFYM_Uk hey lovely! I have something in mind for down the road but it'll take a lot of work so it may take a little time 😵 where are you from in the U.K.? Lots of love xx
Natacha Océane wow thanks for the reply 😊 I'm based in sw midlands not far from Bristol. I should know this but where about are you based? Xx
+Jade_IIFYM_Uk I'm north west London! Its OK. I don't really mention where I'm from in my TH-cam videos (: xx
+Jade_IIFYM_Uk ahh nice, not too far! I'm in north London 😊 xx
