    Even with the gentrification the schools are horrible . They used to be distinguished schools but the state took over and ruined that .

    I grew up near Inglewood and thevast majority of the neighborhoods were always well kept because the city has a high percentage of owner occupied dwellings. Only the few areas that have a high number of renters have the crime problems. The city has always kept up its retail areas and assisted its small and minority owned business. I hope the city doesn't become too gentrified. I would hate to see long time working and middle class residents and family owned businesses pushed out. 😢

    Inglewood. Really? Now go back after 10 P.M. and do your walk through. They DO have the best weather in Los Angeles though.

    Gentrification it's good for the ones making money off it . Pushing folks out that live paycheck to paycheck or on a fixed income . This guy is a snake
