I really loved living in Belmont Shores ( Rosie’s Dog Beach) in Long Beach. Rent is relatively low, good locale for getting around, and lots of options.
I feel like most homebuyers who want to be in LA will wait for prices to drop and find the best value and use of land and homes for sale. People who are not familiar with CA need to know an hour away from East LA like Riverside & Corona are not in Los Angeles County, and can find better deals.

Santa Clarita is a good option but I am afraid of forest fires
