Oh, my goodness Meredith....thank you for this stretch and more importantly, thank you for sharing Sedona, Az., with us, thank you, thank you, thank you. I do your other seated workouts; I so enjoy the challenge yet doability, don't think that's a word, but we'll make it one ;-) I work 10-12 hours a day standing and cleaning. I tweaked my back, bummer, but at least I have access to these wonderful workouts. Thank you, you're a very good teacher.

Can’t believe it’s been 6 months that I’ve been doing this routine pretty much every day. It’s the way I start the day and boy does it make a difference, it gives me an all over body stretch and my body is far less stiff once I’ve done it. It would be so easy to say my body hurts too much I can’t do it , if you can get over that mind set give it a go even if it’s hard to do at first it will do wonders to how your body feels and if your body feels better your mind has a I can do attitude instead of oh I can’t do that. I would definitely recommend this stretching routine. Thank you, thank you, thank you Meredith, you are changing peoples lives for better. Xx❤️

This is a brilliant stretching routine. I have been doing this every morning for the last 2 weeks, it’s now how I start my day (even before breakfast). My body feels so much better, not just at the time of doing it but for the rest of the day. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who suffers with stiff joints or who like myself have polymyalgia rheumatica. I know we have need exercise in all forms to keep healthy but I really believe that stretching is so important to do to get the best from all other forms of exercise we do. This completely seated stretching routine is the best . A huge big thank you Meredith was for giving us this doable in time and content routine. X❤️

However, one day I didn't end with a proper stretch and learnt the hard way that it was not a good idea. I know I know, you are always reminding us about the importance of stretching, suffice to say I have learnt my lesson. Any chance of a standing version of your stretch video?

Hello Meredith. I have a question. I'm a 67 yr old male. I'm obese, but not really restricted by anything other than age and weight. I started last week with your "Senior Fitness-Low impact Cardio Workout". Then I found this "Stretches for Seniors and beginners". My question is, should I do this Stretches program BEFORE the Low Impact Cardio, or After? Or does it make a difference? Or is there another "warm up or cool down" routine I should be doing? I appreciate your advice.
Hi Trenton! Thank you so much for the comment! I am so proud of you for starting with the low impact cardio workout, and now stretches. My suggestion is to do the stretches after the cardio. Hi Meredith Have been staying home and resting. Noted that you have added some 20 mInutes or less segments. I will need to get back for the coming weeks prior to my surgery. Will need to take it slow as I feel pressure in my chest. Warm weather not my friend these days. Phyllis

It is beautiful there:) Keep up the stretches and you will loosen up through the hips, hamstrings, and glutes. You can do it!
