    Literally SO GLAD you added that little “I’m so glad you took the time to do this” message at the end cuz I’m honestly so bad with stretching, I always tell myself I’ll do it, but then I don’t bother and just take like 2 minutes instead of doing it properly… really not a fan of winding down and stretching so I’m thankful for the encouraging words 😂😂

    I kinda went overboard with my arms workout today and I was so worried that they are gonna feel like they’re gonna fall off for the next 2 days if I don’t do a proper stretch routine, hence searched for that specifically and when I tell you I’m eternally grateful I’m not kidding
    Thank you so much for this, I just feel like I got a upper body massage 😮‍💨

    Was glad to do this during my rest day after some punishing upper body workouts, makes the soreness worse at first, but it'll help loosen you up and prepare you for the next day of exercise later.

I so needed something like this especially after that upper body strength workout for 40 minutes we did today that killed may arms but oh in a good way!     Something I wanted to add as a little tip for this…if you’re not feeling that tricep stretch, DROP your shoulders (literally imagine yourself pushing down on them) and push your elbow away from the back of your head.
    I wasn’t feeling the stretch at first, but then after doing this ^^ I was feeling the stretch where I was supposed to lol
