  • Join me for a quick 10 minute toned arms workout to create great muscle tone and strength in the arms, shoulders and upper back- no equipment necessary. A simple, effective workout that will bring results with regular and consistent practice. If you want to see and feel results I recommend you do this at least three times a week for a minimum of six weeks.

    Amazing, I did have to put my arms down halfway through, so the goal is to do this workout all the way through without dropping my arms. I usually do an arm workout with light weights and can honestly say that this workout was far more challenging, thanks again.

    I'm loving this workout and have been coming back to it regularly! I am usually intimidated by arm strength exercises, but this workout is so accessible and I really appreciate that it's equipment-free. Here's hoping for a Part 2 someday!

    Morning Rachel I have followed your classes for many years and they were a life saver during Covid. I have just done your arm workout and can just about type this message. Thank you so much it will really help my upper body strength especially when picking up my 18 month old grandson

    Hello Rachel, I hope you are okay, you've had a difficult few weeks. Just did this video, short and sweet , thank you. Am currently home in Australia for Christmas holidays, not back in Switzerland until end of January, loving the warmer weather.
