Totally agree sounds like a low cost home theatre setup. Like 2 devices on one dongle but range depends on room as i barely get 10feet! Thanks for reviewing Mike and Kath🐈👍
I think you hit the nail on the head Mike...would make a great media center keyboard or an emergency keyboard if your main keyboard died. Thanks for sharing Mike and Lady Kath. Take care as always. Cheers
@@mikesunboxing I've seen over the past few years Logitech's quality drop. I always bought their corded keyboards and mice. Loved my K120 Keyboard. Cheers
This set dropped into my shop as part of a job lot of stuff. I thought "oh that's neat, that'll be good on my work bench". It lasted maybe half a day before I got so annoyed with it that I relegated it to the 'spares' shelf - absolutely horrible to type on. And like, I'm not being a snob here, I have to use loads of keyboards every day, I'm ok with membrane, but this was 0/10. I have a couple of K400 keyboards kicking around for use on repair jobs, and those are also horrible to type on, but they have the saving grace of the integrated trackpad which makes them very convenient. The MK220 doesn't even have that going for it. For a desk, the MK270/MK295 doesn't have the same compactness of this, but feels an order of magnitude better. For home theatre, K400 with the built-in trackpad is way more convenient.
i can totally understand where you are coming from here. For very occasional use it is fine, but for any extended periods it is just not a good layout or build quality to inspire confidence or accuracy. thanks for the comment Graham, appreciate it.
Never seen this in germany. I'm running the MK235 since a few days. Still running good. Have had the MK295 but it was broken because of problems with the keyboard. Got the MK235 as a replacement. I'm happy with this. Could be a bit more silence but does it's job.
I've had the MK270 for the last year and find it very good. It's relatively compact but with a num-pad, arrows and function keys etc so overall comfortable/functional to use as a daily driver.
hey mike i've had the k270 keyboard and mouse combo for nearly 3 years and so far so good it does have the unifying receiver. i think i paid £20 from currys lol. i can't grumble really does evrything i need. They are a bit plasticky but my ones had a fair amount of abuse and survived. Happy days 👍
I have order Asrock b450m hdv r.40 motherboard if it says ryzen 5000 desktop ready then would it work with my ryzen 3 3200G out of box?? Or do i have to upgrade or downgrade bios??? I'm really worried about bios support Please reply it's urgent..
Logitech has become the biggest source of disappointment for me in the past few years. Could be because I have bought many more of their products than from other brands. But I have finally learned my lesson. :-)

I've been using this keyboard every day for years now, and it's great; it still works perfectly.
actually my brother bought a month ago and he didn't complain , just for normal usage not gaming or something like that

Totally agree
My next keyboard & mouse will be the MK295 - I like the quiet features. I'm just waiting until the end of the year to get it on sale.

yeah i think so, i really wanted to like it more, but the mk295 or mk270 are better in their own ways

Thanks for the review. Very helpful. Does that dongle have 512gb of storage in it, its Huge. 🙂
lol it could have!
The keyboard is perfect as it is the mouse is comfortable and the combo is really good for traveling
i still use my set for the live streams and there are no unwanted clicks on the stream

i like the mk270, classic setup

k270 is a decent model, i had mine for ages. Think i ended up giving it away with a cheap media centre pc
It's a good beginner board for kids. or just a backup if every thing els turns Sour.
Mike's Review is Worthy of a Support comment. Like & a share 🙂
yeah a reasonable backup option, don't think i could cope with it as a full time daily driver
I don't recommend the MK295 for gaming, its hard to hold a key, it is sensitive to unregister. Exemple holding shift key to run and WSAD.
Lol just brings me back an old days when I first begin keyboard and mouse On Console ps4 playing Fortnite
yeah same, but i was xbox
I have this still works fine now
i kept this one, but it hasn't seen much action so far
@@mikesunboxing after years of use the mouse started doing double click and scroll wheel died, 4 Years now
Hi Mike, I think the MK in the name might stand for Mike's Keyboard !
Not for this one 😂 the mk295 maybe 👍
This actually convinced me to buy it lol

Please reply it's urgent..
yes it will
i think woth in price.
But it is very small & compact for a 100% Layout.
it really is
why isnt this suitable for gaming?
it lacks accuracy and has latency, so for fast action games it can hinder your performance when split second reactions are needed
Anyone able to tell me if this works on the switch? Just gonna be using it for ingame chat nothing else
the keyboard should, not sure about the mouse side of it
@@mikesunboxing thanks for the quick reply!!
i would not even give it away , what a waste of plastic lol

Very true
That looks absolute garbage, even for £16 quid. That flexing 😂😂
lol
