I still have this dvd I just popped it in. This is my go to video when I start if I can’t find it I can’t start. Actually I may have a different one. But really currently I am pretty heavy according to the highest point of my bmi I’m considered morbidity obese. Since I am almost 110 lbs above the highest point of my range for my bmi and this is the best workout for me. Staring with this video I lost a quick 30 lbs then when plateaued so I went onto turbo jam. Where I shed an extra 42 lbs. I have been up and down my whole life. I work long hours out of the house, community for 4 and drive as a worker so there is t much time to move my body. So I packed it on again. I just started again and I love this video. Even though some things I have to modify due to past injuries at times I’m a very strong person especially for carrying around this much weight for as long as I have. When I lost it. U couldn’t hold me down. The energy was unbelievable. I just have those genes that want plus size jeans or else u have to work really hard to get it and keep it but now I really want to do it again. I want to feel good and I really miss my old self. These workouts are safe for u and really do the job. Another time I went on a diet I shed 30 pounds again in less then three months just walking starting with a mile a day and counting my points the old school way not the new way. Things really do work. I just don’t keep up on myself. U don’t have to kill urself with p90x videos whatever to lose the weight. U just need time, patience, consistency, diligence, and drive to keep on track. I’m starting today again. Lol.
I found these 2m9nths ago. I started with Get started. I'm now doing Get moving. I have been exercising with a stationary bike and a body glide for 2yrs. And I have noticed more results from these workouts than from thos e machines. Mind you I'm not against then or I wouldn't have been using them. But the results in my legs are remarkable!!!!! Thank you so much for posting these. I never did these workouts when I was a weight watchers member. I used machines. But the joy of being able to take my body anywhere and do this workout is wonderful👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Thanks again!!🙂
