As a former competitive figure skater who struggled with body image and chronic injuries, I fell in love with low-impact “flow” type workouts, like Pilates and barre. Thanks for your word advice to say kind things to ourselves. I am really struggling with sadness, feeling ugly, insecurity, disappointed in my life decisions and not being good enough. This little 10 minute work out had me in tears because I just realized how I treat myself, worse than I would ever treat a friend. Thank you for this opening my eyes.

Just don't resist them, sit with them in peace, let them flow through you, buy them flowers, kiss them goodbye, and be thankful, so thankful for your awareness! If you practice this, in time, you'll do it without thought. This is truly the place where nothing can hurt you. The real you is invincible. Pure divine unconditional, unsullied Love and acceptance, of all that is. The divine is omnipresent.
This real you, is in the place of no thought. So these thoughts and feelings you refer to are not yours, just temporary visitors to increase and expand your light and love!
Keep on treating yourself as you would treat someone who you love dearly.❤❤❤

This is FIRST workout video I find with a cutr girl which doesn't motivated you by "yes girl you do it, you are strong blah blah blah" but just "Hey babe, you are amazing just the way you are" and BIG THANK YOU for that. For the first time i do my workout without stress that i can't do some kind of excercises

I haven't worked out all year and know I really need to for my mental health. Wow… you don’t know how much this helped me. I had my last baby (I now have 3 kiddos) back in January and I am STRUGGLING with self love. I’ve been wanting to start to work out and today I finally did it. I don’t have the money to go to a gym and honestly with my 3 kiddos I don’t have the time either lol. But, this… WOW! Thank you! I tried a barre class recently, and was disappointed that there was not much stretching for warm up or cool down and you did a great job. I figure skate and I’m 63 and I’m trying to find ways that aren’t ridiculous on my body but yet get me back in firmer shape.
I almost didn’t workout tonight. So glad I did:) This video was exactly what I needed. I sincerely appreciate your encouragement throughout the movements/fitness-accepting my current ability, focusing on maximizing my efforts, and having confidence in my ability to grow stronger. Have hip bursitis so decide to try this beginners work out. I've had wonderful results and will hopefully be moving on to a more challenging routine soon!
My partner has hip bursitis (newly) and I've been searching for help, advice, gentle movements, anything he can do to ease the pain. I don't know a lot about it.
I have done so many instructor led classes and I must say, I really love your commentary- the timing is great, so you know how long to go and what is coming next. It makes it SO easy to follow, rather than stopping... what's next oh, wait, moved on...

So, I LOVE this wall workout! I have bone-on-bone arthritis in my knees, and very little core strength due to ripped muscles from my pregnancies. This is short enough that I can actually do the whole thing, it is hard, but it feels good being able to FINISH IT! It leaves me very sweaty and feeling good about myself.

I had spinal surgery 2 months ago and piled on weight as I was unable to work for the last 2 years, I came across this video and you inspired me to have a go, today I did it! The whole ten minutes, I felt a little sick and dizzy after but I'm determined to carry on, thankyou! ❤

Wow your so sweet, positive and loving. Most exercise videos give me anxiety or make me feel lousy especially for not being fit despite it being a beginner video. I will definitely revisit this workout and watch your others I got to get im shape for my wedding as ive gained weight due to stress.
Pilates were recommended to me to strengthen my legs. I had a thyroid storm in August & since then my leg muscles have been very weak which scares me. Today was my first try & I made it halfway. Next time I'll add a little time & keep doing so until I can complete the whole workout. Wish me luck!!

I've had this saved in my watch later since you put this out. We don't have open wall space but I wanted to do it. Tonight I moved a couch and did it. I'm so glad I did. I subscribed tonight, too. I noticed my hamstrings are super tight. The only exercise I get is my 3 walks a day with my dog and I hadn't realized how inflexible I've become 😮. You'll help me fix that, I'm sure

Day 1! FANTASTIC!!!
Callie I just found out that I have to have a hip replacement because I was injured in the mental hospital and limping has ground down the socket of my dominant leg. Coupled with 20 years of forced medication that deteriorate bones and joints. At least my pain is now being taken seriously but it will be a long wait. But I can do this routine with no pain so will keep doing it every day. I have also straightened my spine by 2cm
I'm almost 60, and I haven't worked out for a LONG time. I'm not sure what made me click today, but I'm glad I did. Thank you, Callie, for this video and your enthusiasm. You have a new subscriber. ❤

I gained weights because of autoimmune and depression. Went to the pilates class to start taking control of my life but had couple of perfect ladies laughing and ridiculing me so i stop trying. But now im roaring to start again. Thank you for this workout. Love it.

When I do the bridges against the wall, I get uncomfortable friction from the mat, in between my neck and shoulder blades. It hurts my skin in that area. I really like this workout., do you have any suggestions?
