I've got loads of Moringa leaves to dry & use.. Thanks for the video& creating awareness about our cultural eating customs in which they so intelligently incorporated easily available vegetations..👌👌
It’s just mind blowing to see the enormous health benefits of these leaves ! Just last week I was trying to make soup out of these leaves to pump up my Hb levels so thanks for the soup recipe . At home my grand mom used to make Adai with murungai leaves and ragi powder as our evening snacks . And yes we should definitely take more of these leaves and plant more murungai trees. It’s very helpful for those suffering from arthritis or back pain since it has calcium and is anti- inflammatory in nature. Didn’t know it could be used for epilepsy! Loved this video Akka 🙏🏻
Thank you so much for the very clear way you have mentioned the benefits of moringa leaves. I make my bajri bhakri using pureed moringa leaves instead of water. God bless you.

Lovely, as always👌. What we're used to make with Moringa, here, is this: saute some onions, mustard, cumin and a few pieces of dry chilli in ghee, sesame oil or even coconut oil. Add the moringa leaves, salt to taste and freshly grated coconut on high flame for just for a minute. Done You'll end up eating more rice than other days...it's such a quick and healthy recipe. Few drops of Lime or lemon is optional after you take it off the stove. We call it Moringa varai. In Sinhala it's called Moringa Mallun.
Thanks for the video mam. Today I had my first Moringa tea. I boiled ginger for about 7 minutes, I then added Moringa leaves into boiling water for 5 minutes. I strained the tea into a cup and I squized lemon juice and added a spoon of honey for test. Can I reheat the contents as I don't want to just throw it away?
Generally the Moringa leaves turn yellow in two to three days. So best to use them fresh. You can store them for a maximum two days in fridge. Regards Sujata from Munch and Mull 🙏😊
Thanks Divya🙏🙏😊😊. Do watch my other videos on TH-cam Munch and Mull and share them with your family and friends. Thanks and regards Sujata from Munch and Mull
Thanks Sujatha. We use the morunga powder. We do also have the fresh leaves in Canada. In Sri Lanka we had a tree. Its helps to produce breastmilk too. Today my daughter said that she went to see a specialist regards get more milk. She is a new mother who doesn't listen to her mother. Every information she gets from other professionals not her mother. I am so ashamed. They think they know every thing.
Namaskaram Gracie. You don't have to feel ashamed. Our responsibility is to let children know. It's up to them, whether they want to take it or not. So don't lose your cool over this. I am sure your daughter will realise your worth ! So chill and relax. Regards Sujata from Munch and Mull 😊🙏
Namaskarams. I haven't heard this bit of information. But definitely, know that the drumstick leaves turn yellow, when kept for more than 48 hours. So best, to use it as quickly as possible, after plucking from tree. Regards Sujata from Munch and Mull
