very nice video to share. I am practicing pediatrician. I have ajwain leaf plant besides mint, lemongrass, curry leaves, tulsi ailovera. I often advise parents to give ajwain leaves concoction in most of the self limiting viral cough cold. Other effective cough relief is tulsi, lemongrass and ginger kadha with dash of lemon juice for wet cough. I most of the time avoid allopathic cough mixture, many have irrational combinations.

Wow! We call it Podina in Trinidad. I live in Canada and have been growing it for 47 years and use it daily.😊
What we call Pudina in India are the mint leaves. Interesting to note that these leaves are called Podina in Trinidad 🤔
Its not puthina l think. She says its panikoorkka. Panikoorkka and puthina leaves are quite different
Is it panikoorkka or puthina
It is panikoorka as she said stem is fleshy and tender. Puthina is stem is hard eventhough its very thin
Its not pudeena. @@munchandmull

Thanks and welcome. Regards Sujata from Munch and Mull
I bought the seeds from an Indian store just to try, and the smell does resemble thyme but the taste is too strong to use. I would appreciate it if you can give ideas on how to use the seeds and if they could be planted. Thank you.

Good Day sister
Your thoughts and actions are so similar to mine. I too have some useful plants at home, in pots.I believe All Mighty God has sent a cure for every disease along with the disease He sent and after reading about beneficial plants that All Mighty God sent for mankind I bought a few. May All Mighty God guide and help us
