I never realized how good of an actor Peter is until this seen. It takes major skill to show so much fear that your fans forget that you are an actor. I was terrified for him.
Man, the evolution of this guy. I thought he was so annoying and unnecessary in the beginning, but BOYYYYY I almost throw a chair through the window during this scene. He has become my favorite character this side of the series, Peter has done an amazing job. I hope he sticks around.
this honestly scared me so much because carisi's never been in a hostage situation like that before and he was obviously freaking scared to death peter performed that so beautifully he really seems like he's about to have a panic attack ALSO go olivia!! they hardly ever EVER shoot to kill people. EVER. but I feel like after dodds she is not gonna let anybody mess with her squad.
Summer Rees I know now I know that nick has killed two people and shot a teenaged kid, Olivia has killed 3 people and has non fatally shot someone. Eliot stabler has killed 6 people, fin has killed 4, injured one, Rollins has killed three, and Chester lake killed 1 in self defense the other in vigalante justice
I hate seeing Sonny go through things like this. I love the development and different people but Sonny is the one character who is light. He sees goodness and light. Favorite character hands down. Barba is a close second
I know she's a fictional character, but I look up to Liv. "Men like Cole, they're predators, and they look for light, and they look for goodness, and they try to steal it." For 18 seasons, she has been the one who saw that light and goodness and fought for it. Who fought for the underdog. Who laughed at death. Who stood between the scum of the earth and their victims, and said, "Not today." I aspire to be as strong, and courageous, and good as that. Thankful for the good role model that her character has been for the last 20 years. Thanks for not giving up Liv.
I agree that Liv is a role model on the show, but police are nothing like they are on the show. They actually have empathy and care about victims and help people on SVU. Police in real life are low life scum
pureLSD my dads a police officer, he may not come across like a nice person but the job tares your heart out, he comes home everyday speechless most of the time cuz he didn’t realise what the job does. When you train to be a detective of officer your trained to put you emotions in a small box in the tightest corner of your brain.
@E Spock Obviously she is not perfect, but on the show she seems to mostly demonstrate good character and good judgement and has a genuine compassion and sympathy for victims. She has a willingness to help them, unlike IRL cops
Amanda Maola It also made me think of the episode Holden's Manifesto from Season 16, where Rollins got Holden's blood on her face after he was shot by a sniper in the head.
OLIVIA KNOWS HOW TRAUMATIC BEING HELD AT GUNPOINT CAN BE, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE THE PERPS BLOOD ON YOUR FACE! ALL SHE SAID WAS “YOURE OKAY”! HE DID NOT LOOK OKAY
lizzys life yeah I get that but before it was more actually focused on the crimes than Olivias personal life...sometimes its like they rush through the crime and the court to get to see how Olivia resolves something personal
2:05 When Carisi raised his blue eyes with blood on his face. Goush he looked so gorgeous...... Keep calm and ship Carisi. Favorite character with Amaro and Barbara)))))))
Benson is a brave detective that will help others from getting hurt or killed. She will put her life in danger to save others. That Olivia fo not play around. She already worked this case out. She is the captain and I hope she don't retire
I can't believe this guy who point the gun to Carisi's forehead and later he was shot to death by Benson. She saved Quinn's life from being kidnapped. Thanks to Benson.
Olivia will always be there for anybody life to saved them and she is brave enough to take the murder away . She is life saver and one brave detective , thumbs up if you agree with me. She will make sure you don't blame yourself for something you didn't do .
I screamed during this scene 😩😩🥺 Don’t hurt my babe 😩. I’m so happy with his evolution on the show 😍🥰 I’m madly in love with Carisi ❤️ Peter S is wonderful in the role I hope he stays to the end
She said not my carisi 😢😮 tbh lmao 🤣😂😅 I like how it looks like they have this mother son relationship duo going together 😭 like a mother protecting her ❣️ young cub on the job.
1:36 OMG...in a blink of a sec. Man the quality of the acting. Here in France series are lame and suck. I tried and avoid them. We're lucky to get US series! Cheers! 🤗
I feel like they treated our sweet Carisi dirty in this, he was held at gunpoint and was obviously terrified and they never once asked if he was okay they just focused on the victim Gwen. Sure she went through something traumatic but they could've at least asked if Carisi was okay.
But if the title didn't explain the scene, people would then click on it, get spoiled, and be pissed that there was no warning. It's a lose-lose situation.
plzzzz the FEAR in Carisi's eyes when the gun was first held to his head and that RELIEF but he still had fear in his eyes when Liv shot the former sergeant... I FELT THE FEAR AND RELIEF TOO 😢😢😢
Coles character was extra scary to me because he was the actor that played Machine the sadist who killed a teenage girl for a snuff film in the movie 8mm with Nicolas Cage. So no matter what role I see him play I always see Machine.
Yeah, I’ve seen a couple of similar scene, it happened to Rollins too, also on Flashpoint pilot episode but this was definitely the most vivid, scariest and loudest. For a split second I screamed cuz I thought poor Carisi my love had been shot 🥺🥺🥺
I never realized how good of an actor Peter is until this seen. It takes major skill to show so much fear that your fans forget that you are an actor. I was terrified for him.
Rosemary Crafting same i almost cried
*Scene
I like how Carisi shows genuine fear, he doesn't try to act tough or macho like a lot of cop shows would have him do. Awesome performance
Carisi is not s macho he is a real man care giver strong loving
livia Jod husbando lover detected lol
@@theapexfighter8741 Ernebe by
Exactly, that's why I love this (and him) so much. He's allowed to have and express emotions.

BetaArtemis true he’s so innocent

He's had some of the best character developments I've ever seen for any TV character.
@@lizzymac1356 Yo, saaaaaaame D: Barba takes the cake for me
He was never annoying and unnecessary
Olivia is a Ninja. She snuck up and shot that man while wearing heels on hard floors without him hearing her. Bravo my queen, bravo.
She's like how dare you 😢😂😄😤😅 try to mess with someone I consider a son my carisi bam "shots" (fired) 😅😊
this honestly scared me so much because carisi's never been in a hostage situation like that before and he was obviously freaking scared to death

ALSO go olivia!! they hardly ever EVER shoot to kill people. EVER. but I feel like after dodds she is not gonna let anybody mess with her squad.
BoggessBroadway tbh you always shoot to kill
None None give me episodes where police officers in svu have shot someone.
Jack Harrison Stabler literally left because he shot a teenaged girl. Nick was under investigation for shooting a kid.
Still doesn’t compare to Chicago P.D.
carisi can look adorable in any situation tbh
well ofc😩
Peter’s acting in this scene is one of the main reasons why Carisi is my favorite character
Carisi is my favorite character
When Carisi first came I was like oh ok he will last about 3 episodes.. but now. He’s my favorite!!! Such a good wholesome family man.
I remember when everyone including myself said this guy will not last. Glad we were wrong.
And extremely easy on the eyes. He could charm a bird out of a tree.
I hate seeing Sonny go through things like this. I love the development and different people but Sonny is the one character who is light. He sees goodness and light. Favorite character hands down. Barba is a close second
He is such a good guy

I LOVE the ruthlessness of Captain Benson. Sweet head shot, no time wasting.
I was reminded of Benson's saga with Lewis when I saw the seargeants blood on Carisi's face.
Amanda Maola same i got so scared that he got shot
OMG SAME I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE
Amanda Maola It also made me think of the episode Holden's Manifesto from Season 16, where Rollins got Holden's blood on her face after he was shot by a sniper in the head.
Annie Burke sort of
Annie Burke law order svu

I KNOW! SOMEONE GET OUR BABY SOME REASSURING HUGS.
OMG THAT’S EXACTLY HOW I FELT!!
EXACTLY. I WATCHED THIS SCENE AND ALL I WANTED WAS TO GIVE HIM A HUG
Ok but why is no one taking care of Sonny after this??
Most likely because their main role is to make sure that the victim is ok and safe
Badass Benson to the rescue!
Sara Rollins she always saves the day!

Carisi should've been in the show since the beginning with Benson and Stabler
Way too young! Have you seen the indie films he made before he was on svu? PS had thick wavy curls of dark hair in his 20s 🥰
Carisi really stepped up when Amaro left. Although Barba and Amaro were always my fav characters I gotta say Carisi really became a fav too.
CARISI CAN BE ADORABLE IN ANY SITUATION SJNSJW
Benson is such a hero! And I'm glad they didn't make Carisi into a macho character. That is very rare for these kinds of shows.
Benson is a brave detective that will help others from getting hurt or killed. She will put her life in danger to save others. That Olivia fo not play around. She already worked this case out. She is the captain and I hope she don't retire
