The fact that she recently claimed she is so ALL NATURAL that she has never even worn fake lashes…. Is just sad. She doesn’t owe us anything but with the high number of people who have reported being shamed for their looks by Kim… it’s just hypocritical and cruel especially when she acts like her standards are attainable by anybody….When she is a BILLIONAIRE… ugh, I can’t even with this…
She has her cosmetic line now so if she says her looks is achievable just by using serums and skin care it sells and that’s the main reason why she’s doing it.
I was a teen in the 90’s and I don’t remember plastic surgery being such a big thing. It was something older women did to look younger, or maybe just to get one feature tweaked. I myself got a nose job at age 37. Now it seems young women want to change their entire appearance and want multiple procedures done at young ages. It seems extremely unhealthy. There is nothing wrong with getting something tweaked, but having multiple procedures at such a young age is really sad.
Totally agreed, especially because now so many of them are teenagers! Their faces haven't even reached their final form yet, and what if the surgeries go wrong? plus it's so depressing that it's becoming the norm for everyone to get surgery and 'tweakments' so young. beauty standards will just continue being ridiculously unattainable as more and more people get these surgeries while erasing their own unique features.
I was a teen in the early 2000s and it was the same when I grew up. It wasn’t looked down upon if someone changed one thing about themselves that they really hated. Now people want to look like someone else and get soooo many procedures. It’s insane.
@@iwantabiscuitplz I don't even think any of these women who get all this plastic surgery look good. They all have big fish lips, big chins, hollow cheeks, small little fox eyes (the new trend) and the same nose. It is extremely bizarre looking to me. I feel like so many celebrities are ruining their faces trying to get this look. Examples: ariana grande and megan fox who both looked fine before but messed up their faces with their recent plastic surgery.
This video has made me happy. I always hated my nose. So at 35, I researched and found the "best" rhinoplasty doctor in Seattle. At the first appointment, I mentioned I have my father's nose. He stopped and said that changing my nose could dramatically change my appearance. I might not look like my relatives, or myself, anymore. I said you mean like Jennifer Gray, and he said yeah, kind of like that. I learned to like my nose.
When I was going into 9th grade. It was 1980? Summer vacation. A friend of mine (who was Mediterranean) had the distinctive nose that ran on her father's side. We were playing baseball. She got hit in the face. She had a few reconstructions. (The first one was immediately and emergency and was to assess the trauma). But she had the second one. Was during Christmas/winter recess. We left Dec 16th. Returned to school on Jan 5. Along with weightloss because she couldn't eat from the pain. A new Christmas wardrobe, But mainly her new nose. None of us recognized her. When she walked in the classroom, none of us knew who she was for at least two days.
I was in a pretty bad accident and my nose was reconstructed, it was done beautifully. I am so thankful for the plastic surgeon that worked on my face (there was more facial damage) people don't often think about plastic surgeons doing truly amazing operations on trauma victims. But yes I like my new nose more, I think it was my present for loosing a kidney and ovary.
That was the real reason plastic surgery was born. I'm sorry you were in an accident, but at least I'm glad you're in good health now and that you found a good surgeon who was able to give you back your face.
@@salumbre365 I was extremely lucky with both the care I got and all the amazing doctors. It made me realize how much actually goes into plastic surgery and the fact that I can breathe through my nose is a major plus! Lol.
I love that you acknowledged that people feeling pressure to get plastic surgery isn't just a personal deficiency inside someone's head but that society does actually perceive and treat ppl better who more closely meet the beauty standard.
People often make this argument but I do not agree. I feel that if you are entirely defined by your looks, then may be , but if you have personality and other things going on for you, you will also get treated well. At least as someone who’s dark skinned, I cannot say I have felt anyway being alive. I know that there’s a preference for light skinned people but I have also gotten my own fair share of blessings and love what I look like.
She's botched Af. The saddest is when you stop, I actually looked at those Pamela Anderson photocall. People are like she's so beautiful 😅 I mean she's actually looking like old paper. My grandma had still a plumped skin at 70. She didn't got that billionaire life. Sorry 😅 but that's not jealousy. I have vessels that are exploding on my face like her. I can tell all the aging filters are wrong. I don't want to undergo surgery even for skin disease. That's a no no😂😂
I find it odd that on one hand they claim to be proud of their Armenian heritage yet they’ve all had several nose jobs to get rid of it! Slow down, you’re messing up your face
Your comment about mental health and doctors needing to ask about it was so spot on. I decided to have my breast enhanced after breastfeeding my 2 babies. Before children I was a 30E, after children I dropped to a B and really wanted to get my boobs back. I thought it over and made the decision. I was even more comforted and assured when my doctor asked my why and wanted to make sure I was prepared. Just that slight bit of care made all the difference and I went in to surgery feeling safe and cared for by my doctor.
Unfortunately, you are now at risk for carcinogens leaching into your body. Read up on all of the women who are removing breast implants as their health has failed due to toxicity. this is downplayed by doctors and a travesty. Health is the biggest asset you will ever have.
When I look in the mirror, I see my resemblance to some of my favorite people:my family. No one could pay me to erase that, and I would never pay someone else to anesthetize me and take it away.
It is truly wonderful to have a loving family. You are blessed. So can you imagine what it might be like to look in the mirror and be reminded of people who only hurt you?
I recently went for a modelling job and the first thing I was told is if I look like Kim Kadashian not to bother they wanted normal women, that’s what they said I fell off my chair 😂😂
@@lovepeace4065 hi, which agency please? I'm thinking about working again. I will be turning 58 in 2023 & haven't messed with my face. And have no plans to.
I had a plastic surgeon that I saw a few years ago for a breast reduction. I also have a scar on my lip due to a dog bite when I was a child. He noticed it of course and asked me what happened. He also had a scar on his cheek. He told me what happened to him. I actually thought is was kinda cool for him to have that and not get it fixed.
I love that I came here to take a break from studying anatomy, yet being reminded of facial muscles and their functions. This became a lot more useful than intended 👏👏
@@trawlins396 yes but for me he has a humble character to him and comes across as trustful. If I had money I would travel to have procedures done by him.
Love how the hate for non eurocentric beauty standards shows through everytime those old pictures of Kim are being taken out with everybody calling her 'Jafar'. I think she looked absolutely stunning back then and I love her original nose. She literally looked like Princess Jasmine. Such a shame those ethnic traits are not seen for their beauty. Now she looks like any other person.
And in that infamous photo her makeup was pure trash, so it was kinda unfair to use. Her ethnic features have always been beautiful to me. In her first photo shoot with Mario as her mua, she still had her og nose and was incredibly beautiful
Armenia is in Europe. Yes, I know, it must be shocking. It is a cristian orthodox country in Europe. Netherlands is also in Europe. Scotland, also. Go figure. She is then 100% of european ascenstry. And europans don't have uniform look, or one kind of look.
@@josipag2185 Armenia is in the continent of Asia. It is a SWANA country. Armenians are historically indigenous to the middle east and Caucasia. Kim's family is from Erzerum, which is modern-day Turkey, therefore, Kim Kardashian is middle eastern. The Armenian Genocide literally took place in the middle east. And Armenian culture has nothing to do with European culture. Hope this helps!
@@janepar715 Armenia is in Europe. Both in historical and cultural sense. Sadly EU forgot that and closed eye due to Azerbaijan natural sources these days , but a lot of europeans didn't. Middle East does not include Armenia. It never did. From Greeks and Roman times it didn't. SWANA is not inteligent invention. Like woke or cancel culture. Well, we in Europe know the borders and history. And Russia is in that sense Europe, too. But geoposition of Armenia is not Middle East, but Euroasia and cultural is not Muslim World, but Europe. I don't care what SWANA put. Level of american understanding of the world is on Obama sad levels. Afganistán is not thumb of civilization as antient Kushan civilization knew how to manage irainias, greeks and whoever found there with military and political organization, and later irrigate, plant and grow, and trade. That in 21st century Obama and Biden don't know it just reflect sad american misunderstaning of the world. Anyhow. Kim has also her mother features. And she and her sister Chloe could pass as europeans as much as Greeks (who are mixed with Turks like more then a lot). Or one can google roman nose, or a greek nose. Or how Samartians from Iran really, on the borders of Roman Empire took part in today Eastern European ethnogenesis, together with descedents of I gene mesolithic hunters- only European made gene. So, Europe is wider term then pale Scandinavians and ginger girls from UK.
Thank you Dr. Gary for your opinion on people trying to look, or be like, somebody else. I'm so glad you're not afraid to say it's not healthy to want that, and that doctors shouldn't perform those surgeries.
Gary looks like a doctor I would actually trust, he looks like a genuinely good person instead of the horde of psychopaths who unfortunately work as doctors
This woman has an entire brand new face just about every two years, and will still deny plastic surgery. It’s insulting at this point. I really wish a dozen or so female celebrities would just admit to everything they’ve had done so other people can get the message that they all do it, and it’s not a big deal. I think that’s the only thing that would help to really change this plastic surgery stigma. It would greatly benefit the next generation of celebrities coming up who won’t have to lie and hide and be shamed for going under the knife...but unfortunately, no one is selfless enough to take one for the team and admit to their work. It’s a shame.
I just saw an interview of Ashlee Simpson I mean I liked her for a song and then she got busted on Saturday Night Live for lip-synching and then when she clearly got a nose job would never admit to it but like if I was her surgeon I would be so insulted for not getting credit for doing a great job
What's really mind boggling is that they only date black men as a black men , we definitely like their pre plastic surgery features.. she was sexy as hell prior to get surgeries
I understand what you mean. They pedal this beauty being yourself BS. But tweak n tuck. Everything they can tweak or tuck. Then, not only lie about it. Worse yet, trash it. I wonder how the medical staff who does the work feels about it? I mean not someone who thinks well, I have to say something nice because I'm a professional. But I'd like to see some real honest gutteral feedback about these egomaniacal hypocrite celebrities.
First of all, Kim is NOT the most beautiful female in the world. Her entire body is seldom ever photographed because her hips are so drastically out of scale to her body. Their entire family relentlessly and narcissistically keeps shoving themselves onto the public. There are countless genuinely gorgeous females in the world (without plastic surgery) that the public would much rather see than the pathologically self-absorbed.
Salma Hayek, Shakira, Jessica Alba, Rihanna, Beyoncé and salange, Adriana Lima, Megan Fox, Kierra Knightly, Scarlett Johansson, Jamie Chung, Lucy Liu, Iman, Tyra Banks, etc. Kim was always gorgeous but has the world forgotten these women too? Lol
She is very famous, so maybe to some she’s the ‘most beautiful’ woman. As a man I see ten more attractive women than her every time I walk down the street
Yes. She is trying to erase her ethnicity and yes, she believes her success and worth/intrinsic value, is tied to her looks. This is what Kim Kardashian is known for. That should not even be a question.
Famous Armenians like Cher and Kim K are not the only ones trying to look more "odar" (non-Armenian). While I've never had plastic surgery, I have lightened and straightened my hair in the past. Racism is why. I would even joke about my hair looking like odar hair.
Thank you, Dr. Linkov (& Stephanie!!). Appreciate your reactions & respective backgrounds. The fact that you both land on sensible analyses/constructive criticism amidst insensible beauty standards dictated by culture means a lot.
You have such a relaxing voice, I can listen to these all day. I also love how your take is impartial and factual, not shaming the celebrities like the person in the video you’re reacting to.
Can you make a video on dangers of some eyelash growth serums? There’s been some lawsuits yet these are still on the market. Some even darken the color of the iris & skin over time. Thanks!
Yes this please! I have used latisse for 5 years with no issues, but I stopped last week because I found out it can weaken the eyelid muscles and cause fat loss around the eyes, resulting in saggy eyelids and possibly sunken under eyes (I used it for bottom & top lashes). It is usually noticeable within the first 2 years of use, and I haven’t had any negative effects, but I’m not gonna risk it now that I have been informed of the risks. I’m going back to using glue on lashes when I do my make up on the weekends. Not worth the risk. It turns out that even many of these OTC lash serums (like Grande Lash) is having this effect too, so the FDA sent out a bunch of notices to these companies selling non-prescription lash serums, but little is being done about it. I can’t imagine needing an eyelid lift before 45!
Sadly it’s pretty common amongst Armenian/middle eastern women to get nose jobs, I myself as an Armenian women have been considering it lately but damn when she showed the old pics of Kim’s ancestors it made me feel some type of way 🥲 I don’t wanna lose my cultural nose but I just feel like it’s too big and masculine for my face 😩
Absolutely your decision, but I always think women like Anjelica Huston and Barbra Streisand have such noble, strong noses and gorgeous, distinctive character! And of how Jennifer Grey lost so much of what made her 'her' when she changed hers. Maybe play around with photoshop first to see what you'd look like at different angles if you changed it? I'm an artist, so I'm biased about being unique, the exact opposite of today's influencers all wanting to look like cookie-cutter-kardashians with the exact same flat-iron-curled hair. Yawn. Anyway, good luck whatever you choose! 🙂
Beauty standards change...in some places in the world or another time in the past, your face would be considered the epitome of beauty. I think it's interesting to look at portraits and art from history, you will probably see at least one beautiful woman who shares some features with you.
And you believe that it’s too big or masculine looking bc that’s what society has forced upon you. I’d leave it until you’re older and maybe you’ll feel differently.
I like your videos without another narrator. You’re much better solo!! I just started watching your videos yesterday and have probably seen a couple dozen! You’re great.
Stephanie is the best. I just love her channel and how positive she is about natural looks. She reminds us that before plastic surgery was the norm women were still seen as beautiful with all of those little imperfections that so often nowadays are corrected by surgery and fillers
Her boyfriend once dm'ed me to call me out after a comment on a video. This was around 2015. It was horrible and hurtful and I don't understand it to this day. My comment was about Stephanie opening PR after an earlier comment about not making said videos. It didn't warrant her bully boyfriend telling me off. 😢
As a massive Marilyn Monroe fan, I'm still trying to get past KK wearing THAT dress. Marilyn had the dress sewn onto her amazing body. I am astounded that Kim was allowed to wear it. I'm not talking about her face, but her body in that dress was laughable.
There’s two things I want to have done eventually: Skin removal to feel confident with the weight loss I achieved after becoming overweight from antipsychotics. I gained 60 pounds in like two years from antipsychotic medication (I’m schizophrenic). And I lost a lot of it and I feel like I’m mostly skin in general :( I hate it. And the second is if I can get anything done about the awful self harm scarring and skin graft scars I have from a lifetime of self harm so I’m not reminded of my heinous past that I have far moved on from… I’m healthy NOW and I want how I visually look in my eyes to match how amazing I feel within and about myself. These things about my body has just made me within a weird husk state of my painful past :c I think cosmetic surgery can be very almost healing in specific ways with specific situations. Healing isn’t the right word but I think I’ve said kinda what I wanted to lol 😌
I gained almost a hundred pounds from a hardcore drug used for OCD, seizures, and bipolar. Luckily I’m 6 foot. But, I’m so scared and sad of what I will look like when I lose weight. I don’t want my whole body to deflate.
I got a breastlift without implants. I lost all my baby weight after 5 babies. I have a saggy belly and my boobs sadly had turned to pancakes. The belly skin isn't my favorite but didn't bother me the way the breast did. So after debating it for a few year I went for it. Huge confidence boost. So much so I dont even worry about my belly or anything else. So I'm definitely not anti-plastic surgery. But I do think we should pause and think these things through. And make informed decisions.
This is completely absurd why would somebody want to look like somebody that doesn't even want to look like themselves *_*this is the actual definition of insanity*_*
What’s wild is that Kim basically erased her ethnic background with her surgeries. Like, I’m Jewish and have a larger nose, but I’d never change it because I’d be getting rid of the heritage that gives me my look in favor of moving toward a more homogeneous face. It’s gross to me
@@jaredsmith112 Any one individual can do what they want obviously, but I’m more so talking about the weird push toward everyone looking the same. We all have to have full lips, small noses, lifted brows, non-prominent chins. Why would our faces need to follow trends like clothing? It’s disturbing
Kim has always been very pretty. I hate when people use that one bad picture of her. Because in all of her other pictures when she was younger, she looks totally different. I think I have taken photos when I didn't even look like myself. But yes, it's obvious she has had work done. She's still very pretty.
i think the reasons for the bad pictures in this has to do with finding matching angles to compare with newer pictures. it may also have to do with finding raw pictures that haven’t been touched with photoshop ie less flattering.
Wow, you are so right to screen your patients. It has backfired on doctors as the patient will never be happy. My Mom had a beautiful lift, she looked well rested and refreshed. Not 30 yrs old. She could not have been more pleased with the doctors work. BTW, it was Vertical lift. She passed away at 81 still looking lovely 💕
Hi Dr Linkov 🙋🏻♀️ Can I just say that your entire ethos is more than admirable! Your honesty and integrity shine with your personality. Loved it when you had the littlest laugh when you said, "I dont think it's sisterly love, I think it's the latter" ☺️ Thankyou so much for your videos and thoughtful delivery of information. You are thee 'chef's kiss' plastic surgeon 👌🏾 Ps.. wish you weren't so far away! Much respect from the UK ❤
Call me crazy but Kim K's original face was just beautiful! Truly gorgeous! She looks too different from her natural face and her original teeth were way nicer, although less perfect. Actually these days Kim looks like Cher's twin. The Cher of today, that is.
That was a classy video and very informative reaction. Well done, not shaming anyone because of what procedures they may have (did)😏 But reassuring people who are thinking about having surgery with the pros and cons.👏🏽👏🏽 Also Dr., great editing skill on you videos, reminds me of Max Headroom but in a good subtle way.
My mom is 76, about to be 77, and her nose has not grown at all; neither her ears. Sure, she has some wrinkles, but aside from that, I can still see her original self and beauty. I am grateful to see her not caring about aging as she was an incredibly beautiful woman in her youth and has accepted aging. For myself, tho there are things I might like to be different. But, truly, I am not willing to accept how any potential changes, nose, cheek implants, shaving of jaw, etc. could change me, I find it a bit scary.
I like how Dr Gary is and respectful and kind of wise in what he shares. Although I can also visually appreciate some of the esthetic standards that some stars and trends go after, I have to say that I even more appreciate the beauty, that comes from nature and even natural aging!!! Cheers !
When you've built your entire career on your looks, social media following, and little of substance, it's understandable the pressure she must feel to continue these constant procedures. All of them. It's quite sad. I hope Kim finds something of value within herself and pursuing a legal career. The medical field still has zero idea what is going to happen to this generation that is SO youth obsessed and putting so much garbage in their faces/bodies at such a young age.
I think the better question is what didn’t happen to Kim’s face? Literally everything has been altered. Stephanie said Kim doesn’t look overdone. What?! She looks extremely overdone. The way her face moves is so strange that it looks alien. The proportions are completely off.
I love what the video about Kim mentioned as far as seeing your relatives in your own looks, and how that makes your unique features easier to appreciate. Sometimes looking in the mirror, I can see relatives on both my mom and dad's side looking back at me, and it makes me so happy!
It just amazes me what people are willing to go through for their looks. We are talking injecting neurotoxins into your body to get a look as if it was totally normal. My parents especially mom really pressured me to get plastic surgery when I was young. It's so normal in the Korean culture. I let my mom talk me into eyelid surgery which I totally regret, I think I would have gotten the double eyelid when I lost my baby fat, as I now have my natural line above the unnatural-looking, downward-sloping, surgical line, which looks worse than if I had left it alone. My mom has natural double eyelids. The doctor that did my surgery was not skilled. Then they really pressured me to get a nose job, and I totally refused. This was much more risky, not just cutting the fat out of your eyelids. So glad I never let them talk me into that one. I didn't like my nose but learned to be comfortable with it and found that it did not prevent me from being seen as attractive.
I’m Afr Amer and have single, Asian eyelids. I think it’s sexy, though as I’m getting older and gained some weight, it’s looking saggy. But I’ll just lose weight.
I’m so sorry you were pressured into surgery, how traumatizing for you. Koreans have gone too far with plastic surgery culture tbh. Sometimes I watch Korean shows, and like every single actor has had a nose job with an obvious implant and their eyelids done, it looks weird and unnatural. I’m sure they were very beautiful before and didn’t need it.
I think the facelift is actually the most obvious change, I remember clearly the day I noticed her face looked super tight and stretched versus when it was plump and natural looking. That was about 3 years ago.
Except that she is her looks. Not that she isn't a valuable person. I'm just pointing out that her looks are the foundation of her success. Without them she'd be no one. She is a celebrity who never acted or performed. She is successful because she is beautiful. She really can't afford to lose her looks
Yes, she must keep up with trends and what people want to see but she's definitely gone too far in the last year. Her face is beginning to have that botched look
Kim was more beautiful before the plastic surgery just make she look more older and her smile is no longer beautiful she looks like she is struggling to smile
This is one reason why I was happy that I went Dr. John Cole for my HTs. I knew what I WANTED but he knew what I should have. He protected me from myself so I didnt make mistakes, years down the road. I cant imagine the emotions of a parent, while watching their child change their face to not look like they are even part of the same family tree. Parents give features to your children and the child doesnt like anything about what they were given. Kinda sad, thinking outside the person getting the cosmetic surgery.
Every woman is uniquely beautiful. No need to compare or try to look like someone else. Learn to love yourself and appreciate your beauty. Also, looks are only skin deep. It’s more about your heart and substance, your energy and how you feel about yourself that is attractive in the long run.
The change in the fultrum was VERY dramatic. She returned to public after postpartum with i believe it was North, and I still remember everyone saying "whoa, Kim did work during her birth recovery. "
42 is a normal age to get a facelift. Lorry Hill got one at 42. It's actually a great age to get a facelift, since the sag is minimal to moderate at that point, so results are very natural-looking.
Sag? No offense, the black women I know don’t start getting sag and wrinkles till late 70s early 70s. My mom is 61 and her skin still don’t sag or anything. 40 is so young to have a face lift. It has to really be genetics. Again I mean no offense to you. Growing up in the black community 40 yr olds look to be in there late 20s early 30s not a wrinkle or sag in sight. There is no difference in looks from a 40 yr old and a 30 yr old with black peoples. Even in movies 35 yr old black people are getting roles as college students. I’m 34 and still look in my 20s. It just wasn’t a thing growing up. Wow it’s something what us women go through. Sagging necks I grew up seeing that on 80 plus! Definitely no where near 40.
@@theanonymoushelpline7248 I see many older black folks with sag. They may not have wrinkles, but their cheeks hang low. Skin may be more resilient when you're black, but what happens under the skin (bone loss, volume loss/descent, muscle atrophy) has nothing to do with race.
There is something about Dr. Gary that is just so..... soothing 🥰He's so caring and kind, understanding, compassionate and honest... not to mention very handome. I think I have a crush! lol
Thank you for bringing awareness about Doctors not needing to do these plastic surgery procedures, if it’s “to look like some one else!” This needs to be stopped on a medical level. You’re a good person. Instead, you could say, “Who cares? Give them the warnings and take their money,” but it’s quite the opposite.
I feel like all the Kardashian/Jenner family goes to the same plastic surgeon. They look like they pretty much had the same procedures done. I mean, even Caitlyn.😂.
Great video! I have a question though: when you inquire about peoples reasoning for wanting surgery, if they don’t appear to be wanting it for the right reasons, do you turn them away? If so, wouldn’t that just push them to another less caring surgeon, or maybe even a sketchier one? I totally agree with the philosophy of making sure your patients are stable enough to actually make the decision, but I just wonder what happens to those who aren’t.
Refer out to therapist to help correct “body dysmorphia” then come back with less drastic surgery to make themselves happy and be themselves. Kim’s surgeries IMO were not subtle and were dramatic to look less ethic ie Armenian. She looks drastically different from her original appearance in both facial and bodily appearances. She has NPD and like Madonna won’t stop as she LIVES for the attention and chaos feels like she is nothing w/o it! So sad and desperate yet the tide against her seems to be turning. Ppl are seeing the real Kim now very narcissistic and greedy, much like her mom. ❤️🇺🇸🌹💜✝️🌸
I'm pretty sure ethically speaking, when someone wants to alter their body, they need to do a psychological evaluation. If there's signs of body dysmorphia, the surgeon should refuse to operate on them.
Yes. The best surgeons are able to turn away patients if they feel they have unrealistic expectations and reasons to do a surgery. Of course the person can always go to a less ethical surgeon or one that isn’t in as much demand and needs to earn more revenue. Some refer their patients to a therapist if they suspect dysmorphia.
What's really sad is that people are famous just for being famous. I think the whole family is using poor judegrment putting business out there. Let's give credit to people who really make a contribution to the world.
Well they’re famous because they have one of the top reality shows of all time with a bunch of spin offs. They aren’t famous for being famous they are tv reality stars, though they don’t refer to themselves that way necessarily
I think the Kardashians have a surgical center in one of their homes!! How else it that the paparazzi never catches them coming or going ? or recovering?
Disgusts me that she believes that we are all that stupid to realise her face and body hasn't changed at all....I find it sickening. If people stopped buying from them, including the Jenner's, and stopped watching them (I'm one to talk myself), then they may go away, but then again, I doubt it.
There are plenty of people that don’t look bad out here in the world. Appreciate what you got and love yourself. Drink lots of water, take vitamins, exercise, skin care, sunscreen, fruit also be kind to others and you’ll have internal beauty inside out
You are a brilliant surgeon and I love watching your videos. I don’t watch them all the time, but I’ve seen a bunch of them over the years. It really gets you thinking.
It's nice to see that this is approached in a non-judgemental way. Great video. Regarding the change in Kim's smile, I also believe she had braces. Probably Invisalign. They are not that noticable. Her teeth seem much less protruding than they did when she was younger. That can change the smile significantly.
I wish you would do commentary on the changes in juvenile to adult faces. A lot of starlets from child actor are accused of nosejobs who are adamant they have not had one. From child to adult my nose changed drastically in width. I started a nasal spray for allergic rhinitis in my late teens, and by my mid twenties, my nose looked drastically different
I hated my nose, thought my nostrils were too big and nose was too long. I have been told by two people that I have the perfect nose. Everybody wants something they don’t have. Learn to love thyself.
I'm going on 43 and have considered having a bit of work done on a few areas that really bother me. I never thought I would be a person to consider this but here I am. If I ever were I would have to find a doctor like you be comfortable enough to do it. I like your bedside manner and the fact that not only do you seem very knowledgeable in what you but you also have boundaries and won't just do anything to make a buck
so many words in spanish and english to describe an angel like you. Even your looks are so ethereal, your eyes are clear and clean as your soul, God bless you my dear doctor Gary, blessings to your home and family, I follow you not only because of your career with plastic surgery but because I can close my eyes while hearing you and still believe everything you say, xoxoxo from Seattle, WA
She didn't mention her waist either. In her older photos, her natural waist is almost straight. It was very obvious when she started using waist trainers and corsets to pull in her waistline.
i heard for the first time recently that some women get a rib removed for the small waist.. so unbelievable and scary but apparently it’s commonly done
wish we lived in a world that wasnt so superficial. its honestly sad so many people feel the need to just completely transform their face, and for who? for others. they arent even doing it for themselves. they might lie and say they are but in reality they do it because they care what others think too much. whats even worse is people that have so obviously forgone tons and tons of plastic surgery act like they are natural, and all this does is make millions of young people that dont know any better depressed. sad sad world man
I'm 56 and look 40, its all about how you live your life. Yes having a hard life will stress you and age but you still gotta love yourself and live your best life.
So true. It must be genetics. In the black community all the 30 and 40 yr olds look to be in their early to late 20s. We can’t even te the difference from a 40 yr old and 32 yr old. Look the same. 30 yr old still look like late teens or early to mid 20 yr olds. My mom is 61 and don’t have a sagging neck and all that stuff & she’s had a very hard life full of drug abuse.
@@theanonymoushelpline7248 trust, know it very well. One day while I was a student at SFSU back in the fall of 90' I brought the entire class from Balboa High School I was Student Teaching to tour the campus and I blended in like I was one of the high school kids 😂😂😂. My Son has such a baby face😁😁😁😁😁
Man, she was unbelievably beautiful before her procedures. Like, the kind of face that would launch a thousand ships. So sad we couldn’t see her age naturally.
THIS 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️
Yes, very little is realistic about her.
She even had a bad reaction to botox and says, she is natural. You don't just lose a nose bump. It's insane.
Agreed
Same thing. I understand doing something due to ageing, or one or two things to change but in discret way, not to change your whole appeal.
@@humanbeing8400this isn’t a new thing. It’s just people are now open about it. People have always gotten plastic surgery
I’m glad your surgeon was open and upfront with you
When I was going into 9th grade.
Wow. What an awesome doctor. Most others might have just made the appointment and cut into you without another thought.
@@SilverLunarGoddess That's crazy!! Thank you for sharing.
That’s a doctor from God! I had the same experience and he didn’t want my money
I'm glad you are happy with the reconstruction that you needed. You must have had a great surgeon.
Lol.

Who is the plastic surgeon ?
I love that you acknowledged that people feeling pressure to get plastic surgery isn't just a personal deficiency inside someone's head but that society does actually perceive and treat ppl better who more closely meet the beauty standard.
Hi mom .
True but sad that humans cannot accept other humans or even themselves for who they really are.
Me too, because it’s true!
That's a no no😂😂
This doctor has impossibly perfect skin
I feel like he bathes in retinoic acid. Ngl. It's that clear.
Its called being a plastic surgeon
Just like Voldemort in Harry Potter

An easier question to answer would be what HASN'T been done to her face. 🙊🙉🙈
😂🤣
Beat me to it.
So true! I will say though, she did it slowly through out the years.
True
Everything
Her eyes were so much prettier before.Even her expressions seemed happier in the before pictures.
I thought she wasn't as pretty as she used to be. I thought it was aging but it was her nose job. She was prettier before.
I find it odd that on one hand they claim to be proud of their Armenian heritage yet they’ve all had several nose jobs to get rid of it! Slow down, you’re messing up your face
There was still life in them then.
Yeah she really didn't need anything done, did she. What a waste of time
She used to be pretty naturally. She fucked her face up.
I love when he duets Stephanie’s videos. They are both great and I think he gets a kick out of her.

Omg that picture of her crying on the phone really shows that she’s done some serious work on her face!
Agree. And can we all agree with this: When I decide to tweak my face in any way - GARY LINKOV is the ONLY surgeon I TRUST enough to cut on my FACE.😎
It's incredibly damaging because for some reason, people still believe anything this family says.

They pedal this beauty being yourself BS.
But tweak n tuck. Everything they can tweak or tuck. Then, not only lie about it. Worse yet, trash it.
I wonder how the medical staff who does the work feels about it?

But I'd like to see some real honest gutteral feedback about these egomaniacal hypocrite celebrities.
First of all, Kim is NOT the most beautiful female in the world. Her entire body is seldom ever photographed because her hips are so drastically out of scale to her body. Their entire family relentlessly and narcissistically keeps shoving themselves onto the public. There are countless genuinely gorgeous females in the world (without plastic surgery) that the public would much rather see than the pathologically self-absorbed.

The original one, the prescription has been found to hollow the fat out around the eye also, giving the eye an aged look in some.
Hi hun. That's why ethnic rhinoplasty exists. You can still get your nose, but a smaller version!

There’s two things I want to have done eventually:
Skin removal to feel confident with the weight loss I achieved after becoming overweight from antipsychotics.
These things about my body has just made me within a weird husk state of my painful past :c
I think cosmetic surgery can be very almost healing in specific ways with specific situations. Healing isn’t the right word but I think I’ve said kinda what I wanted to lol 😌
Now that is understandable to want to get rid of the excess flabby skin that people have after losing alot of weight, that makes sense to me.
I've never understood people's obsession with the Kardashians. I see nothing interesting about them including their plastic looks.

Cheers !

It's quite sad. I hope Kim finds something of value within herself and pursuing a legal career. The medical field still has zero idea what is going to happen to this generation that is SO youth obsessed and putting so much garbage in their faces/bodies at such a young age.

You mean he's a normal person? Yeah. Amazing.
I think the better question is what didn’t happen to Kim’s face? Literally everything has been altered.
Stephanie said Kim doesn’t look overdone. What?! She looks extremely overdone. The way her face moves is so strange that it looks alien. The proportions are completely off.
Dr. Linkov, I appreciate your sincerity and expertise! I would absolutely trust you with any procedure.
Yea, single eyelids actually look classy and unique!!
What are double eyelids?
@@RedRoseSeptember22 If you look at Asians, most don't have a crease in their eyelids. It's all fat.

I'm surprised he didn't point out the scar by her ears are a telltale sign, like Lori did in her video.
Except that she is her looks. Not that she isn't a valuable person. I'm just pointing out that her looks are the foundation of her success. Without them she'd be no one. She is a celebrity who never acted or performed. She is successful because she is beautiful. She really can't afford to lose her looks
She doesn't look good to me now. She was much prettier when she was more natural.
Yes, she must keep up with trends and what people want to see but she's definitely gone too far in the last year. Her face is beginning to have that botched look
She can definitely afford to lose her looks. She made enough money to retire if she lives right.
So true
Kim was more beautiful before the plastic surgery just make she look more older and her smile is no longer beautiful she looks like she is struggling to smile
you really are so cool , respectful & insightful. thank you for being you❤
I’m dying over the use of the word “subtle” in regards to Kim’s changing looks 😂
This is so respectful but honest. Saying what we’re all thinking but with such class. Kudos to you x
I got plastic surgery to be comfortable. And I have never been happier.
And????
Dr. Linkov you are a very caring and compassionate surgeon.
No offence but Lorry Hill looks as far from natural as you could possibly be.
@@dammar117 Black people don't sag until late 50s. Whites by early 40s.
😆. What don't crack??? 😆
There is something about Dr. Gary that is just so..... soothing 🥰He's so caring and kind, understanding, compassionate and honest... not to mention very handome. I think I have a crush! lol
And smart. Intelligence is very attractive.
@@buggyboogle9 absolutely!
Dr. Gary I just wanna say, every time i watch your videos i am just in awe at how gorgeous your face is! you look like someone i would draw!
I love that you have chosen Stephanie's videos! She is amazing and her videos are too.
Kim from the beginning even before the surgeries has been beautiful. She has great facial symmetry
To me she was even more so
A video on: downturn lip corners
And why people start to have small eyes after some surgeries/fillers.
Lorry Hill's videos explain it quite well, in several in fact.
Your eyebrows look great! Handsome and informative as always
Thank you for bringing awareness about Doctors not needing to do these plastic surgery procedures, if it’s “to look like some one else!”
This needs to be stopped on a medical level.
You’re a good person. Instead, you could say, “Who cares? Give them the warnings and take their money,” but it’s quite the opposite.
I really like and appreciate this dr’s good sense and honesty here.
I feel like all the Kardashian/Jenner family goes to the same plastic surgeon. They look like they pretty much had the same procedures done. I mean, even Caitlyn.😂.
Im called caitlyn too haha
No. Caitlyn went somewhere else 😅
@@sha1841 Oh really? He must’ve asked for “the Kardashian” though 🤣🤣🤣
@@Caitlyn777-e1x Wait - you are called Caitlyn? 😅. Why????
@@SueP-D thata my name, idk my brother chose it for me
Great video!
great question. have you had a reply?
I believe the ethical thing to do would be to talk them down or compromise on a different procedure.
Please make one video on Kourtney as well if she's had any.
Dr Gary that is so good of you to ask them and be honest with them.
She was beautiful before fame. Her natural Armenian face was so pretty and made her stand out
What's really sad is that people are famous just for being famous.
They have paid paps
Disgusts me that she believes that we are all that stupid to realise her face and body hasn't changed at all....I find it sickening.
If people stopped buying from them, including the Jenner's, and stopped watching them (I'm one to talk myself), then they may go away, but then again, I doubt it.
Specially how her lying ass said she never did fillers or Botox smh the lies
Dr. Gary is my favorite doctor! Thanks for always keeping it real!!
Hey Doc, could you do a video on Chris Hemsworth? It looks like he has done some extensive work in his jaw region! Thanks!
Her natural hair was so insanely beautiful.
The question should be what hasn't she had done to her face & body?
Appreciated her natural self
so many words in spanish and english to describe an angel like you.
I like his calm demeanor. And he has beautiful skin.
@@lasantuzza777that’s horrifying wtf💀
If I did all that to myself I'd look amazing but not myself anymore. I love my flaws but I'd consider a breast lift and a lip lift. 🥰Thank you
Truth be told they looked better natural. I don't get the whole 'plasticized mannequin puff' look.
Love the Zep album in the background!
wish we lived in a world that wasnt so superficial. its honestly sad so many people feel the need to just completely transform their face, and for who? for others. they arent even doing it for themselves. they might lie and say they are but in reality they do it because they care what others think too much. whats even worse is people that have so obviously forgone tons and tons of plastic surgery act like they are natural, and all this does is make millions of young people that dont know any better depressed. sad sad world man
not jus face either, but bodies too.
I wish you and Stephanie could do some sort of collaboration - it would be really great.
I'm so tired of people saying she's so beautiful, she's not natural! That should say something about her.
Man, she was unbelievably beautiful before her procedures. Like, the kind of face that would launch a thousand ships. So sad we couldn’t see her age naturally.
Was she hell. She looks like a typical Turk or Iranian. She was a 6/10 at best especially compared to Paris Hilton.
Agreed. She had exceptional natural beauty.
Dr Gary loves using this girl in his videos. He has a crush on her. But it's no big deal because we all do!
