    Thank you for another great explanation about salt. Koreans are fond of salty kimchi at mga ilocano salty pakbet Kaya pala mahaba buhay nila. Sen Enrile mentioned his secret low carb high protein and natural fats sya Kaya mataas buhay nya.

    Since nag start ako uminom ng maligamgam na tubig na may konting rocksalt pag gising sa umaga,nawala yun constipation ko. Naging regular ang pagbabawas ko. Minsan 2× a day pa nga. Ang gaan sa pakiramdam at lalo na ang tiyan.

    Thank you po. After 3 months of low card, no sugar, IF, exercise, no stress and 7-8 hrs sleep. My cholesterol, triglyceride, FBS and HBA1C is normal now. But will continue to do this new lifestyle. I started at 120 lbs now 107 lbs. Pataba lang po ako ng konti. I am 5'5" height.

    When I increase salt intake wala na yong nahihilo ako. Nag low carb ako mga 5 months now at nawala yong body pain at i am slim now at malakas akong maglakad. Thank you doctora and Godbless

    Thank you doc.grace for the information about Salt .dati pa ngka UTI ako kaya takot sa asin.kaya pagngluto.ako lagi matabang .pero nun malaman ko na essential amg salt sa LCIF Kaya ngincreaae ako ng salt intake the first day na .ngincrease ako ng salt intake sumakit puson ko.inum lng.ako water but on the second day Di na.sunakit until now na Di na ako matabang mag asin sa pagkain ko .salamat sa Lord Di na sunakit puson..thank you doc.grace.God bless.🙏♥️

    I’m a 32 years old na umiinom po ng 1 liter of water with 1/2 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon po Sea Salt, wag pong iodized. It is also a natural blood thinner. I’ve been doing this for possibly close to one year, altho my parents are against it kasi mga taong maintenance sila at malaki takot nila sa asin kasi magkaka sakit sa bato daw. People must learn the right information.

    Thank you so much doc. For the information its really very educational . I’ve been in low carb for almost 3 mos. Doing intermittent 16:8 for 1 3 weeks Now from 70 kls I’m now 59 kls . My problem right now my bp is very low and my sleep is only 5 or sometimes 6 hours I wake at 1 am and cant sleep anymore . What shall I do. Thank u po doc.

    Doc totoo po yan ako nag wawater wt salt ako sa umaga dina ko nagkaka UTI yun talaga Iwas sa mga process foods soft drinks sa nga kainakain na unhealthy foods yun talaga nakaka cause ng UTI and kidney stone hindi ang Asin.

    nagbawas kami ngbasin sa pagkain dahil sabi ng doctor ay bawasan ang sodium..like asin at mga processed foods..nagtyaga kami kumain ng matabang..but since this is how you explained it..enaf salt as daily requiremwnts,baka balikan na namin ang salt kung kailngan in some other ways

    Dra. Morethan 2 weeks na po akong LOW CARB. may hypertension po at high level of uric acid parehong may mentanance med na po.

    salamat doc. takot kasi ako sa asin nakita ko kasi mga video na iwasan daw ang asin pag may mataas na bp kaya ginawa ko yon bumaba nga bp ko naging dati 170 /100 ngayon 139/74 pero diko na alam ang katawan ko parang nag bago na mahilo ako pag tumayo tapos ang paningin ko minsan parang medyo madilim dahil bato sa kulang na ako da asin doc. sana masagot maraming salamat doc.

    Nanay ko nagkulang sa sodium, nag seizures sya. ICU sya for 3 days dahil mababa masyado salt nya.

    Yung husband ko dok may CDKstage5 sya hind na sya nag aasin. Dahil te na try nya pa babain ang creatirine dahil takut sya mag pa dialysis. Ang creatirine nya ay 1300 sa awa ng Dios hind na sya nag mamanas at nakaka tulog na sya ng mahimbing sa gabi.

    Doc paano po Kaya Yun? Si mister ko po Kasi ay high blood sya, pero twice na sya nagkaroon Ng kidney stones. Sabi Ng doctor daapt ay mas ingat na po, Kasi pag nagkaroon daw po Ng kidney stones ay mas madali na daw po magkaroon nun ulit 😔

      I would personally choose Himalayan or sea salt. Any salt is okay naman.

    Some doctors are advicing with over allowable creatine, to take lesser salt in their body. There is inconsistencies in lowcarb diet

    Parang sa cholesterol masyadong na-demonize katulad din ng salt.
    Even yung vetsin (monosodium glutamate) ganun din pinasama nila ang reputasyon. Hindi kasi pwedeng wala ang mga yan dahil natural na yan sa katawan natin.
    Mag malfunction tayo kapag kinulang tayo ng mga necessary minerals katulad ng asin.
