    i think you can do low carb, intermitent fasting and eating twice a day at the same time for long term lifestyle...and you will be be ok...of course supplement your body also, walk 1 hour a day under the sun, sleep 8 hours a day, no smoke no process foods, manage cortisol stress hormones...watch comedy shows, be possitive always,
    you will be ok....

    Just 2 mos in the lowcarb diet with intermitent fasting, i lost more than 10kgs in weight, had a good result in all my lab tests causing for the removal of one of my maintenance meds (atorvastatin) because my cholesterol (LDL) went down. My gerd suddenly was gone too, as well as the sluggish feeling everytime..

    Thanks Doc. I have done OMAD or One Meal A Day Diet with lots of vegies and fruits. It has healed ALL my sicknesses of high blood sugar, allergies, body pains, etc. Thanks to the 2018 Nobel Prize Winner about autophagy that says it is better if we do fasting to heal our body. This is why Moses, Jesus have done fasting, also the Muslims during Ramadan and the Catholics during holy week.

    Thanks heaps for your guidance doc. I'm on my 2nd day LCIF way of eating. My brother referred me to your channel. He actually motivated me to go back to WOE. And it made me decide to practice it again for I have PCOS. I want to conceive again! And this was one of the things that I did when I got pregnant with my first child after 5 years of trying.

    Oh my goodness.. nasa number 7 pa lang na check (no acne).. but the rest, from 1 to 6.. I can't check. I recently had blood pressure test and regretfully found up na nag shoot up to 140/90; I'm even being bothered by stiff neck and shoulder blade na na-ease up lang ng konte dahil hinilot. That was the reason why I clicked this episode. I have carb problems. Got to change. It's just sad that I was actually starting the change na and eto parang inabutan ako. I hope I can recover quickly by lowering the carb and avoid all the bad food.

    Sugar causes inflammation (glycation).. this also shows up as premature aging of the skin and joint pains. It’s premature aging that is the issue today.

    Hello doc, i have been on low carb for 10 months now, so far i lost about 6-7 kls im now 52kls. Yesterday i had my blood chemistry tests taken all else was normal except my cholesterol is too high at 466, my HDL 99.9 my LDL too high and trigly is 42.4. I showed it to my husband and he’s so scared i might get a heart attack. I have my BP checked is 110/90. I have no other issues except sometimes i could feel something weird with my heart beats specially when im tired.

    Doc. May maintenance na ako sa high blood, losartan 50mg AM, carvedilol 6.25 mg . PM 50mg , amlodipine 5mg at atorvastatine 10mg.
    Ano ang dapat na low carb para sa mga katolad ko na may ganitong maintenance na.

    Good eve doc bago paakong followers mo kahapon pa ako naka kita sa vlog mo nagustohan ko.at sinubukan ko kaagad nag low carb kc malaki na ang tiyan ko .at malabo na ang mata ko rin .at salamat doc dahil sa vlog mo marami kapang matulungan kagaya sa akin.

    dati if kumain ako ng itlog kinabukasan ng laki ng pimples ko sa baba may nana pa at ang tagal gumaling...nag lowcarb ako 2 month na at thanks naman 2 weeks ko nag sinusubukang kumain ng egg every.other day as in 2 eggs pa everytime i eat...di nako pinipimples😊 at dami pang naimproved sa katawan ko.like ung mood swings ko at laging panginginig ng mga kamay ko dahil pakiramdam ko gutom na.naman ako after almost 3 hours lang na kumain..bonus po ung bumaba ung timbang ko ng 10kg😊
