    Hi Doc.magandang araw dyan sa inyo at gabi,Ako po si Roland 53yrs.old nako ngayon,,, dito po ako nagwowork sa DUBAI UAE,since mainit parin ngayon dito....
    MARAMING SALAMAT SAYO AT NATULUNGAN MO AKONG GUMAAN ANG TIMBANG,bagamat halos wala akong panahon sa pag aayos ng pagkain ko dahil subrang busy sa work ko every day,So ngayon po ay binibigyan ko na ng konting oras at panahon ang sarile ko para nadin maalagaan ko ang health ko since may mga nararamdaman narin akong masasakit sakatawan na ngayon ay nawawala naŕin yung masasakit at magaan nakong kumilos dahil sa itinuro nyo po na LOW CARBS,since 84kg.ang timbang ko nuon,pero ngayun ay 74 nalng......buhat nang mapanuod ko ang mga LOW CARBS videos mo ay nagsubok na ako.....Salamat muli sayong KABUTIHAN AT KAALAMAN NA SINI SHARE MO SA LAHAT AT DAHIL DYAN AY MARAMI KANG NATUTULUNGANG TAO....PAGPALAIN TAYO NG DIYOS SA LAHAT NG SANDALI....INGAT PO KAYO PALAGI.......😊

      Nadaan lang po kau sa wall q at nung pinanuod q ito pala ang palabas n hinahanap q mataas po colesterol at ngkaroon n rin ng fatty liver umiinum npo ng statin pero eto pong fasting ay ittry q at ang pag iwas sa lahat ng carbs at starch very educational po tinalalakay nu ngsubscrube n rin po God bless..

    Thank you Dra. Been following your advice for almost half a year. I started from 136 lbs. , now I’m 112 lbs. My former waistline was 36 inches , now it was reduced to 24 -26 inches.

      paki share naman po how you successfully did it from 36 to 24-26 waistline.. sa 3 mo IF ko, I ilost weight 10 k down to 69kg, pero waistline ko nasa 33 -34 in..masaya na rin ako sa present resulta ng fasting ko.

    Salamat doc sa pag share LOW Carb marami akong natutunan po sa inyo , kong sa dati ay 4 cups ng rice kinakain ko mag hapon po ngayon po one week na po tatlong kotchara nalang po ng rice kinakain ko Diabetis po ako 5yrs na hirap ako mag diet pero ngayon po unti unti kong naayos ang pag kain ko maraming salamat po

    Doctors have different opinions. I know eggs are source of protein, so limit it esp. for people wd CKD like me, stage 3B. High sa cholesterol, too. You must be speaking for yourself, dra. You look so healthy and no food limits.

    Hi doc ask ko lng po pwd pb aq uminom ng food supplemnt like quantumin plus? But i'm doing life w/out rice since jan 16 only this yr 2022...dahil mataas bp at sugar level ko kya ginaya ko ang teaching mo sa youtube....slmat sa DIOS unti unting bumababa pero hinde naalis psngangati ko at pangingimay ng kamay....pwd po kya aq uminom ng quantumin plus?

    Legit yan kumakain nga ako ng 4 eggs a day. Madami kasing di malinaw sa mga sinasabi ng ibang doctor e.
    Halimbawa, kaya nagiging masama yung eggs ay dahil sa mga pagkaing kasama sa pagkain ng itlog tulad ng kanin kasi nagiging sugar yan kaagad.
    High glycemic index kasi ang kanin meaning madaling matunaw at humalo sa dugo.
    Pero kung itlog lang, walang problema yan lalo na kung nilaga.
    Kaya din sinasabing di maganda sa katawan yung mga burger sa fastfood kaysa kapag kakainin mo ng magka-hiwalay yung mismong mga sangkap nito.

      Listen to your body and eat until full, usually up to half a kilo of meat a day plus some eggs or other sources of proteins and fats but we are not so strict especially to beginners, a slow transition is better.

      Hi, milk is high in carbs in the form of lactose. Milk is actually not essential for us adults but if you're looking for alternatives to add to your black coffee etc., we can use coconut milk, unsweetened almond milk, or heavy cream (caution list).

      Olive oil is on the safelist of #JGRTanMDFoodlist but I rarely use it for salad and pasta.

      Organic eggs are the best but if not available, commercial white eggs should be fine.

    Sa tanghali po ko nakain, sa tanghali prutas sa hapunan po 5pm. Ako nakain po, pag me ginagawa po ko, 5:30pm. Ang kinakain ko po kalabasa, nalaman ko po sa iyo na hndi maganda kainin, hndi nga ko nakain kanin, pero ang kalabasa po Pala kalangan iwasan ko po, Green leafy vegetables na lng bibilhin ko gulay.
